Yum!!! Can be the one and only word to describe this gem. Got their lobster roll "warm" didn't see it on the menu but you can order it. A ton of lobster. With lobster rolls...it can be overly dressed or you let the lobster speak for itself. In this case the I think the lobster coulda used a touch more butter. The bread was buttered and toasted to perfection! The clam chowder was out of this world. Creamy, rich, flavorful, garlicky... I had last bit I could gather from the bowl. The oysters were super fresh. Went well with the cocktail sauce and vinegar. Shout out to the staff for caring Theit patrons and making sure they enjoy their food the best possible way. Ten out of ten! Highly recommend!

not enjoyable in the slightest tbh. the avocado was hard, not a single other thing had flavor. It definitely needed (more) spicy mayo or soy sauce. I've been dying to try this place for years so this was a little disappointing, but maybe I just ordered the wrong thing on a bad night. On the other hand, the staff was so sweet, and the ambiance was perfect!! it was a perfect night to sit outside.

I really like this restaurant. It's a solid spot for seafood in MV. It definitely has more of a Mexican vibe to it which I really like. They have tacos, poke bowls, quesadillas, and more. Outdoor seating is really nice and spacious. Food tasted high quality and everything was good. The guac was super chunky and fresh. Poke bowl had lots of good veggies in it. Portions are generous. Would recommend.

The long awaited opening of FISH, or Fish MV has arrived. The menu is clearly a cut above most other seafood restaurants in Vineyardhaven and so is the level of service and feel. The feel is upscale casual - certainly comfortable. To become the leader on fresh seafood, FISH will have to maintain a solid level of exceptionally fresh food for an extended period of time. The current champs being The Net Result and Sandy's. The staff is exceptional in every way. They are friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, polite and professional The outside seating on the deck was brisk all day. It's brand new and huge!! The menu is interesting and large enough to offer something for everyone. Kids are welcome. Everything is done right, or done to order. The calamari for example was light, greaseless, and offered Rhode Island style which means hot peppers - unless you ask they not be included. Time to work my way through the menu. FISH definitely should be on everyone's must dine list!

Delicious surprise ending a glorious vacation! Comfortable patio setting, excellent spot to grab a quick lunch before heading to the ferry! We were served a bowl of clam chowder fit for a queen! Filled with seafood rich and creamywe left the island stuffed!

Fish is a great new dining experience in Vineyard Haven. Although it was early, they still had a fairly good crowd. Place is well appointed and the vibe is great. We stopped by for a last minute meal before leaving the island. The wine was crisp and cold and the clam chowder delightful. Service was stellar.

great choices and vegan options, but not the best food or service. Guac and salsa had no flavor at all, inedible clam chowder, cold tacos, etc. I wouldn't recommend.

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Beautiful food and drinks. Losing one star because while the food was good (and pretty), it wasn't GREAT and was short on flavor. I was disappointed in what I got and next time will get something different. The guacamole tasted like the avocados had been preserved/frozen. The ceviche was better than the guac, but still was missing a *wow* factor that I expected.

Our server made several mistakes throughout the evening and had an unexpectedly aggressive attitude. He forgot my sister's wine twice, brought out an incorrect order, and mishandled my mom's dessert request. There was also confusion around the dessert order. My mom wanted one scoop of gelato and asked about the available flavors. The server was very unclear, using "sorbet" and "gelato" interchangeably throughout the conversation. In the end, she ordered one scoop of "lemon gelato," as he described it, which should have been $3. So we were surprised when the bill came and showed a $14 charge for lemon sorbet--which wasn't even listed on the menu. When we pointed this out, the server responded in a pretty surly manner, though the charge was eventually corrected. After we paid, he brought over a scoop of vanilla gelato and said it was "on him," but the delivery felt sarcastic and he placed it on the table quite aggressively. By that point, we were already full and honestly just ready to leave. Overall, the food and atmosphere were great, but the poor service really put a damper on the evening and left us ending the night on a negative note. Since we were a party of six, a 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill, which was unfortunate given the level of service we received.

They have multiple seating areas which you book in advance. Each area has a different menu we sat Under the stars on the patio. Food was amazing I ordered the chicken and my husband ordered the haddock. Food tasted amazing. Serving sizes are worth the price I was stuffed. We started with bread fyi you pay for the bread. Something we didn't know. Bread was worth it, would have liked more transparency there. Drinks are great. I forgot the name of the cocktail I ordered but shoutout the bartender. We also got a free champagne toast for our anniversary which was greatly appreciated. I would 10/10 recommend this place if you're in town.

This time we went with friends, which meant I got to sample a little bit of everything -- the short ribs, wok-fried lobster, and a massive slice of carrot cake that took me two days to finish at home. We also enjoy getting dressed up to come here since they've got the white tablecloths my wife looks for when she's sipping her drink -- so don't show up straight from the beach in flip-flops and a tee. The vibe is always relaxed but elevated, the food and drinks are on point, and the service never misses. That's why we keep coming back.

**BEST MEAL EVER**…read more AMBIANCE (4/5): It was a nice sunny day and they had plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sun and people watch (although there weren't many people walking by). SERVICE (4/5): There weren't many tables, but service was good. We weren't in a rush and taking our time, so it was the perfect pace for us. FOOD (5/5): EVERYTHING WAS A 10/10! $4 EACH PER OYSTER: we tried the signature, honeysuckle, and top shell. They were all delicious and served with a vinegar, kimchee slaw, and cocktail sauce. All of them were so refreshing and great as an appetizer! $23 TUNA CARPACCIO: fresh, lemon sauce & crunchy tobiko eggs. The presentation is immaculate! $22 BLUE CRAB SLIDER: the homemade chips it comes with is AMAZING! Love any homemade chips. I went with a group of girlfriends on Tuesday night and we had a great evening. While my preference is to sit on the patio for lunch, the dining room is a wonderful vibe at dinner. I loved my pork chop that I ordered for my main course and also thoroughly enjoyed the steamed asparagus, roasted carrots and smoked tomato grits. Our waiter, Nash, was a standout and really facilitated a smooth dining experience. We ordered a few desserts to share but the clear winner was the carrot cake which was a knock out. We will be back for lunch this summer but are also thrilled to have this on our list for dinner.
