I was in heaven! I also had a manicure (natural nails) and a repair of one nail that was broken too low to cut, and my nails looked great! I also got a massage with the manicure and a lot of attention to detail. The whole experience was nothing but positive. They prefer tips to be paid in cash, which i will definitely be prepared for next time. (they also have an atm if you too don't carry enough cash for a tip.)

I got a mani pedi with cat's eye gel polish treatment that turned out absolutely flawless! I have small nail beds and short nails with very arthritic hands and feet and they some how made everything look uniform and beautiful which not only requires skill but also experience! One of my toe nails was cracked pretty badly and they were still able to help shape the nail and never complained or made me feel bad for my the condition of my nails or my inflammatory situation. These people were so kind, intuitive and professional so for all of the above reasons I will not hesitate to bring my mother here in the future as well as myself for repeat business. Yes, it's a little pricey and having several technicians is unique but this shop is top notch, and was absolutely worth it in my opinion. Wouldn't you rather pay more to get quality, long lasting results? I may be easy to please but I'm hard to impress but I was definitely impressed and I'll be back!

As he's painting my toes with her hand shaking she has no idea how to put the light over my toes. As she shoves it against my toes I can feel all the colors scraping off. She had no clue. She only realized it when she went to switch it to the other foot, quickly filed and tried to fill that section with blobs of color. End product is uneven toes with top coat and color spillage. My toes will have to be redone. While toes are being woke d l the salon madame comes and says we do your nails now! Wtf don't I get to enjoy my pedicure! She starts doing my dip manicure, and she dipped maybe in color 2x. The color looks nothing like the rich color I picked. Start to finish less than 30 minutes. All different shapes and lengths and a color that looks like sh!t. No resemblance to the color I picked out. So I threw away 110 dollars and will have to have them redone elsewhere. To put it in perspective at my normal place this is a 2.5 hour job. Lastly, I didn't see any of the tools be sanitized they take out one file from one machine and put it back in this container. Again stay far away from this place it deserves zero stars.

Both times another experienced tech (Mimi then Lily) had to go over his work. It took Mimi less than an hour to redo his work and that's taking off the polish and doing the designs. They charged me for the dip which I find ridiculous. I sat there for three hours bc someone messed it up and another had to redo their work.
