Everything on their menu had a healthy twist to it, which if that's your thing this is the place to go. Service was attentive enough. I ordered the biscuits and turkey sausage gravy. This is a gluten-free review, as both my husband and I are allergic to wheat (but don't have celiac). We came here with an out-of-town guest after realizing the wait for Snooze across the street was about an hour. I'm so glad we did, though, because First Watch did not disappoint! While they do have gluten free options, they don't have much in the way of gf waffles/pancakes. I got the seasonal Mexican scramble, while the two others in our party got omelettes. Great breakfast menu with creative seasonal specials. Try the avocado toast (my favorite). Their omelettes are stuffed full of whatever you order... mine had at least 4 chopped slices of bacon in the middle of it. They place a carafe of coffee on your table so there's no waiting for refills. They have several great morning "refreshers"... mixed juices, spices, etc.... yum! Decided to give it another try! It's definitely a first watch. Nobody cares about quality or customer satisfaction. That's 3 strikes and...

I called in around 10 am asking if there was a wait time for two people and they said no. We arrived at 1012 am.. and many people were waiting to get seated. It's understandable people arrive in a matter if 12-14 minutes. I put my name down on the wait list and asked if the bar was open seating. They said it was but it was full. I would keep my eye open while I was on the waiting list. As 1145 approached and I saw other people that came after me get seated. I asked where I stood in line since they were bigger parties. 12 pm finally came around and I approached the bar area and the lady at the front said that those were already reserved. I don't understand the seating process. The food was okay. They have a set alcohol menu. They can't add or take anything out. We also ordered coffee and the leave the coffee there to serve yourself. read more

I have to redo my review. I came to First Watch pre Covid. I ordered an omelette. I told my server to make sure that it was hot. When I got my omelette it was cold. I asked if they could warm it up in the microwave. The best that she could do was to put it under the heat lamp. I wasn't going to go for that. Bottom line is they don't care!!! This place was recommended to us and we have eaten there twice in the past couple months. I enjoyed the food both times. The first time ordering the breakfast tacos made with eggs and chorizo, and the second time the multigrain pancakes with bananas and granola. Both of them were excellent. The service the food and even the coffee were quite good and the prices seemed reasonable. First time. I had an hour and a half before I had to take my daughter to school. The food took a while to arrive and after I kept asking for the check and boxes, after third time it came. The menu is very different and if you are expecting your 'scrambled' eggs to look yellow, you will be as disappointed as I was. They look like an attempt at 'over easy' didn't work so they were mixed up. They are mostly white with some hard yellow. The avocado was turning brown. I really like their potatoes though. I personally love their vegetable soup and the diced breakfast potatoes. They have coke products, but they also serve a wide variety of specialized drinks that are a little healthier. We love. Is location, and it's hardly ever too busy to get a seat. Their app is also great for adding yourself to the wait list on your drive over. All in all, I highly recommend first watch! read more

What an incredible new farm fresh restaurant. The selection on this menu goes from salmon, to quinoa, lemon ricotta pancakes, to straight up eggs Benedict. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is for a very real problem: they have no milk alternatives! I am truly shocked, and disappointed by that one small fact. Considering coffee is so important to people, and those of us who do not drink dairy would have nothing to put in her coffee Dash like me. We went for breakfast at this location for Fathers Day. We always go to the Yosemite location but the wait was so long. Anyway, my son put our name on the waitlist and we came here. Our waitress was horrible. She never checked on us, we needed to flag her down each time. She slammed the coffee and syrup on the table. First shouldn't syrup come with French toast,? Why are we asking? It's very expensive, which is fine if the portions are big but my avocado toast was Tibet and my daughter asked for scrambled eggs and it was as if they forgot and chopped a fried egg right at the end. I was disappointed but we didn't say anything there bc you guys were slammed. 80$ for 4 of us and no morning special drinks just 3 coffees and an Arnold Palmer. We will try the other location which we have always enjoyed to see if the potions are better there still or is this a company wide new policy? I do know the food is better at the other location. I love First Watch and have often come here for breakfast which makes me sad to report that that I think this location has taken a downward turn. This morning my breakfast was both burned and under done. Our Millionaire bacon was black and my chickichanga's tortilla was so burned that it was burned all the way through. My potatoes were burned on the outside and underdone in the inside. My service was good however so the front of the house is doing well. In the past my breakfasts have been excellent so I am hoping this is an anomaly but what bothers me is the lack of a quality focus. Sometimes things don't come out the way you want. It happens, but when it does, what do you do? Hide the most burnt part under sour cream or redo it the right the way and tell the customer it's coming but will be another few minutes? read more

So we decide to give this location a second chance. BIG mistake! I ordered the Salmon Benedict. In Omaha it was absolutely amazing. Not here. Horrible hollandaise sauce and not very good salmon. My gf got the biscuits and gravy, also bad. The gravy was more like a soup. On top of the poor food, the service was terrible. And no, they weren't even busy. My opinion is that the management or owner of this location doesn't know how to run it. We wont be back.... read more

We visited First Watch while hanging out with family in the Denver area. The menu has so many great options that it makes it hard to choose. I had an egg sandwich with bacon and avocado that was excellent. The portion sizes are generous and the price is great. The interior of the restaurant is nicely decorated and very clean.
