Danny requested a few pictures of the area to be cleaned and he scheduled me asap. Had an estimate in minutes. The work was done Sunday morning by two great individuals (Ricky and Renee) they were great at keeping me from flipping out as I find the process anxiety provoking. They arrived early and got to work, Ricky answered all of my questions and said he would take of everything. They both did!! Very respectful individuals. Matt agreed to match the rate and scheduled our annual cleaning. After 4 emails we received zero response. When we finally received a email back, he hadn't scheduled our property because his company had gotten so many requests for service and would now not honor the rate that he previously agreed to. Mind you, we have used Pierce for years. Terrible business practice and customer service. Use any other Window Service Cleaning company but Pierce Properties.
