Monte sold me this beauty! I appreciate him. He's the best. I traded in my jeep wrangler and he helped us out a lot

Absolutely the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I purchased my 2025 TRD Sequoia while it was still in transit to the dealership (my mistake--never buy from First Team until the vehicle is physically on the lot). I traded in my 2020 BMW 330i for the Sequoia, but they couldn't provide a delivery date because the vehicle was delayed, come to find out it was over the hitch cover, which is common for TRD Sequoia apparently. When I finally received the Sequoia WEEKS later, it had no hitch cover and I was given no explanation or assurance that I would ever receive one. I was told to purchase one off market?? I eventually had to escalate the issue through Toyota directly, who had to pressure First Team to even place the order. After more than seven months of ownership, I only just received the hitch cover this month. On top of that, if you're military and purchasing without state tags, be very cautious. When you register in Virginia, the dealership is supposed to coordinate with your state of residence. In my case, I am a California resident serving in the military. First Team failed to contact California as required, and now I am being hit with registration fees and delinquencies for a vehicle I don't even own anymore. Careless and zero accountability, I'll never buy from First Team Toyota again.

    Damaged rim from incompetence
    91 M.

Dealer damaged a forged rim (2 grand for 1 rim) on my new Toyota. The tech tried to hide the damage, dealer replaced the rim after I showed 200 megapixel photos of the car in their lot before they touched it. General manager said I was no longer welcome to bring the car back to them after the fact, not that I would trust them to change the oil on a chevette. I ended up selling the car. They tried to insinuate i damaged the wheel and I was trying to get a free rim. I ended up selling the vehicle and returned the rim after the fact as I no longer needed it. They could have kept me as a customer for life; but they are dishonest as a whole. I will never return.

Got my first car! So stressful but Toyota first team was great! They explained everything to me and were great!

Toyota first team was great! They worked with me and explained everything to me! They have reasonable prices and nobody is hounding you. I was able to explain what I wanted and Cam helped me pick the perfect car! And Derek was great helping me get good deals:)!

Just bought a brand new 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid Le, couldn't be happier with my purchase. My car Salesman William Allen was very helpful in the process of deciding and very understanding of my needs as a car buyer. The purchasing process was seamless and quick, with detailed information regarding packages and upgrades. I can't recommend First Team enough as an enlightened buyer.

    Toyotas work

I had got my car repaired here and they had told me their work has a lifetime warranty. They are liars about their warranty. They tried to say I hit something that knocked this out of place when I didn't hit anything. There is no scratches underneath the car. I had another Toyota look at this and they said it said definitely them. I will say again THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY! They do not provide quality work!

Across repeated visits, the following outcomes were documented through service records and later inspection: -The right front CV axle was found under-torqued after a repair performed here. -The left front CV axle was found over-torqued after a separate repair performed here. -Brake work represented as OEM was later identified as non-OEM. -Suspension work was represented differently than what was installed, and symptoms continued. -Multiple safety-critical repairs were followed by minimal or no verification test driving, sometimes as little as 0-1 mile. -Despite continued symptoms, I was advised that "no safety concern was found." Later inspections confirmed otherwise. This matter is now part of an active Hyundai corporate case supported by service records, mileage logs, and documentation from multiple facilities. I am posting this so other customers are aware and so the dealership has an opportunity to address the documented issues publicly. If you are considering this dealership for brakes, suspension, or driveline work, I strongly recommend independent verification.

They said they would give me a call back in about two days and two days turned into a two full weeks. So I ended up calling and they said that they did not even check with the other Kia yet about my warranty, which is ridiculous because it's been there for two weeks. It should've been done. Then they called me a whole other week later and told me that my warranty is good but my car still won't be ready for another two weeks . I am only 20 so I cannot get a loaner or a rental car so I have been without a car and without working for a month. Don't recommend going here. My car has been there for a whole month. It's ridiculous. They never answer any of my questions. They take too long to do everything.
