READ THIS Went for a $600 honda accord 2000 lx (underpriced). They give you an hour to look through the lot before auction begins. You cant test drive the cars before purchase, which is normal for auctions, but this place is not a "normal" auction. Anyways, I show up at 5:25 and had to stand in line for 20 minutes. I look through the lot for 10 minutes and the car is not in the lot. I ask the lady and she says all the cars on their website are in the lot. 5:53 they say the lot is closing so I sprint through the whole lot and still dont see it. Mind you, their are alot of lots there, so I figured it was just elsewhere or I had missed it, cause I didnt go to the back and look through the suvs, trucks, and such. Show starts at 6:00. About 250 people attending, mostly poor people and immigrants, nothing wrong with that. I learned from another that it was even busier on Saturdays.. Fast forward to 8:00, there have been a few deals but there has been some stuff WELL over blue blook. maybe 20 people had gotten cars. I still havnt seen my honda. The heard of auction attendees had thinned to about 20 when the auction bad boys, as I like to call them, start to seperate people and start their swindling(or continue their swindling, rather). You can tell their operation is practiced, dont let the janky property and employees fool you. My favorite part is that there actually are some good deals mixed in to put people at ease.(mind you these cars still could be total lemons) Its all just one big psychology experiment. Anyways, bad boy swindler 1 comes in on me all friendly, figures out the car I want and brings the picture of the car over to incomprehendable auction guy(really its hilarious) and his little auction bitches. This next part is a paraphrase, but 100 percent what happened. Guy comes back and says, if I give him 700 he wont even show the car. I say,okay, is it possible if we turn the car on and let it run for 20 minutes, so that I can be sure it wont overheat, before I purchase and drive off the lot? He says absolutely not. I say "okay fine, ill take my chances and let it go to auction." Then swindly bad boy number 2 comes up, not quite as friendly, but also curious and seemed like he wanted to help. He looks at the picture on my phone and goes over to talk to swindly boy 3. Now swindly boy 3 is one BIG bald man and he takes a minute to let me stew(15 or so). Other customers that have held out seemed to be in similarly awkward situations. So 8:45 now, i've been at this hell hole for nearly 4 god forsaken hours and big baldy rolls over towards me and trys to play hard ball. He waltzes right up in my face and says now he has a guy that will pay 900 for its parts. (I know big baldy's game and I dont play it). I say" look the add is for 600, if you want to play hard ball I'll give you 700 for it". Big Baldy then knows he needs seperate me from the heard(because of experience) he says okay sign here give me 400 now and then the other 300 when you get the car. I say" no thanks I want to see the vehicle running first" LOL. Baldy is duped again. Then we go back out to the rest of people with broken spirits. Other people ask me what happened and baldy immediately starts seperating us, because he fears I'll start a revolution( I dont, cause I still really want the car). 8:50 and the accord still,hasnt been drove through. Baldy comes back for round 2 and NOW he is gonna level with me(yeah right) he says, they cant find the keys to the car, that if I put down a deposit he will get a new key and I can have the car tomorrow. I say I cant put down any money until I see the car run and he asked me leave. I wouldnt work for this company if they payed 100k a year... they are swindling the lower class. Place is a joke. They sell bs running cars. After you put your deposit down you cannot scan them nor drive them in the lot and they will not refund you your deposit.All the people there have attitudes and don't know how to do their job. You have to wait hours in line for paperwork or come at a certain time, they will not help you outside of those made up hours even if the doors are open for business.There's no sense of urgency nor Customer Service. They also make you pay $85 for plates, no matter what even if you bring a trailer to pull it. If I could give 0 stars that's what this rating would be. Caution: Stay away from this worst place, a complete dishonest business. They temporarily erase check engine codes, I recently purchased a car from First Marshall Auto Auction and drove for few miles, the check engine light came up. Mechanic gave an estimate for $3500 to fix it. On top of auction price they charge $600 to $700 for auction and document fee. And you have to wait for ever to get the title. Went to auction on August 17th 2016. 1st off half of the cars you see on their website are not there. You can't test drive or start any of the cars. The mileage and year are listed on the windows of most cars. I saw an 08 Chevy Impala listed on their website for $1900 I viewed it on their lot. I asked 3 of the salesmen as they were auctioning other cars would it be coming out and showed them the website. I figured who the boss was and asked him. The boss asked if I wanted to buy the car outright no auction. I asked how much would it be since it technically wasn't being auctioned and all he said was $125 which is their auction fee and said it depends on where you live. I said no because other cars had went under what was listed on their site. A few minutes later the boss comes back to me and says car has been sold. A few more minutes later the car comes up for auction they start at $3700. I show the guy who had been next to me the entire auction my phone with the Impala for $1900. He asks me to look up a car on their site for him which I did. The car gets to $1900 all the salesman are in front of me and a lady bids and they say sold immediately no one else gets a bid. After the lady bids she's taken in office and comes back out my girlfriend and I approach her and ask how much did it come to after their taxes and fees. Before she could answer the boss grabs me and says let me talk to you outside. Once outside the boss says Your kind is not welcome here we don't want your business get off my property. On walk out security gaurd or whatever he was says consider yourself lucky. I ask what is that supposed to mean he doesn't answer. As I walk to my car the lady who won the bid is behind me and she ended up not buying car because of the way my girlfriend and I were threw out. I would like to have given them no stars. The prices listed are well under what you will be paying as they have lots of hidden fees in small print. You can't check cars for check engine light. Some of the cars on the lot were locked. Called twice to get a hold of a woman who told me, "all offers must be made in person, once you come in you will have one hour to look over the vehicle before you purchase it. It's cash only" I asked her how many miles were on the vehicle and she replied, "we do not give out the mileage of the vehicles because all of our vehicles are repossessed and we cannot tell how many miles are on them." I've researched this place on many sites including the BBB (F Rating). I'm avoiding this place after the overwhelming negative reviews. In addition, 4 of the positive reviews here on Yelp are the exact same wording even though they are from different people in four different locations.
