Like many people in Cypress, I decided to get a generator after this last storm that came through…read more I bought a portable generator and wanted to have it set up with my electrical panel to operate the entire home the next time we lose power. I went to Angie's list and had several electricians return my call and decided on Rolando at Next Level Electrical. Not only was he very fair on the price, he went above and beyond to help me get my generator set up. I am handicapped, and he helped me get the generator off the pallet and install the parts needed, including the battery which was very difficult to get to. He even offered to put the oil in for me. Most trades come in and do what they are there to do and nothing more. They went above and beyond, and didn't ask for a penny more. And to sum it up, before he left, I had a strange buzzing noice coming from my alarm box. He climbed the ladder and fixed it without even flinching.
