We were passively house-shopping by ourselves over the past year with no luck using just Zillow searches. Talal was proactive and followed up with answering our questions and meeting us again 2 months after the open house to familiarize what our criteria were and devise a realistic plan to get there. We had great communication and understanding of each other since we are all parents with specific time schedules which makes me appreciate him so much more when he became our realtor. He sent us several listings and refined each search while sharing his helpful comments. We knew our next dream house had to be an upgrade in space and quality from our current home we love so much still especially with how the market has become, the new home better be amazing and worth the bigger price tag than we're used to, I always tell my husband LOL. Then 3 more months later, Talal sent a listing that made me feel a whole body buzz like when we found our 1st home. My husband felt the same way and we all miraculously had no plans and were able to meetup with Talal and view it later that day. Again, he was so sweet to watch our baby boy who was napping in our van so my husband and I can view the home together. Of course, it was everything we wished for and within our budget, and surprisingly still on the market a week later it was listed. We made a reasonable offer with Talal's guidance and excellent rapport with the seller's agent. I love how Talal is so reassuring and was there for us through all the financial, technical, and transactional processes of making this very important decision turn into a reality. His diverse background has really shaped him for this kinda work! He advocated for us to negotiate safety inspections and work done and how to handle appraisal and loan discrepancies. He was a great team player with our financial advisor/lender and inspector we trusted and chose. Most importantly, Talal was a calm rock for us when we often felt out of our comfort zone, this is just what we needed in a realtor.
