There were many empty tables but we noticed there were many to go's orders being picked up. We placed our order and it took about 25 plus minutes for our food to come. No big deal but note to others - there's a bit of a wait time for the chef. Food was pretty good. I had the chicken red curry and requested for medium spice and although it was too spicy for my family's taste, it was perfect for me. We also had the chicken green curry - another delicious dish. The pad kee mao noodles is good and the pad Thai is okay. I know pad thai is a popular Thai dish but out of the four dishes, it's my least favorite. I've had better pad Thai elsewhere. I had a special seasonal item - Heavenly Salad - billed as addictive and delicious. When it was served, it looked like a simple fruit salad. But it was truly delicious. The sweetness of the fruit combined with spiciness added to the juice, the cherry tomatoes. Everything blended together. The server said this is something served in her home town in Thailand. The kalbi beef short ribs should be fired into the sun along with the chef responsible for putting it on the menu. I don't think I've ever had kalbi beef with broccoli before and I don't think I will ever pair the two together again. This should be outlawed. The sushi was fine, might be the only part of the meal I actually enjoyed eating. I think I'm out on Asian fusion restaurants. Pick a specific cuisine and do it well.
