Be cautious if you choose to use Fish Windows and have pets. We had a very bad experience. They sent someone to provide an estimate on an undesignated day without any warning. Despite us being home, the individual never rang our doorbell. He walked into a fully fenced area in our backyard, past a beware of dogs sign. What followed was quite an ordeal. Although it took a while to get an estimate after my initial call, they made an appointment quickly when I agreed to their price, and had good communication leading up to the date. Renee and Carlos came on time and did an excellent job. Both sides of my third-floor windows can be cleaned from within the apartment, but they are very heavy and tend to come out of the frame instead of just tipping they way they are supposed to. The men were able to work with them, and were neat and respectful of my property. The windows are clean and shining. We were scheduled quickly and communicated with clearly. The team that came to clean our windows were great - SO efficient. I was blown away by how quickly they finished everything. Our windows and skylights look great. We'll be annual customers for sure. I used Fish one time (and the last time) to clean my large windows. The two workers didn't speak English very well so communication was an issue. However, they did "clean" the windows using squeegees which is good for speed but it does not remove the hard dirt from the window. You need good old fashioned elbow grease for that. These guys weren't going to get the windows very clean with only squeegees. The windows looked a bit better after they left but still had plenty of dirt which I couldn't see until the sun shined on them at a certain angle, then you could see the remaining filth. Our old one-man window cleaner retired during COVID, and on a neighbor's recommendation, I phoned Fish, got a bid, and set up the appointment. I thought the bid was a bit high, but the windows hadn't been cleaned in three years and all prices have soared since COVID. The 3 man crew were excellent -- efficient, careful, and thorough. They went the extra mile. They were perfectly comfortable with the family dog as he was with them. We will certainly use them again. read more

Did online request for quote and someone came to my home (without disturbing anyone), and left a written quote in my mailbox. The office staff is friendly and accommodating and I was able to schedule an appointment within the week. The gentlemen showed up on time (even early) and went right to work. They had a work order and did everything they were supposed to without having to ask any questions. They even entertained my grandson by waving from the windows! Had an awful experience with Eric from Fish right now. I have been chasing Fish for weeks to get my windows cleaned. Finally (after even walking over to them while working on a neighbor house) they called, left an estimate the next day that was tough to read. When I called again, I was told by Eric: Listen Lady. I am in the car, we don't leave estimates that are not easy to read and what are your questions. He was extremely unprofessional, very unfriendly, and didn't listen when I told him that I did not like the way that he was dealing with me. Needless to say, I am moving on. read more

This is the 2nd time I used Fish for gutter cleaning. They were excellent and quick, getting all the leaves and muck out of the gutters and also blowing away/cleaning the leaves that fell to the ground. They were done in under an hour.
