Been using them to take my state exams for my NMLS and Brokers Licenses. Passed the first time on each. I continue to use them for continued ed courses for both licenses. They are so nice and helpful. Love using them.

I purchased the course and studied at my convenience. The videos were very interesting and informative. I passed the state licensing exam on my second try. Everything that was covered in the course was on the exam. Good price for the quality and amount of material covered. Highly recommend First Tuesday!

However, with such an incredible service, and most importantly, a massive contribution, pristine guidance, and whole hearted support in one of my ultimate dreams to come true, how can I not and why would not? Sergio is a rare gem in the real estate industry - a man of true morals, extensive knowledge, and incredible empathy, patience, and understanding. Sergio is not solely looking for a paycheck, but rather the best interest of his client - as if he were buying the home himself. As mentioned, buying a home has always been one of my ultimate dreams to come true, and quite frankly, the process of buying a home is very stressful and overwhelming. But with Sergio on my side, he really did help and support me through this entire process with ease and pro activity. Sergio demonstrated extreme patience and knowledge, pointing out flaws and detrimental factors of homes that I thought were wholesome houses. Without him on my side, I'm more than sure I would've regretted my home purchase due to pressure, impatience, and stress. I now sit back on my porch and admire my kids play on the front yard of our new home, I cannot thank Sergio enough. Please do not hesitate to purchase a home with Sergio by your side - you will experience this review yourself , and you definitely won't regret your decision of buying a house with Sergio. Again, from the three of us, thank you so much Sergio. May GOD bless you, your family, and your future endeavors

Alright so a fresh review…read more I had some payment issues where I was supposed to receive a notice in December of 2019 about increased HOA fees, but I did not. For some reason, my HOA sent me this notice April 2020, along with my two payment coupon books on the 1st of June. So I went to Paylease and made the update to my autopay amount to adjust for the increase claimed in the coupon books that came with the letter. To my surprise, I then received a letter November 2020 from Weldon Brown stating I had $400 in late fees on top of being $390 delinquent. After calling Terri, the CFO/financial manager, I found out that I had been $30 short per month since December of 2019. I explained to her my side of the story, and without hesitation, she told me that she'd transfer the amount over to the new management company. What I am most impressed about this situation is that I behaved very rashly, but they were quite patient with me. I was fuming. A demand for $400 was a lot of money to suddenly show up in my mail box. This was the first letter I'd received notifying me of my delinquent payment after months. And I didn't have all the information at the time to understand that this wasn't their fault. They didn't need to transfer that $400 over to the new management company. They probably had every legal right to keep it, but they made an ethical move and dealt with me kindly. What they did shows me that they are a fair organization despite the type of people they deal with, and have excellent values befitting an organization which manages other people's money. That's rare to find.

He was easy to reach and available whenever we needed him, even took our first call during a family event on a holiday weekend. We feel so grateful to have had him walking us through the process. We would recommend him to anyone!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I trusted Secure Choice Lending with…read morethe loan for my first house. Brandon assured me they had dealt with loans on leased land and that the process would be relatively smooth. That was absolutely not the case! I primarily dealt with Ashleigh who didn't seem to be familiar with the process and was learning it as she went. I tried asking multiple times what else would be needed next in the process and I never got a clear answer. The answers I got from her gave the impression she didn't actually know. There were things she asked for that I couldn't immediately provide, then she never asked for them again, so clearly she didn't actually need them. Her lack of competence ended up wasting a lot of time I didn't have. She asked for things piece meal rather than all in one email and without prepping for the next step in the process. My manager was also very frustrated in her interactions with her. It got to a point that I was receiving calls on my days off from my manager about how frustrating and time consuming it was for her. I received an email from Ashleigh saying that my manager didn't send my pay broken down into subtypes and they would need that or would need every paystub I've ever gotten from this place of employment. I sent the paystubs within twenty minutes so they could stop bothering my manager and finally have the numbers they needed. Much to my and my manager's frustration, both Brandon and Ashleigh continued to harass her about my paystubs anyway. Then, as we were getting closer to closing, it came out that there were items that Secure Choice Lending had not completed, even though they had been told about these things the second day of the process. The incompetence of this team caused so much extra stress and anxiety and actually cost me more money. Because of the delays caused by Secure Choice Lending, I had to extend our lease past when we had already planned to move out. I also had to pay an extra $1k to the Bureau of Indian Affairs to expedite their approval process to recoup some of the time lost because of Secure Choice Lending and to save us from having to extend our lease even more. After the process was over, I reached out to Brandon to express my concerns and ask him to help make right some of my financial losses caused by his team. He started his email with all of the reasons why the extended process was not his fault, mostly trying to pin it on my manager. I got Secure Choice Lending the documents needed within twenty minutes so my manager would no longer have to take time out of her actual job, so I felt this excuse was bizarre and pathetic. His offer to "make it right" was measly and frankly offensive and did not include any financial reimbursement to help make up for the money I lost due to his team's incompetence. To top it all off, I emailed him a month ago and he has simply stopped replying to me. My advice for everyone after this process is to find a competent team. Everyone makes mistakes, we are all human, but find a team that will actually own up to their mistakes, be professional, reply to correspondence, is honest about their abilities, and actually rights any wrongs.
