Recently renovated, clean place with fast friendly service. Wish they had outdoor seating but the location really doesn't allow it. Love the day glow drink because it is refreshing healthy and nice and cold! It's made with carrot juice and ginger. I got the banana nut pancake, just one because they are big! I like to ask for real maple syrup, they charge extra for it but it's worth it. The chorizo tostadas are delicious, it's topped with a green tomatillo sauce. I go classic every time and had the smoked salmon eggs Benedict. Eggs cooked perfectly and hollandaise sauce on point. I like this little place in Palm Harbor. It has very good food reasonable portions and a reasonable price. The ambience is terrific it's very bright and a nice place to eat breakfast. Not your normal American greasy spoon. Most items are served with fresh fruit and they make some great skillets as well as the normal pancakes and so on but they have a lot of health food options as well. This is a two part review! The first part is the food. The food great when it comes out right, which it usually does. Food is always hot and seems fresh, as it should. This is the main reason we come here, healthiest food around when we don't feel like cooking. The second part is the service, mostly the waitresses themselves. They are usually all rude and make you feel like an inconvenience. The waiter you have there is good, he is always happy it seems but the girls are not. You can here them bad mouthing people in the back while they put orders in, they only come by when you flag them down to get or they give you the check and lets hope their friends don't come eat while you are there. They will sit down with them and for some reason, their food comes out way before yours. Please keep up the great food but please fix them service. Only saw our waitress twice on this visit, once to take our order and then to give us our check. read more

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. We wanted and delicious, healthy breakfast, the whole family could enjoy on vacation, and we found it. My son has food allergies (milk, soy, and eggs) so we are pretty used to bringing a packed meal with us when we go out to eat. I asked about allergy free menu items, and ended up ordering plain oatmeal, made with water and brown sugar. Our waitress made a point to write down all of his allergy items on her note pad to double check the ingredients. The assistant manager comes out later with a huge bowl of oatmeal, topped with walnuts, strawberries, and bananas, with a side of brown sugar, and an extra sanitized spoon. He also said he was going to knockoff a couple of bucks because the bread that normally comes with the oatmeal has egg in it. The rest of our food was amazing and the cold brew coffee was perfection. Great healthy and fresh breakfast served quickly and with cheer. It was my "cheat day" so I had the trifecta with scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and a carrot cake pancake. Everything tasted fresh and simple- I could taste the ingredients. Felt like I got the yummy flavor I wanted without the guilt. Had the grilled turkey sandwich with a side of fruit (was actually a major fruit dish!). I had subsituted the fries for a double order of fruit. I love their menu, it's the only thing that keeps me going back. The service at the Countryside location has improved. I have given up on the one in Palm Harbor. I have yet to find a welcoming employee there including the mgt. they act like they are doing you a favor when you walk in. There is no greeting. After standing around for a few minutes it's always a "follow me", that's if they say anything at all to you. After that I have sat for 10-15 minutes before I see a waiter to take my order. read more

This is one of my favorite breakfast restaurants!!! I had the breakfast tacos and they had great flavor and just the right amount of spices. They do have hot sauce on the table if you want it a little hotter. The food was very fresh and made to order. My husband had the burrito which he said was excellent!!! This is an amazing place to get healthy breakfast and lunch fare!! I recently started a diet with a focus on healthy proteins and veggies, when all of a sudden, I had to travel to FL. It can be really hard to eat healthy while traveling, so I was so glad when I discovered this place! I had so many choices for a healthy breakfast - from a quinoa power bowl with eggs to a healthy egg-white veggie omelette (ate here two days in a row!). Great food, great service. We came for an early lunch and enjoyed every bite. I had the 1/2 turkey reuben and butternut squash soup which was De-lish!
