My family and I have eaten here a number of times for breakfast and lunch and have always enjoyed the fresh food and friendly service. The kids love the chocolate chip pancakes but now have branched out and love the Floridian french toast with fruit compote. I loved this place eggs Benedict with spinach and tomato scrumptious. Great menu with healthy alternatives to some old favorites. Definitely would go back. The best attribute of First Watch is that it's convenient. The choices for a breakfast restaurant of fairly limited in this part of Naples, so it does get busy during season. As for the food, it's inexpensive, predictable breakfast fare. (Haven't tried lunch). Not especially inspired, but you're getting what you pay for. read more

Every once in awhile I like to come here for breakfast. Every time the service is great and all the waitresses have amazing and bubbly attitudes. Been going to this First Watch for years. Went there this morning and had a special on the menu. Crab meat and asparagus omelette. Couldn't even chew the asparagus and had no taste. When we told the manager all he said was sorry. For being the most expensive thing on the menu I would have expected a little more. This is the second bad meal in a row and there won't be a third. First Watch used to be our favorite breakfast place but I guess since they got so popular the food is not what it used to be. read more

This used to be my favorite breakfast/lunch restaurant in Naples, but the last few times I dined here there were issues and it was a great disappointment. Either the food has been cold or under cooked and on my last visit I ordered the pecan salad with no chicken or bacon because I don't eat meat. The salad came out with a long blonde hair in it. They comped the meal and gave me another salad to bring home with me because by the time it came out my husband was done eating and I was full from consuming the rest of my meal. When I opened the salad to eat it later in the day, the dressing was loaded with bacon. This was the final straw for me. We won't be returning to First Watch because clearly, something is amiss and no one is trying to fix it. I'm very sorry to see this once excellent restaurant go downhill so epically. read more

I love this place. Even though the name and sign looked like a day care center. The food comes out within minutes. They don't have microwaves, or heating lamps, so you know your food will never sit there. The ingredients are so fresh, and the service is fast and friendly. Highly recommended! read more

A very reliable breakfast place, generally efficient and pleasant wait staff.Lunch is good ...breakfast is better. What I especially like is u can actually hold a conversation with your table mates even in season. Just discovered First Watch on Radio Road in Naples FL via a Yelp search for Breakfast/brunch places. All of the positive reviews turned out to be true for our visit: fast, personable service, just the right size menu with healthy options, meals came out within 5 - 10 minutes, taste was just right. Our server Nina gave us more options when we ordered the daily omelette special so we got fresh fruit instead of the standard potatoes - nice change. She was right about the pancake size so 2 was just right. There was no fuss and no charge when we wanted to split the two dishes. Someone else delivered our orders to the table so they're serious about no heat lamps and commitment to get the food out of the kitchen and to you as soon as it's prepared. A pot of coffee and a carafe of ice water for the table means you get more when you want it, not when someone notices. Another cool part was signing up online for their Sun eClub and getting an emailed "Welcome" coupon for a free entree! I didn't have a printer to print the coupon but "no problem" - they took it from my phone. Awesome customer appreciation. Seems to be a happy, welcoming place, from the front hosts to the servers. Somebody's done a very good job of hiring, training and managing. NIcely done. read more

Kind of kills the mood when the guy that served us our food (not our waiter) was observed coming out of the bathroom stall ( yes the #2 stall) without washing his hands. Further, when he brought our food he was SUPER RUDE. Will NEVER return to this place and will advise all friends likewise. Still tipped the waiter 15% as it really wasn't his fault and he was nice. Aside from our waiter the place reeked of Bad Attitude. I guess a breakfast place in Naples with its fast growing population and crowds can get away with this but they won't see any of my $$ again. Update 4-7-17: encouraging that I got a follow up call from a man named James who left a number for me to return his call to discuss my review. Not encouraging that I returned his call only to be asked to "call back in 20-25 minutes". Followed up with another call and luckily someone was there to take a message telling me that "James will call you back as soon as he gets in" ... Update 4/11: No return call as expected: NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: Either commit to customer service and 100% follow up or don't even bother. You've lost my business and now you've lost my respect. I now know why the clientele is mainly young millennials and baby boomers. The food is only appealing to people who either don't have a developed pallet or are too elderly to care. I tried an omelette, and I have to say, it was fairly gross. It was edible, but I regretted stopping in to First Watch to eat as soon as I had my first bite, actually that's incorrect, I had my first regrets when I had the most unlively waitress in the place. She seemed to have a demeanor as if I was there just taking up a table and wasting her time, she put almost no care into serving me and seemed much more interested in other tables, I noted all the other waitresses did seem lively and had much better moods. When I ordered a water over a coffee or juice the waitress nearly rolled her eyes believing she would get a lousy tip, even though I always tip at least 50% even for lousy service. As soon as I sat down she asked me if I knew what I wanted, never having been there before I needed a moment to review the menu, she did not return for a while and she required someone to signal to her that I was waiting on having my order placed. My food arrived and it looked appealing, until I began eating. The veggies inside the omelette were almost raw, as if the chef had taken no time to sauté them and just tossed them in at the end prior to closing up the omelette. The mushrooms in particular, which are my favorite topping, were borderline raw and were hardly cut into appropriate sized pieces, I had two whole mushrooms in my omelette that were not even cut. Everything in the omelette had a bland flavor, as if it were not even seasoned, the only lively taste came from the bacon. The most flavor I had from the whole meal came from the toast, which is pretty sad. Overall poor waitress, poor food, and completely overpriced, $11 for an omelette consisting of less than a dollar's worth of unseasoned egg whites, about fifty cents worth of veggies and a couple of dimes worth of toast prepared by an amateur chef who can not even sauté veggies, doubt I will return. read more

Overall experience was great. I would recommend going to this restaurant to others and will return again. Although I did order an omlette with salsa and the salsa had a tad too much cilantro for my taste. The food was served with fresh fruit and it was fresh and very delicious. The menu offers healthy food choices and nearly everything is served with fruit or a healthy side. From my perspective, it looks like they specialize in breakfast foods, and they are only open until 2:30. The service was very fast and pleasant. read more
