Ryan and his real estate team are the ones you want. Nuff said. But if you want to hear details about our experience and the sale of our home timeline, please proceed. My wife and I recently made the decision to move out of state. Our home was purchased in 1999 and suffice it to say that there was an upside to selling. As with everything, it all started with a conversation. Ryan walked us through the process, explained the "comps" in our neighborhood and told us the asking price we should consider. After we pulled the trigger, the rest of the process was quite smooth. Ryan sent a photographer to our home, wrote up the description of the property and handled the endless details. Yes, every real estate agent has to do this stuff, but I think you might appreciate this part: Ryan continued to call us and kept us informed of the status of the sale. He wanted us to know details on the potential buyers and why we might not accept an offer from them. Instead of taking the highest dollar offer, Ryan chooses to do his homework and learn if the potential buyer actually has the capacity to follow through, when it comes to making a downpayment and getting a loan. Oftentimes, people grab at the best offer, only to see it fall through at escrow, because the real estate agent didn't do his due diligence. This will NOT be the case with Ryan McKee and his associates. So when the offers came through, and there were a lot, Ryan sifted through the ones that would actually go through the escrow process. Ryan most certainly delivered. I don't know anything about real estate. This was our first time selling a home and Ryan earned every penny of his commission. We were glad to pay for excellent service. Our home did sell for a considerable amount over the asking price. These trends come and go. No matter the state of the market, Ryan will do his level best to get you the best price for your home and treat you exceptionally well during the process. If you really really really want to know if the above is true, call Ryan's office, give them your info and I will call you and confirm this is an actual review from a real person. Be well, Dale read more

Our story is probably not an atypical one. When we decided to place our Corona home on the market, we were originally listed with a different real estate firm. That decision was nothing short of a complete and total disaster. Fortunately, we were able to get out of that contract. As luck would have it, Ryan McKee reached out and contacted us to offer his expertise in selling our property. Admittedly, with the debacle we had recently experienced, we were initially a bit hesitant. We decided to give it another try; a decision we never regretted. To begin, Ryan is extremely personable, knowledgeable and ensues a great deal of confidence to prospective clients. He arrived at our home and was thoroughly prepared with his proposal and his plan for marketing and selling our home at a fair price. He and his team got right to work. With the poor decisions made by the previous real estate firm, Ryan had a big mountain to climb. But, together with his talented crew, they were able to sell our property at a price that was satisfactory with us. With that sale behind us, we continued our McKee partnership with our second property in Chino Hills. This posed a different set of issues- including locating a property for our long-term renter and the intricacies of getting a thirty-year old home is sellable condition. Our home received multiple offers and, within a few months, we negotiated the sale of the home. And last, but not least, Ryan and his Team functioned as the liaison with an investor for a third property in Hemet. The sale of this property was extremely quick and virtually hassle-free. As our broker, Ryan reached out to an investor and the home sale was immediately negotiated. In closing, we strongly believe that everyone associated with the McKee Real Estate Group embodies the following: trustworthy, knowledgeable, honest, considerate, reliable and extremely hard-working. We enthusiastically recommend Ryan and his Team to anyone who is seeking a superlative real estate experience. read more

When my husband and I first met with Ryan McKee and Laura McKinney, we had already fallen in love with our new home and our current house wasn't even on the market yet. They were undaunted. Ryan and Laura talked us through the real estate services they would provide in our home purchase and our home sale. They referred us to a lender, sent over a top-rate photographer, got our house listed and marketed it so well that it went under contract in less than three weeks! Meanwhile, Laura tirelessly showed us houses to make sure our first choice was "the one." When we were ready to put in an offer, Laura and Ryan represented our best interest and made sure the final contract and purchase price were equitable. The McKee team helped us navigate the complexities of being in two escrows for the sale and purchase of a home. No question was too big or small for them and all our concerns were taken seriously. From our first meeting to the sale of our house to moving into our new home, the team went above and beyond -- we are confident that no team could have made this process more seamless and positive. read more

We used McKee Real Estate Group to sell my mother's house. Ryan's professionalism, expertise, and enthusiasm was evident throughout the process. Team member, Laura, worked with us on a day-day basis. She was always there, with updates and help throughout. Amy, the office manager, also was there to make sure the deadlines were met and answer any questions I had. When you hire Ryan you not only get the benefits of his team, but also all of his connections: loan consultants, escrow company, numerous service individuals (electrician, photographer, painter, plumber, estate sales, etc) who he personally knows, recommends and uses. The end result: after 5 days on the market, we received multiple offers, accepted the offer that was $5000 over list, and closed within 21 days. Accordingly, I can, without any hesitation, recommend Ryan and his team to anyone who is looking for a great team and experience in selling a house. read more

Mr. McKee is one of the best! Not only did he look at 25 homes with us in 4 cities but never once did I sense frustration or disappointment when not being interested in the first 24 we looked at. He made feel comfortable and reassured that we would know when it was the right one. He continued to work hard and search for a house that we could call Home and when we did find the house we wanted he worked fast and efficiently to make sure we were able to get the house before it was off the market. Thanks again Ryan for being a part of one of the biggest decisions of mine and Natalie's life. Since then Ryan has continued to stay in touch and has always made him self available in anyway necessary. I don't write reviews usually and this might even be my first. With that being said there is just certain experiences that must be shared. Hope this helps and good luck to anyone looking for a house you can call Home!! read more

Ryan and Amy and all members of his team recently helped us sell an older house in Riverside that belonged to my mother and step-mother. Ryan and his team quickly listed the house, helped us get it ready to sell, including helping us arrange an estate sale when we had thought we would have to wait months for one because of Covid concerns. Ryan and his team were able to quickly secure multiple offers on the home, most of them substantially over the asking price. They helped us evaluate all the offers and choose the one that worked best for our situation. The entire process, including all of the necessary paperwork, was seamless and we were constantly updated on the progress of the sale and escrow.
