We had such a great experience with Triple M Gates! They spent time troubleshooting with us over the phone at no charge, which helped us avoid an unnecessary service fee. When they did come out, they were able to repair our gate, gave us great advice and saved us money in the process. They were trustworthy, reliable and genuinely helpful from start to finish. We will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing gate repair! read more

The service I received was extremely poor. My garage gate stopped working, and the technician and owner of the company apparently - Robert- informed me that the problem was due to a lack of maintenance. He replaced the battery at a cost of approximately $300. The very next day, the gate stopped working again. He came the next day and conveniently claimed that the main control board had been damaged by a power surge and told me it needed to be replaced at an additional cost of about $750. To make matters worse, he failed to arrive at the the time I was given. As a result, he left without programming the remote control and the keypad. Later, I was told that, for legal reasons, he was not authorized to perform the programming. At no point before the appointment was I informed of this restriction. Had I been told in advance, I would have made sure someone was present. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. I have paid significant amounts of money, and the communication and customer service have been unacceptable. read more

Trevor came to repair our gate and ended up doing a mini rehabilitation of our 27-year-old gate, so it will last a few years longer until we sell this house, built in 1935. Unfortunately, then it will be a scrape, and at least three townhomes will be built on this lot in Hyde Park just west of Montrose. He was on time and was obviously focused on making sure the gate was in perfect working order. The charge was fair and reasonable, and what I think was a good deal. I wish I could give him 10 stars because it is so difficult to find a really good specialist for all things electronic. Thanks, Trevor Grayson Miller read more

Contacted 3 fence repair companies to reset an iron driveway gate post that had settled, and Triple M was the only responsive company! By that I mean Triple M quickly provided a repair estimate and timeline, and showed up and completed the work when they said they would! The technician was experienced and really knew what he was doing!! Very pleased. Highly recommend. read more

They built and installed out iron gate in 2020 and we live it. It works great, was affordable and installed quickly and professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked! read more

Triple M (Trevor) showed up promptly to investigate my solar remote swing gate that was malfunctioning. While I initially thought the $135 service fee was on the high side, it was worth every penny. He thoroughly diagnosed the unit, and followed up the manufacturer to determine the root cause of the problem. It turned out someone else had not installed it properly, and it required the replacement of only a $2 fuse. Highly recommend. read more

I used Yelp to find someone to repair our gate at about 4:45pm on a Friday. It was a semi-emergency since the gate wasn't working at all and it's the only handicapped access for my 80yr old mother. The first company to respond was Overhead Door Co. For $40 they were going to send a tech out as soon as they could locate one. Immediately after I hung up with them, Trevor from Triple M called. On a Friday night within 25 min. of me sending the inquiry! We discussed the problem and then he FaceTimed me through a diagnosis and an actual solution in about 20 min. He was very knowledgeable and took a real interest in the situation. He gave me great advice, potentially saving me several hundred dollars. Houston Fence Co. charges $299 for a service call---if they can fit you in! I can't believe that Triple M actually took the time to help me fix my problem over the phone. Unfortunately, Overhead Door messaged me in Yelp to say they had a tech on the way, but I missed it since I was busy FaceTiming. He showed up about 30 min later. I didn't realize he was already on the way or I would've called to cancel. I had him double check everything Trevor & I did. He told me some additional things to watch for and I paid his $40 service call fee and sent him on his way. I'm grateful for the response of both companies, but for me, Triple M is the company I'll call first in the future. read more

Executive Summary: New owners. Outstanding customer service. Outstanding product. The new owners reached out to me a few months back seeing to see if they could make things right with my last experience with the prior owner. As luck has it, I just finished building our new home and needed a gate. Trevor, the owner, listened to my tale of woe and showed great empathy and assured me things would be different. He was not kidding. His crew came out a week ago and sunk the required posts. I showed him a photo of the gate I wanted and he was able to make the exact gate. It has a beautiful finish and is hung properly. It works silently with the motor I purchased and looks great on my home. He offered helpful suggestions regarding the spaces between the posts and I took his recommendations. As you can see, the whole thing looks fantastic. More importantly, his followup is excellent and he shows real pride in his work and his company. This level of attention to detail and customer service is unique and was unexpected on my end. We've had a lot of people looking at our house and I have zero reservations about recommending Triple M for gate work. read more

January 2022 TMG installed a driveway gate for us. TMG was very fair priced, excellent fabrication /installation and above all very customer/service oriented. Over the past few months I've called Trevor and asked questions about programming remote openers and gate maintenance. He's always been very responsive and helpful. Can't say enough about the customer service/attention they give to their customers. Highly recommend! Mike H. read more

We had a new gate operator installed which included moving the control unit from outside the garage to inside. So far so good! Controller working well. Triple M Gates was very thorough in explaining the equipment and pricing was reasonable. Would definitely use in the future and highly recommend. read more

I had received quotes from several gate repair companies for replacing my battery, receiver, keypad and remotes, but Triple M Gates immediately responded with a time and date. They also only charged $125 for service call, that included the biannual maintenance. I had received exuberant charges from a different company for battery installation, and every single thing installed, but Triple M was not poking my eyes out and was straightforward and easy to work with. They even called to get me the prices of battery and explain the process and mechanics behind everything before starting. This business is smart and knowledgeable. This made the process was smooth and easy, they were a delight to speak with, and I would definitely recommend them and use this company in the future. Thank you! read more

Trevor with Triple M Gates was awesome and our gate is perfect. We had them make a custom gate for our backyard pool area. They did the job quickly and professionally and it looks amazing! Trevor was always super responsive and helpful. We later had a small issue (with the turf we had put in around the gate, not the gate), and Trevor came back out ASAP to try to help. Definitely recommend!!!! read more

Our LiftMaster driveway gate controller has been chewing up batteries. Batteries are supposed to last 2-3 years; lately ours have been lasting 2-3 months. I have dealt with other gate companies and even a couple of electricians. All of them did helpful work (in terms of replacing parts that were wearing out or had been poorly installed to begin with) but didn't solve the problem. I called MMM when the latest batteries died. Trevor, the owner, and I talked on the phone for almost half an hour. I described previous work, and he talked about the way gate controllers work and the different possibilities for problems. He convinced me that he knew his profession well. When no other technician was available, he came out himself within two hours. He looked at the control box, tested the components, and hooked up a new set of batteries. He gave me a quote for a new control board (the only thing that hasn't been replaced!) and told me about some warning signs to look for so I can call him out before the batteries are dead next time. While we was there he tightened one of the gate hinges and programmed a controller for me! I definitely recommend MMM. read more

My experience was nothing like the comment from 2012. I felt very well taken care of as a customer. Trevor, the new owner, recently helped us to solve an issue with our gate that took 10 weeks of troubleshooting, replacement parts, and service visits. Throughout the process, Triple M was timely and waived multiple service fees as they worked to discover what the problem was. In the end, the problem was discovered to be a power issue and although Triple M was not responsible, Trevor made it a priority to make it right. He worked on the gate several times and personally went above and beyond to fix an issue that wasn't even made by his company. We will be a repeat customer to Triple M. read more

We have two Lift Master gates at our office. We called Triple M Gates and spoke with Trevor who said that he would come out and take a look. He quoted us a price, did the job in a timely manner and was polite and professional. We have called Triple M multiple times for gate and fence issue and will continue to use Triple M with any gate issue we come across. Wonderful company!!! read more

I called Triple M Gates at 4:40pm after dealing with another gate company that quoted me over $1000 to repair my malfunctioning Lift Master unit. Trevor, the owner, was so helpful on the phone. He fit me into his schedule the next morning and was able to assess and repair the unit in less than 30 minutes! Most importantly he saved me a ton of money as the system only needed new batteries! I highly recommend Triple M Gates for repairs! read more

I called just to get key pad added to my gate. My gate was working fine. The guy came over and messed with my battery . 3 days later my gate completely stopped working. When I called to set up an appointment, they stated they were to busy to set up the appointment to fix the gate the guy broke. Terrible service and work. I had someone else come over to fix it. They informed me the battery died because the triple m gate technician did not connect the transformer back in.. careless work read more

Triple M installed my gate and opener 18 years ago. They have been servicing our gate since then with great service. Evidently Trevor recently took over the business and has carried on the previous owner's legacy. We recently had our opener intermittently malfunction. After Trevor came out (within 2 days), he identified the board was corroded and ordered a replacement. That all happened within 1 week and we were good to go. or so we thought. The problem resurfaced after a couple days and Trevor came back out to diagnose the problem. He traced the problem to the wiring on the gate operator and was able to get the manufacturer to fix it under warranty. This may not sound like much, but Trevor was conscience of our inconvenience and advocated on our behalf with the manufacturer (needless to say the manufacturer was not enthusiastic about repairing it timely). It would have been easy for a service company to suggest replacing the entire unit, but Trevor assessed the problem and it only cost us a new board. Thanks Triple M. We will continue using you for the foreseeable future. read more

We highly recommend Triple M Gates to those in need of gate service and repair. We tried three other supposedly reputable gate companies listed for 3 weeks trying to resolve our malfunctioning Viking gate system that stopped working. They either couldn't find a solution other than offering to replace the board $$$ or didn't keep their commitment to show up for a scheduled repair time. Trevor from Triple M Gates identified the problem in our control board within 15 minutes, resolved the issue and had our gate functioning quickly. Trevor provided great customer service, professionalism and is clearly experienced and knowledgeable regarding gate systems. Trevor educated us on how to trouble shoot minor issues ourselves. We would use this company again. A Great Customer Service Company! read more

Triple M Gates did a fantastic job at our multi unit commercial property. Triple M installed both a driveway gate and a pedestrian gate on our property. Trevor was a pleasure to work with, and even after the installation he's made himself available for quick adjustments and several additional components we decided to add on. He is always timely with appointments and installation was as scheduled with no delays. We highly recommend Triple M! read more

Trevor worked with me to install a new gate entry keypad. He was prompt and professional and I received an estimate and date for the service quickly. The first day the system worked very well but by the second day the signal to open the gate was very weak - we had to get right up on the gate to open it despite the fact that the new equipment we had installed was state of the art. Trevor worked with me and we figured out that an antenna in the receiver had come loose and once it was reconnected, the signal was strong again and now our gate works very well. Trevor followed up at each step along the way to make sure that our system was working the way it should. I would definitely use Triple M Gates again. read more
