When they got there to service our carpets, explained that they could not "clean" carpets unless we purchased "scrubbing." This placed us way over budget. My carpets and stairs were hard and smelled stale when the workman left and after everything dried, there were still spots. I called to discuss a reclean, and the woman said I would have to pay the minimum of $95 or $99 for them to come out again. Sorry, will never use them again. I was called immediately to set up an appointment for 2 chairs and 2 cars. They were so nice over the phone I added some carpeting and the rest of my furniture as it has not been cleaned in eons. I will never use this company again. I specifically told them about the stains on my carpet in only two rooms. They told me no problem they could get them out. Well, they didn't and they actually made them worse. They skipped over the rooms as well and only did a very small portion. We paid them over 400 for nothing. I was told I needed to buy new carpet. They may be great at what they do, but if you buy a Groupon and you're outside of their stated service area, be prepared to fork over another $15.. NO EXCEPTIONS! I was moving out of my apartment and only had a week to figure out what I was going to do. I went to Groupon and found a great deal from First Class Carpet Cleaning. When I called to find out more about the deal I was greeted by Kathy, a very professional administrator who helped me with all my questions and it seemed like the right fit. I was also grateful that they were able to clean my carpet on my last day of my lease. The appointment was scheduled for the last day in March, with an estimated appointment time between 12:30 or 1, and we all know how that can be, waiting for a service to show up. But instead of me waiting, Jason was early! How great is that? He was at my place at noon. Jason was a professional carpet cleaner, very respectful and quick! I had a little bit of moving to do, so as he was cleaning so was I. He was finished by the time I was ready to leave, making this the easiest part of my move. the guys were great and cleaned our air and dryer vents and our carpets great as well. minus one star because they were a bit late for the carpet cleaning. but, they even called me to remind me that my garage door was opened, and then they offered to, and did, close it. read more
