Even when I don't have a specific shopping list, I love walking through the aisles and discovering something new to try. The people who work here have always been kind, welcoming, and helpful when I need assistance finding something. That makes an already enjoyable shopping experience even better. RIDICULOUS! In another situation, it took me quite some time convincing a call center rep to get the Wylie, TX location's number until I gave the reason that I was an EXCELLENT customer, but that could quickly change if I was not given the local number! It was only then that it was, grudgingly, given. Perhaps "Corporate" needs reminding that Central Market, Captain Dave's, Hirsch's Meats, etc. are just short jaunts away and I can directly speak to those at each actual location with ease.
