We came again for brunch and found a seat right away, the hostess gave us plenty of options of where we'd like to sit which was nice! I wanted to try the tangerine dream with cold foam on top and this was fantastic- just like an orange creamsicle! The Barbacoa breakfast tacos were great, next time I may swap the black beans for hashbrowns as my side. Overall another great breakfast at first watch!

I eat here often at home so decided to stop in on a family trip. As always, the service and the food were great even though they were packed. Plenty of seating inside with a laid back atmosphere. We started with the monthly special, blueberry bread and it was amazing! I would love this as a year round option. Next time to won't be sharing lol. I also had their monthly hash with chicken which was also delicious and something I would order regularly. They were very attentive to my toddler nephew and made sure he had all the comfort and fruit he needed. Love First Watch and will definitely be back again soon.

    Over medium ain't easy.

I ordered OVER MEDIUM eggs with Avocado toast and bacon. The eggs were prepared 3 times over easy. I didn't eat them and ended up just paying and walking out. The server was fine, but the food prep was a big failure. Not likely to ever go back. $28 for coffee. avocado toast, and bacon.

    Million dollar bacon. The best!

My favorite Hungarian dish chicken paprikas. Honed in on that..... and then she asked if we would like a homemade lemonade, of course, why not! Let me tell you, that was such a refreshing drink. Perfect for the smothering heat. Food came out and I was intrigued. A little different looking than I'm used to but knew it looked delicious. It was!! Mixed all that yumminess together and added a touch of salt on top and it melted in my mouth! No they did not pay me to write this, yes we paid for our food. Next is dessert! I can't remember the name of it but it kind of reminded me of tiramisu with chocolate syrup at the bottom, walnuts and grapes, light fluffy cake, and whipped cream with chocolate syrup over it. It was heaven! Nothing felt heavy in my stomach and I felt very satisfied leaving. We will return!

Super experience at this charming Hungarian restaurant in Bradenton…read more We have never tried Hungarian food, so this sparked our attention. Walked in and let them know it was our first time and Alexa took care of us all the way through. We ordered mushroom crepe that was very tasty. It was called Bakonyi Palacsinta. We shared our entree which was a potato crusted chicken with salad. This is called Karpati Borzacska. Both were amazing and tasty. The cherry on top was our dessert which is a chocolate rum sponge cake with walnut and raisin with chocolate syrup. Sounds rich right? It was not. It was a perfect balance and not too sweet believe it or not. It is called Somloi. The restaurant is charming and shows its Hungarian culture with additional market items on sale and it also shows its family background with the pictures by the bathroom. Loved our experience here and our service. Def happy our first Hungarian experience was right here.
