The handle on my door had completely fallen apart and I was essentially locked inside the house. He came in less than 2 hours and fixed not one, but 2 of the locks that we had been having trouble with for months. He was extremely knowledgeable and mild mannered. He took his time to systematically take care of the many issues. In the end, we only had to pay for one new part and his overall fee was more than reasonable. on Tuesday the 29 the of September, I found myself with a broken key to my van while I was running…read moreerrands between work. the let somehow jammed out locked my steering wheel and wouldn't allow me to unlock it so I couldn't get my van started. I called there different lock / emergency services. after several minutes and several frustrating return calls,I have up on them and saught the third, 'locksmith on wheels' - the third time was indeed a charm. I waited less time for Matt to arrive then the time spent with the first two calls and I have to say how much I appreciate his response. I'm short older he was able to get the steering wheel unblocked which allowed my van to start but that didn't solve the problem. He removed the cylinder and for that my key had, being broke had damaged some of the 'wafers', ( internal parts ). I need a new key cylinder, except it has gotten very late in the day and I wanted to get my van home, across town. For the next hour or so he diligently disassembled the cylinder with file in hand and went to work. By the time he reinstalled it, I was back on the road. And as soon as possible I'll be seeing him again to install my new all cylinder. I appreciate his understanding that I didn't want to leave my work van overnight and that he stayed at it until I was able to leave with no hiccups. I enjoyed the conversation while he worked to reassure me he get it done and just the regular talk as time passed. Professional, considerate, nice guy stuff. Thanks again and again. When I called the person who came out and looked at it (had his number because he needed me to send photos) he refused to even say what company he works for! Avoid this company, total scammers!
