The other one never called me back. I appreciated the consistent communication from GroutPro and they also did a great job! We had a small shower with mold on the caulking and it really needed to be removed and re-caulked. Kirk was thorough in explaining what he would be doing and why he used the materials he did. He was also helpful in explaining how we can help avoid having so much mold in the first place. He spent several hours making sure the job was just right. I wouldn't hesitate to call GroutPro again for any future jobs. Recommended!

GroutPro does good work. Our floors look amazing after GroutPro professionals came by…read more Back Story: I was getting tired of looking at our kitchen floors. The grout was dark and no matter how much I cleaned, I could never get it to look better. Decided to check Yelp for companies around here with good ratings. Was able to make an appt easily with Evin to get a price quote. Our project took two full days. I was impressed at how diligently Derek and Kirk worked; it looked exhausting! Not inexpensive but you definitely get what you pay for. (Check out our before/after photos) Derek and Kirk worked tirelessly on our kitchen floors and on the second day, Derek spent all day on our two upstairs showers. The process for making the grout look brand new is very laborious and time-consuming but the finished product looks awesome! These guys were lying on the floor, pretty much with a fine-toothed comb, scrubbing the grout and applying sealant, etc. Topnotch work! Kirk was very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned the wet Swiffer is about the worst thing you can use on your tile! Derek was also very skilled and friendly. My only issues with GroutPro are these: * Prepare to wait. I was expecting to get a price quote immediately after the consultation, maybe 1-2 days later? However, after waiting 2 business days and then the weekend, I started wondering if maybe Kirk forgot about us. Then finally on the following Monday, we got the email quote. I guess I was excited about starting the project and couldn't wait! Fast forward to after our project---things were great and we were actually thinking of having GroutPro do more work. Texted the owner for a price quote and thought I'd get it within a week, but since it's been over a month, I'm thinking he forgot about us. So giving customers price quotes faster, as well as following up would be an area that GroutPro could improve on. * The hose that was used for cleaning our tile went from their van into our house. Not sure why they placed the hose on our lawn instead of the driveway but it ended up making some unsightly impressions in our front yard. I didn't really notice them until our neighbors pointed the marks out, thinking someone had ridden dirt bikes all over our grass. Turns out it was from the GroutPro hose. Other than that, we are super happy with our kitchen floors now. The tile and grout looks so much cleaner and brighter. Would recommend GroutPro to anyone looking to regrout their floors or showers. Disappointed with the workmanship and customer service…read more I had my master shower cleaned and regrouted by this company, and initially, everything looked perfect. Unfortunately, about three weeks later, we noticed mildew and what appeared to be grout/sealant coming up around the shower drain. To make sure there wasn't an underlying plumbing issue, I had a plumber inspect the shower, and he confirmed that there is no shower leak. What is especially frustrating is that the company promotes a 3-year warranty, yet getting them to address an issue that appeared 3 weeks after the job was completed has been extremely difficult. I am also repeatedly being told that they cannot properly evaluate or cover the issue because the shower is wet and they can see water present. How does that make sense when this is a shower? Of course the shower will have water in it. I have a hard time understanding how the presence of water in a shower can be used as a reason not to honor the warranty or even inspect the workmanship. My initial experience with John, the technician, was very positive. He was friendly and professional. However, when I contacted the company about the problem, I experienced significant pushback from the owner, Amy's husband. The technician came back but ultimately spent only about 5-6 minutes addressing the issue , got mad at me and said he wouldnt return until a plumber came out? I already had a plumber come out.. I paid $940 for the shower and countertop work, so I expected the company to stand behind its workmanship--especially when the problem developed just weeks after the service. I'm a very disappointed EDH customer with both the workmanship and, more importantly, how the warranty issue has been handled. I hope the company will reconsider, stand behind its 3-year warranty, and make this right. At this point, I simply hope they will do the right thing and resolve the issue professionally.

First step, Jonathan (owner) performed a "weep drain service" to the shower floor weep drains. This service is described in their website. After this service, I noticed my tile shower floor dried quicker and floor grout didn't turn black. Then on a later date, their able technician, Jose, cleaned and polished my glass shower doors (removed haze too), professionally cleaned my shower and bathroom floor tiles and grout, recolored all my grout per my color choice after Jose provided three samples on my actual grout (my grout was previously uneven in color due to ingrained dirt and fading), dried the areas, then applied protective grout seal. My shower and floors look better than ever after this service. I highly recommend this service and their quality techniques and workmanship - especially before tile and grout gets too unsightly or damaged, and before considering a tear-out.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience made me feel like I had no choice…read more Zach (the owner) was responsive, clear, and reassuring before payment. He told me everything was guaranteed. He knew I was away for a few days, and when the work was finished, he sent photos and asked me to pay through Zelle. I made the mistake of trusting that those photos accurately represented the finished job. When I got home, I understood how misleading those photos were: one zoomed-out image and a close-up of the only section that actually looked good. The rest looked horrible. I honestly wish I had never had the work done. What frustrates me most is that the section in the close-up looks really nice. They clearly could do better work. Seeing that section next to the rest made me feel like they took their time on the part they planned to photograph and rushed everything else. I also learned from my daughter, who was home, that someone other than Zach did the work. That had never been made clear to me. When I raised my concerns, the same person who had been so responsive and promised a guarantee became rude and unwilling to fix the work. He said I had "seen the pictures"--as if those two selectively framed photos meant I had accepted problems they didn't show. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I just wanted them to come back and fix the job. Zach said he would call me right back. That call never came, and I haven't been able to reach him since. I suspect my number has been blocked. I paid in good faith based on his assurances, and I feel completely misled. A guarantee means nothing if you won't address problems after collecting payment. There are plenty of other options. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend choosing someone else. I am so upset, but I just hope no one else gets scammed by these folks. Again, so many options: I already have others coming to redo it.
