The chips seemed like frozen fries from a local supermarket and the ketchup tasted too much like curry ketchup for my liking, though I saw a later diner request what must've been normal ketchup from the server. At this point, there's probably a space to sit down, and your order will have come to the front of the queue. So, basically, go on nice days, when wandering around the Winterfeldplatz market. What you get for your wait is fresh, charcoal grilled, with perfect seasoning. I don't really think of Berlin as a seafood kind of town, but this food stall has made me reconsider, at least for Saturdays.

My salmon was just OK, but I could tell that my friends enjoyed their dishes immensely. Service is very friendly. Unfortunately they don't speak much English, but were still pretty helpful while we were struggling with our broken German. One negative point though was that our orders did arrive pretty late, some people came much later than us yet received their orders first; but with a location that great, who cares if one stays a bit longer :) I totally recommend the place, if not for the food then for the view and atmosphere. It's a great place to go to, whether for a date, a family, a gathering, or even just to chill with some friends.
