It was good but I wouldn't quite call it jerk chicken like I remember. The picky eater LOVED the fried chicken so that is a wonderful option for the less adventurous. Service: I kept getting text updates with what my family wanted so as they came in I added each one. They all came with plantain and the woman mentioned in a VERY calm and considerate way that it would be more helpful if I let her know ahead of time if there were going to be more because she made the plantain fresh for each one. Ambiance: I got take out but while I was there some folks were eating and they looked very happy with their food and service. Clean, casual, quiet and well lit. I'm always taken care of with courtesy and given my order promptly by the ladies that work there. One of my favorite things to get is the boneless fish with fries. The fried fish beats the usual "bland" fish and chips that you get at most other places and has a lot more flavor. The beef patties are another favorite of mine, nice and spicy with a little extra kick to them! I'm blessed to have Yaad Food so close to where I work for lunch.
