Instead of receiving a respectful explanation, the manager, Jazz, spoke to me in a raised tone, repeated the same incorrect information, and became visibly irritated when I asked for clarification. When I ultimately asked to remove the items from my purchase, he rolled his eyes and responded with frustration. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. After this incident, customer service reached out to me and assured me they would look into the matter. They made a point to calm the situation and promised follow‑up. However, every time I've reached out for an update, I've received no response. The lack of communication only adds to the disappointment. I understand supply issues happen, but the way this situation was handled--both in‑store and afterward--has caused me to lose confidence in the customer service at this location.
