I attempted to put in a claim with my insurance for hail damage. Travis came out multiple times to pre-assess the roof, meet insurance inspectors, and take his own pictures to submit to my insurance. He was quick to respond to my calls and texts anytime, even after hours and weekends. He communicated when he would be out of pocket and assured me someone from his team would be available to assist me if needed. He was extremely patient and never pushy during the long moments of waiting between adjuster responses. When our efforts ended with two failed attempts to have my roof repaired/replaced by my insurance, he was very understanding and appreciated that I contacted him about the outcome. Very quick, responsive, and professional! There was a windy storm that took our down spout off our home causing some rain to leak into our home. We found First Out Roofing through our neighborhood facebook group. Thank God we did! Travis responded right away and came out to look at it the same day we called. Within a day or two, his team was out to fix our gutter/down spout and even fixed the flashing that was part of the problem and replaced some shingles that were damaged. Travis came back out after the work had been done to check on things and make sure it was working properly. No more leaks and they did a great job. We are so thankful we found them! read more

I went through 2 roofs since 2006 because of hail damage. After the hail storm in Feb. 22nd 2022. Checked a couple of companies. The response from FIRSTOUT was outstanding. After the roof inspection they found a hole in the back of the chimney and came back to fix it before the rains came so I would not have water damage. They did this for before I decided to have them do the work. Not only were they VERY professional but worked with my schedule to get the work completed. First out is right. We noticed a spot on the ceiling after recent heavy rains, and contacted several roofing companies for quotes. These guys came out same day. Price was very reasonable, and they tarped the area to ensure additional rain would not lead to further damage.
