Terrific team of two arrived as planned and worked well and around us during these crazy Covid times. I would highly recommend them.

Great job by the two cleaners, Beto and Rodrigo. They worked hard to get my windows and screens clean, which was difficult because the windows are old and difficult. I was really pleased. read more

We hired Fish to do our windows at the club and the difference between them doing it and us doing it was night and day. We will get them on a regular schedule and would recommend them to anyone. read more

Good cleaning crew plus they showed up on time. They did the job real quick then moved on to the next job. The only discrepancy I have is I wasn't left with a bill so getting my payment through their system wasn't easy as the company system was not updated. I believe I had to mail a check after waiting over a week to get the Bill. Hmm maybe some people like a bill hanging over there head but I don't. I like to pay and get it over with. Good company with discounts for customers who refer clients too. read more

A very professional business. Estimates agreed upon prior to committing to a job. Employees are courteous and skilled. I will use their services again and recommend this business to friends and family. read more

The crew was on time after a very rainy day before.I had a lawn hydroseeded and I told them to make every effort to stay off even if they had to skip a window. They cleaned every window and didn't disturb the lawn. The did an excellent job cleaning the windows. They were neat, fast and polite.I will certainly call them again and will refer them to friends and neighbors. read more

I had my windows and doors cleaned yesterday by Fish Window Cleaning and couldn't be happier. One technician inside and one outside working to complete the job efficiently and swiftly. I was impressed when immediately upon entering my home the technician covered his shoes to prevent any dirt or grim from entering my home. He took care in taking out the screens to be cleaned and walked me around to each window to make sure I was happy with the work. I will never wash my windows myself again. My windows look fantastic and the price was reasonable. This will be an annual event for me. read more

Fish did a fantastic job for the condo owners in our South End Boston building! With Marco leading the crew, they were on time, professional from start to finish, fully prepared for Covid with masks and distances respected and went out of their way to make sure all windows and screens were totally cleaned and put back properly. The building is old and quirky with windows that are not easy to clean. We will gladly hire them again and recommend them enthusiastically to others. read more

I couldn't be happier with their service, as always. They arrive on time, do an excellent job, charges are reasonable (and known ahead). Soon after they left I recommended Fish highly to a good friend who was bemoaning her dirty windows and the excessively high estimate she had been given by another company. read more

Third time I have used FISH and I will continue. very responsive and professional. they do a great job and this time I only wanted exterior due to Covid and they were happy to help. Referred to neighbor across the street and they were able to accommodate her same day. Highly recommend and will use again. read more

Arrived promptly and got to work right away. The guys were friendly and professional. This is my first experience with professional window washers and I was very pleased. They wear shoe covers in your home. One of the guys even went back up a ladder to fix a water spot I asked about. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that they didn't replace the curtains back on the windows in every room. They did in some, but others were off the window or flipped up and around the curtain rod. The windows look great, and the price was excellent. Would definitely use them again. read more

We used this service to clean our commercial/residential building windows ( a big job). They called and were very eager to get our business. The windows were done satisfactorily, however when I had issue with part of the job not being complete, there was no follow up. I was told my sales rep Matt would get back to us and he never did. Funny, he would call once a week to get us to use their services but am now hearing crickets after the fact- with no follow up. We will not use them again and will recommend that our fellow residential/commercial neighbors not send them their business. read more

I contacted Fish WIndow Cleaning after purchasing a voucher through Eversave. Beginning with my first telephone contact, everyone connected with this company has been extremely professional and helpful. Seth came promptly and gave me an estimate that I found very reasonable. He and Craig returned a few days later and did a great job on my windows. I would definitely use this company again! read more

GREAT job! I swore I'd remember both of the guys' names, but one is Diego and I apologize for not recalling the other guy's name. They were both so very professional, friendly and fast. The windows look so good. I have never had them professionally cleaned, so it was really time for this splurge. I got an estimate from another company that was quite a bit higher than Fish, so I do advise that you make sure you got the right price. Their price seemed fair for the amount of work. Salem, MA, you look so great now that I can finally see you from my dining room. Thank you, Fish. Well done. read more

Over the top excellent. Chris is the head of the crew out of the Woburn office and his helpers are Jamie And Carlos. I have a 100 year old house with challenging original windows and they did a perfect job. High energy, detail-oriented, and very friendly and agreeable. I recommend them highly! read more

Fish Window Cleaning is fantastic. Efficient and thorough. I highly recommend them!

Fish Windows cleaned my windows. they came on time and the team comprised of Alex and Adam were very professional. Alex clearly takes pride in his work. He explained everything to me and was efficient and was able to get the job done quickly as I had a conflict and needed to leave the house. My windows have never looked so good. read more

We hired Fish Windows for our home and were very pleased with everything from pricing, how quickly they came out and the finished product. Diego, the cleaner was friendly and quick. Overall we were very happy and will use them again in the future. read more

We had our house repainted, with a mess left on the exterior of our windows. Fish did a great job on a cold wintry day of cleaning those windows. We now enjoy the sunlight again, brightening our days. read more

I can't say enough about how positive my experience was recently with Fish Window Cleaning. This includes all the office staff who are sharp and pleasant and competent. And then the power washing of my deck as well as my white vinyl railings that have never looked so bright was just fantastic! The guys were careful and courteous. I would not hesitate to use then again, and I recommend them unhesitantly! read more

Personally I don't like Yelp because they always seem to highlight the bad reviews (I work at a restaurant - enough said). So I would like to give a huge shout out to Fish Window Cleaning. They did my windows in my house today and I couldn't be more pleased. The guys were so nice, professional, AND they wore booties, which I love. Thank you thank you thank you read more

Had Fish Window Cleaning (Woburn) clean all my windows and power wash my deck. The guys (Wilbelto and Cesar) were great. Showed up on time, were very courteous and did an awesome job. My deck and windows look fantastic. Will definitely hire them again. Highly recommend!!! read more

Do not use Fish Window Cleaning in Woburn. We live in Winchester and requested their services to remove gutter filters and clean out all our gutters. This was just before Thanksgiving, just before it snowed. We were out of town for the weekend, and when we returned, there was a bill in our mailbox detailing the work done and saying that the gutters were removed and stacked on our patio. The patio was covered in snow and I just assumed the gutters were there somewhere. In the spring, when everything melted and we could see the gutters, we saw that the filters were still in the gutters (had never been removed!), the work had never been done, and we had already paid the bill. When i called Fish, the receptionist took down my story and then never called back. I can't get anyone to come and do the work that should have been done. If this were MY company, I might be concerned about my reputation. read more

We used Fish for the first time a month or two ago and were very pleased with the service. The windows came out great, the two guys who did the work were very nice. However we discovered that they had dripped some soapy/dirty ? water on a white sofa under a bank of high windows and had stained it in several places. When I called to let Fish know, hoping they would offer to have the sofa cleaned - all they did was throw up their defenses. I asked them if they could have someone stop by (we're about 10 minutes from their location) and take a look - and all they wanted to do was give me reasons why it couldn't have been them who made the stains. The fact is that the stains are in clusters of drips in 3 or 4 places directly under some windows high on the wall right above then sofa. It's just two of us in the house - and neither of us ever went near the sofa with anything that would have or could have made dripping stains like the ones that are there now. On my second call I spoke to a supervisor (?) and all she wanted to do was fight about it.....so I said - please decide if you're willing to have someone take a look at these stains and let me know. I haven't heard back from anyone. Be careful with this outfit -the work was fine - but if you have a problem, even a pretty small one like ours....the managers will close ranks in a hurry, and deny, deny, deny. Then disappear. read more

The Fish window cleaning service was very competent. The estimator came quickly and gave me a price that was competitive with other similar services. The two men who came were polite and did a thorough job, charging exactly what the estimate had said. The only reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 was that one of the windows was slightly damaged (understandably -- we have caused similar damage ourselves), but the worker told me about it and apologized profusely, and we think the problem can be fixed with some glue. The windows look much better, now! I would recommend this service. read more

Worst experience ever! Did not even bother with many windows, others were still dirty and streaked, broke a window and refused then to come back to finish the job. I waited for them for an entire afternoon. They FINALLY called two months later demanding full payment and refused to accept responsibility. Worst customer experience I have had in a long time. A total ripoff with a healthy dose of arrogance and attitude thrown in. Don't hire them! read more

The Fish team came while I was out at work and I came home to a sparkling home. The windows probably hadn't been cleaned in decades. I could not believe how great it made my home look. They even did the sky lights! read more

They did a very good job on my seven tall, decrepit, very dirty Victorian windows and ill-fitting storms. They worked quickly and did the best they could with windows that were painted shut. The difference in clarity and brightness is dramatic and I will certainly use them again. I would have given five stars except that some of my screens still look very grungy, so I don't think they were also washed. I should have asked about this before they left, but I was too dazzled by the clean glass and didn't notice until later. Next time, I'll make sure the screens are done, too. They arrived on time and were very polite. read more

I was having breakfast at a bakery in Boston when the Fish crew was around doing the windows. I can't speak of the contact before or after the job, but I will say that they were working quickly and efficiently and the windows looked great when they were done! They were also very pleasant to everyone walking in and out, which says a lot about their staff. read more

About 2 years ago, I was at a salon appointment and was seated near a window. Until I looked more closely, I thought the window was open. It turns out, they had recently been cleaned by Fish Window Cleaning (the branch which handles the Hamilton, MA area). I was so impressed I made an appointment with the North Shore/Woburn branch, but circumstances caused me to cancel until this week. So, I just used them for the first time and I can say with confidence that if you choose to use Fish Window Cleaning, you will love the way your windows look! Your window sills too - yes, they clean the sills as part of the job. The windows cleaners did a top-notch job and they were surprisingly quick and very thorough. They were also quiet - I only had the outsides done this time around and if it weren't for the sound of the ladder once or twice at most, we would not have know they were here. They were also polite on the phone when they called to verify my address. If that weren't enough, the office staff is wonderful too. Most of my dealings were with Carolyn and she could not have been nicer. I am so happy I chose to try this company and there is no way I would use anyone else now. Our house is getting painted in the Spring and I look forward to speaking to them again to set up another appointment - this time for both insides and out. They are an excellent company, from office to job site and deserve every five-star rating they've received. Thanks so much FWC! read more

My windows have never been cleaner thanks to Fish. Marcello and Ronaldo did the window cleaning and were professional, thorough, extremely courteous, and clean. I also had Fish do a soft wash on my roof (Murilo/Ernesto/Nate) to remove mold and I am extremely pleased with the result. read more
