Excellent quality of all their products! Unique fabrics that are gorgeous. The needlework kits, cross stitch and embroidery, were very unique too. Sashiko products are also sold here too, which is what I decided to purchase some of. Some of the items for sale here I had never seen anywhere else. The staff person working was knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. I also thought the prices were good because of the high quality of the items. Will visit here again on my next trip to Evanston.

They have so many gorgeous options I always circle the shop at least twice to make sure I haven't missed anything. They also have a special wall for African print designs - I've never seen that in a quilt shop before. They're fabulous about keeping their inventory fresh, so there is always a new tool for me to covet when I walk in. This store is like a goody bag for adults. The owner is almost always there, she knows so many shoppers' names. Whenever I buy fabric there she tells me to come back with pictures of my finished product and she oohs and ahhs over it - she's so sweet. You can tell everyone that works there loves sewing. It's on the smaller side but feels huge the way they have it designed. The lighting is great; there's hardwood floors; it feels very upscale. I bought a few skeins and came a few days later to exchange (I had mad color regret)- they recommended I buy an extra skein (I would've been pushing it) and said I can just come back and return it if I didn't use it (as long as it's in its original condition)! They had a decent selection from a variety of brands, mostly smaller names and a few local which was cool! I though the prices were fair, but definitely a local yarn shop price. My only complaint is I wish their mohair selection was larger. They only really had 1-2 brands and the color range was pretty limited. However, would definitely recommend checking it out!
