El explains things clearly, gives practical suggestions, and makes the whole process feel easy. I first hired them for a basic gutter service and was impressed with their work. A few months later, I reached out to El again, and he immediately pulled up all the details from my house. After looking everything over, he made several helpful suggestions for a full exterior update. They ended up removing the old gutter system, applying GoNano on the roof, repairing the fascia, wrapping it with aluminum, installing new gutters and downspouts, and finishing with gutter guards. Everything was done with great attention to detail and turned out really well. Their pricing was very fair, they were flexible with a payment plan, and the materials they used were high quality. I'm genuinely happy with the results and highly recommend El and his team for any gutter, roof, or exterior work.

By the time I had noticed this there was a significant pile of snow deposited on my section of the sidewalk. I went to go talk to them and asked them to deposit the snow on the strip between the road and the sidewalk (which is what everyone else in the neighborhood does) and remove the pile they had created on my portion of the sidewalk. The worker became argumentative and combative, ignored my request and ended up driving off shortly after. I tried to call, message, and email the company to resolve the issue. All to no avail. One thing to note is it is illegal to remove snow and place it on someone else's property or public way.

Here's a cleaned-up version of your review:…read more --- I recently noticed how dirty my house had become, with little dots on the deck railings, moss growing on the roof, and grime accumulating in between the spindles. After researching power washing, I waited about six months before finally reaching out to a Pressure Wash Boston. Not sure why I waited, they made it so easy!! They were responsive and asked for a few photos, providing a quote almost immediately. They scheduled a visit within days, and since I would be away on a work trip, they assured me that they would take care of everything as long as my windows were closed. While I was away, they cleaned every inch of my home and even sent me photos of their work. When I returned, I was amazed--running my finger along the siding left it spotless, as if I had a brand new home! I plan to use Pressure Wash Boston annually (waiting seven years was a bit too long). I highly recommend them and am incredibly grateful for how simple and easy they made the process. I added a couple of before and after photos below. It hardly does the service justice. I couldn't be more pleased with the job Gus and his team did on our property! Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were punctual and extremely thorough. I've lived in the home for 8 years, and it has not been pressure-washed. The transformation was nothing short of amazing. When I arrived home from work, I stopped before entering the home to take it all in. Every surface looks brand new--they removed years of grime, mildew, and stains with precision and care. A day or so after the job, I noticed that some pressure washing soap had gotten into the locks on the front door and dried out, making it hard to get keys in and out. When I texted, Gus responded immediately, advising me to use a little WD-40, which worked like a charm. If I remained in this home, I would plan to have Gus and the team out yearly and make pressure washing part of my regular spring home maintenance. I highly recommend Gus and his team if you want to give your property a little sparkle during the spring.
