Specifically, the corned beef was legit, non-deli corned beef, and was tender, flavorful, moist, and not stringy at all. Even the rye holding it all together was great. Fresh and crispy on both sides. The amount of sauerkraut and 1000 Island dressing was appropriate, and there was no indication of the oh-so-common "soak through" disease that seems to plague Reuben sandwiches everywhere.
