We've never felt that they do things that aren't necessary and when it comes to bigger jobs/higher costs they call and discuss options etc prior to the job being completed without the customer having a say. Excellent service and they also sell cars which is how I ended up with my current car. Great place with multiple locations!

I got the inspection done today and the experience was great. Jay, one of the owners, welcomed me to the shop, very friendly. I sat in the waiting area after they started the inspection. There was another customer there and we started chatting. He couldn't praise the guys there enough. This other customer and I started lamenting how a lot of businesses don't provide the same customer experience we were use to from when we were younger (yes, bunch of old guys lamenting the world is going to...) and he said J&J is one of the exceptions. Jay showed me some additional concerns on my car...brake and tire wear. He showed me the problem areas and said I have some time left but these expenses are coming down the pike. It was refreshing to see this sales approach...I was aware he was upselling the other services they offer and I was totally happy with that...that's what all businesses must do. It was the approach, education, and showing me why the repairs would be needed that convinced me that when I need the work to be done, I will go to Jay and his team. Well done guys and keep it up! PS: they have the cutest wall of kids pictures that puts a smile on your face.

My sister is virtually home-bound, and had used this 20 year old workhorse Honda Element to go back and forth to medical care once a week. The loss of the car was traumatic - and she was finding this circumstance very challenging. Al and Rory were patient, understanding, compassionate, and extremely accommodating with her and then me. When I came to clean out the car before it was junked, I met them and they were every bit as sensitive and helpful as they had been on the phone. Although I've never had work done in their shop, their expertise and sensitivity to our situation makes me perfectly comfortable recommending them to those who need repairs and related automotive work. A rare find - and I am very grateful for their help.

On the way down, heard an odd sound coming from under the front of the car at highway speeds. Checked under the car and a panel under the engine that was loose. We were in the neighborhood a couple days later, and I brought the car over just to see what they could do. Although they're always busy, they had an empty bay, and put the car up on the lift. Brian explained it was the clips that hold the "belly pan" in place. He fixed it in about five minutes; and when I asked "how much?" his answer was i'm a good customer. There's no charge. The truck had been sitting for a few years and needed a new engine, front clip, wiring harness, and pretty much everything else ahead of the front wheels. I had bought a nearly identical crash vehicle as a parts car with the intention of swapping everything over myself but had to relocate due to new employment before I could start work and no longer had access to a home with a garage. I sent over both vehicles to Hyatt's and Ron did an absolutely incredible job getting my Blazer working again at the most reasonable price possible. This was an absolutely gigantic amount of work and required an immense amount of specialized tools and knowledge. Many mechanic shops would've refused this job due to its complexity and abnormality. Almost all of the shops that would have agreed to take the cars would not have been as communicative or resilient. I am lucky to have found them. I am very grateful to everyone at Hyatt's for returning me a vehicle that works great after sitting for so long! I would recommend them to anyone!
