I called them and they sent someone out quick to give me an estimate for my office and the house. The price was right and I hired them for both. They setup the twice monthly cleaning time when I go pick up mail and run weekly errands out of the house. When I come back, my house and office are spotless. We isolated the problem and replaced the worn-out wax ring-in addition, we had a professional Mold Inspection completed which recommended remediating the downstairs bathroom walls, etc. I received two (2) estimates and decided on going with Jonah Villa-Tradewinds Restoration, and I'm so happy that I did since there are so many dubious "professionals" out there. Jonah researched the property and came up with a winning game-plan, he also coordinated with my tenants, and my insurance carrier-being mindful of both the tenants situation as well as mine. He was able to interface with all parties in a professional manner--explaining everything that was required, coming up with a game-plan which would focus on locating additional water intrusions and repairing them. We had a tight schedule, since the tenants had to temporary relocate while the repairs/mediation was done. We also were required to pull permits and coordinate building inspections in a timely manner! Jonah and crew were able to clear all toxic mold from the premises and left the apt. sparkling clean-NO TOXIC MOLD! I recommend that anyone who has mildew/mold issues contact Jonah Villa at Tradewinds Restoration Inc. A very satisfied customer!

I'm exceptionally grateful for Blake, Carlos, and Aaron! After our water heater leaked into the main bedroom, we needed inspection for water damage and potential mold growth.
