Food is great. The avocado toast breakfast is delicious!!!! I added an order of Million Dollar bacon strips.....WOW!!!! The only downside is that the 3 strips are $5. A bit pricey! The wait time is a bit to much pass 10am. Service a great too. The only negative part is that the cups are not too clean that's why I gave them 4 stars. They really need to inspect their utensils and cups because some are still not properly washed. read more

After a ver long waiting (1 hour) in this place I ask a girl with the red hair in the door I guess she is a hostess( no tag with name on it) I ash the fiat an she told me that I gave 5 people in front of me , and when I ask for second time she just told me that the people that she passed was in front of me because they had made a reservation online with some unprofessional altitude she told me that she is always very Bondadosa !! And she can not pass me because the boss was there. I never ask to be seated in front of anyone and she does not to be bondadosa she just need to do her job and that's it. After I ask we were sitting immediately. I thing the food is great but is a shame that the waiting time and the very unprofessional people make the experience not to pleasant. Buy the way the outdoor was close. I hope you can take this consideration. read more

Shitty portions and no alcohol for breakfast. Don't waste your time with this Mickey Mouse crap and go to cozy corner in Miami springs

My husband and I had an outstanding dining experience. Our breakfast was very delicious! Our server, Susie was extaordinary! She attended to our needs very graciously and in a highly professional manner. Susie truly demonstrated what A++ service should look. I had to let her manager know before we left how we enjoyed our wonderful breakfast. When Shanetta the manager arrived, I remembered seeing her in the kitchen helping out, due to a backup in the kitchen. Since the service was very accommodating and the breakfast was superb, the backup was not a problem at all. It was very inspirational to see how everyone worked as a team to ensure excellent service. I applaud Shanetta for her exceptional leadership. Thank you! Keep up the great work!! read more

My husband and I were looking for something new to try. We see this restaurant so we said why not. At first look it has a farm house look and feel. Our waitress Makia was very friendly and was honest on the food. Told us what she liked and what was not good to her. I like when a waitress/waiter is honest. My husband had the traditional breakfast with bacon. I had the Eggs Benedict BLT with avocado. We also added a side of the Million dollar bacon. It looked interesting (brown sugar, pepper, Cayenne pepper topped with maple syrup. I am not a fan of cayenne or anything spicy but I have it try. And all I can say is WOW. the million dollar bacon was just the right amount of all spices. The cayenne kicks at the end. My eggs Benedict BLT tasted fresh. Instead of an English muffin if was of a long bread lightly toasted so it was still soft. It had the just the right amount of hollandaise sauce adding the avocado to the top was a great addition. The traditional breakfast came with diced potatoes which I like with my breakfast the bacon was nice and crispy. The eggs came out soft and fluffy and still hot. Al had orange juice and you can tell it is freshly squeeze. We enjoyed this mid day meal and will come again. read more

First Watch is one of my favorite breakfast restaurants. I drive from Dadeland to N Miami just to enjoy their great cooking. This morning I was initially disappointed because my breakfast took almost a half an hour to be served, and when it arrived, it was cold. My excellent and very considerate waitress, Melissa, kept updating me during my wait and made sure I had my coffee warmed. But I sent the meal back and asked to speak with the manager. I think his name was Angelo, who came to my table, apologized for the wait, took my plate and personally returned a couple of minutes later with piping hot pancakes and eggs, which were, as usual, excellent. While initially disappointed, my gracious, attentive waitress and the professional manager determined to keep a patron happy , changed a complaint into a happy, repeat customer. The ambience, great service and good food will keep people coming back. read more

I love this restaurant! Everything was clean and our server was very pleasant and informative, she was able to explain and questions we had about the different meals and offered alternative. I highly recommend First Watch to anyone. Your on line reservations is Fantastic, we didn't have to wait for very long. I'll be coming back real soon! read more

Loveee everything about this place! The service is great, the food is amazing, the environment, and the aesthetic is so pretty. Great place for brunch! Totally recommend! read more

Big fan of this spot. The atmosphere is kind of hipster rustic chic (but not in an obnoxious way). The restaurant is very spacious. The food has never disappointed. I'm obsessed with their multigrain pancakes. If a restaurant can make me crave something multigrain, they're doing something right. read more

Great food and service. Would definitely go back again. A great spot for breakfast or brunch.

This place has amazing food. My favorite is the avocado toast. This place also has an amazing appetizer called "million dollar bacon". My boyfriend & I LOVE this. read more

I'm a big fan of First watch (Pines & Sunrise), however, this one isn't quite to the level of the other ones. The Food just isn't as good. I can't really put my finger on why, but when I go to the other ones, I'm usually quite satisfied. I've been to this one 3-4 times since they opened, and every time I leave somewhat disappointed. I keep going back hoping they "work out the kinks," but I'm officially giving up on this location. That's too bad, because this one is so much closer to us than the Pines location. ‍ read more

Never disappoints me to order from here. All their menu items are good and taste great, their broccoli soup is probably one of the best

SOOOO GOOD!!! The food was great and the service was even better. I had Jess. Can't wait to come back, I live right down the street so I'll most definitely become a regular here. I am so happy I don't have to drive all the way to pines or North Miami to go to first watch! read more

First Watch - Avocado toast, lemon quinoa blueberry pancakes, and elevated egg sandwich sub whole grain toast. - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Hialeah, Florida

Wait time was ridiculous, hostess was rude, food was good, waiter was great. Just don't come on a Sunday and don't water your time getting in line online. read more

Wow talk about a really bad experience..... the wait for the table was not long because we reserved first on yelp ... but once we got seated and we ordered the wait took for ever for the food. On top of that the food came out cold and we still had to wait for one of the orders to arrive...... portions look like they got smaller too .... not happy at all read more

This doesn't even deserve 1 star. I don't understand how you call in for a pick up order, you get there and have to wait 30 minutes you leave and that is when you see your order is wrong. I know you are probably wondering wow she must have had a complicated order? Nooooooo I ordered an "elevated egg sandwich" -- trust that is not what I received. Quite the opposite. What was supposed to a egg sandwich with avocado, cheese, bacon and arugula for a whopping $12 had none of that .After all that wait (despite the fact That I called in for a pick up order) I got a soggy sandwhich with no cheese, so much mayo you could swim in it, no bacon and no avocado. WTH. And mind you this is 10am on Tuesday not like it's a Saturday morning brunch rush!! So I drive all the way back to return this "deflated" and poor excuse of a sandwich to even worse customer service. Never ever will I return to this first watch location and with this type of service I doubt they will even last long. Shame since First Watch other locations such as Pembroke Pines and Even Deerfield have been excellent for food and service. Miami Lakes/Hialeah needs to get it together and pronto read more

Idk if its cause i ordered delivery, but the breakfast was atrocious. My Healthy Turkey was not at all consisting of some of the cheapest processed Turkey & very minimal at that it was bombarded with onions. It might as well have been an Onion Omelette it was not at all edible it was tossed out. The potatoes was poorly cooked. My cold brew was so watered down it was poured out. For being a considered a high quality restaurant you dont even use real maple syrup you use "breakfast syrup" for the price you'd think you'd get high quality food but you might as well be just a breakfast fast food. I'd skip this place by all means read more

..ok. so I gave them another chance because my friends wanted to come here. Worst money ever spent. Dont go to Firstwatch. Go to Mayors Cafe if you are in the area and are in the mood for some yummy breakfast. I got the classic eggs Benedict. The eggs were hard and dry. The ham tasted more like the packaged ham they sell at publix and the tomatoes were not ripe. They managed to make the pancakes dry but also taste uncooked. And we waited 45min to get the food. When we finally got the water. The water was tap warm water, not even room temperature. read more

I've been to First Watch a few times. I love the food and the variety of unique breakfast items. The place is nice and the service is good. Lately the food service has been extremely slow . It takes quite a while to get your food. I'm not sure what's going on, it was way better when they first opened. read more

Good food, but overall poor experience due to wait time after ordering and poor service. It took an hour after we were seated for our food to come out. We went to the restaurant for the first time today, without a reservation. We waited 30 minutes, which is acceptable without reservation. We ordered and waited another 35 minutes for our meals. You would imagine the food was going to be hot! Nope, it was warm. Our waitress was mediocre, we had to asked her 3 times for water, my husband inquired about a drink that a table next to us was having and she pointed at the menu and said "read here to see what's in it", she couldn't careless about explaining the drink to us. She brought coffee, and that was it! We didn't see her again until she brought the check. My husband sent back his food with another waitress, because she was nowhere to be found. The waitress tending next table was so sweet in comparison with ours . Food isn't a big deal, its just average! The salsa on my husband dish was so cold that destroy his meal, carnitas? Nope, pulled pork. I ordered avocado toast, it looked good! Eggs were warm. My waitress didn't even check to see if our meals were right. Bad experience, we will never go back! read more

Loved the decor and location is convenient. Visited at lunch time on a weekday so no wait to get seated. However, it took at least 15 minutes for a server to even acknowledge us. No water was brought for another 10 minutes. Food was good, but took forever. Overall good food, but mediocre service. It wasn't that busy to have waited so long. read more

Absolutely loved this place. I went for the very first time and the setting was very modern, and everything seemed extremely clean. My waitress was also extremely nice and attentive. This is probably the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The waitress Ana only came the the table twice to take our order and the second time to bring the check. No one ever came by to refill us on our beverages nor to ask us if we needed anything. The restaurant was not even full & they took over 45 minutes to bring us our food. The mashed avocado was a disappointment and was no where near as good as the one they make in Pembroke Pines. I don't think I will ever be going to this location ever again. I will stick to my usual location in Pembroke Pines. read more

this place is 100000% not worth it. Waited an hour to be seated and another hour for a chicken salad sandwich. i understand there's a lot of people and the kitchen can only do so much, but the manager should consider not under staffing the kitchen especially on a sunday. Service was also mediocre. Honestly don't even waste your time coming here. read more

This place was fantastic. The food was delicious. The portions are for me perfect. There are plenty of healthier options which is great. They had a good menu for kids. My son enjoyed his waffle. The service was great and quick. I did the waitlist online and when I arrived was sat right away. Two thumbs up on that. Overall I would definitely come to this place again. read more

Overall presentation was very nice. The food in general was fair. The toast were cold and hard. The French Toast was basically toast with a superficial light covering of egg. It was dry and tasteless. 2nd visit Not impressed me try one more time. read more

The food is phenomenal and the service was quick for an hour wait. 4 stars instead of 5 because the server places the bill on our table before we even finished eating... we kind of wanted dessert but after that, ‍. I have been to this location 3 times. The first time the service was a little bit off but decided to give them another chance and I loved it. Maybe the server was having an off day the first time around but definitely the second and third time made up for it. I love their healthy options and how they explain their menu. My son and I come here every once in a while because we love the food. Today we got lucky and immediately got seated but we waited 30 minutes to order and then another 50 minutes of waiting for food before we left. Loved this location , went here to have breakfast right before Dorian hit and it was pretty good. We had the chicken pesto quinoa bowl- the most amazing one they have imo. I also had the seasonal sourdough toast with fruits and it was also very satisfying ! Will def. come back. Gave it a 4 star because of the chusmeria you still find anywhere near Hialeah, which the chismeria was strong with this location when we went lol we couldn't pay for over 20 minutes because the fam next to us was so LOUD and obnoxious and they were literally holding up the computer as they were talking to their friends "fumbling" for their card. Just wish they had a better system for taking payment ? Otherwise no more complaints here read more
