Came back after 3.5 hours to a clean apartment, everything I asked for dealt with satisfactorily. Would definitely hire them for their services again. Full disclosure for sure, just so future customers don't get wary of it, I did get a discount for writing this review, but they did such a good job regardless so I was happy to oblige; it's worth building a relationship with these guys and for me, with a good review that I would've probably written anyway, this was just a bonus of their excellent customer service.

I am too furious to let this go. I had to follow Yadira around and ask her to re-mop the bathroom floor after I noticed she had not mopped behind the door. Then, I realized she did a poor job vacuuming the bedroom and had to point out dusty areas for her to re-vacuum. Additionally, I asked her why the living room floor appeared unclean after she claimed to have mopped it. I am extremely disappointed and upset that I didn't notice before she left that she had sprayed cleaning products all over my television. I am extremely upset and will never allow Yadira to return to my home under any circumstances. I am trying to determine the best way to handle this situation.
