I actually thought this place was good for what I got. A croissant with Nutella and a slice of marble cake if you're in Europe and a café, can't make a halfway decent croissant then are you really in Europe? The croissant was not special. I am not gonna have dreams about it. Oh my God it was amazing, but for croissant it was decent. It was flaky. It wasn't as buttery as I expected it to be and it had a slightly sweet on the tone and I'm not talking about the Nutella. I'm really talking about a croissant itself. There's only this kiosk extension of the First Class Café from way down the terminal, here on the very north end N around N46. Hence, long lines all the time. Open from about 0700 to 2200, good espresso, and sandwiches, pretty fair pricing for an airport. Staffed by polyglots who speak at least Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, and English. Better English than most fast food workers in the American Midwest. There aren't enough seats in the N waiting areas so think about that before your hands are full. read more

We were in Terminal 1 yesterday. Long line but staff moved it quickly and efficiently. I had a salmon sandwich on seeded bread and my daughter the Americano on whir French bread. Fresh and delicious. Filled me up and I'm thinking about that sandwich again today. Greta coffee too! It was worth the wait! read more

About the only place at the Lisbon AirPort you can get a meal and a place to sit down. Our flight was delayed so we spent our last 10 Euros on a ham sandwich, pastry and a cappuccino. The price was a little more expensive probably that outside the airport but wasn't bad. We found a table immediately and the food was good. Glad we came. read more

They offer several meals with a main dish, a drink and coffee for €19.95. I chose the Burger meal; a large beef patty with a sunny-side-up egg on top, rice and fries. Worst croissant I've ever had. I ordered a latte and got an americano. So I went back to the counter and she just dumped out half of my Americano and then added milk to the top instead of making me a proper latte after the mistake, so it was the most watered down coffee drink ive ever had. Where do I even begin? Crazy expensive and awful food. Like, prison food. And to top it up, the service is offensive. I asked for the boiled eggs (already cooked and one of the optional ingredients to be added to their pasta dish) to be served aside, because my daughter, a 5-year-old picky eater don't like to eat it all mixed together. They refused this kindness and said they'd only do it if they charged EACH egg as an extra. We sat down to eat next to the manager or owner, and forwarded our complaint to her. The lady was the epitome of rudeness and because my husband had chosen to eat somewhere else and was eating a snack while sat on their table, feeding our daughter THEIR pasta, the lady proceeded to tell him he was not allowed to eat other food in their space and would call security if he kept eating. My husband said he was feeding his daughter their food and he was half way through an empanada. The lady said she'd call security and he would be taken away, would miss his flight and had his vacation ruined. So yeah, think twice before giving your money to this kind of people. read more

Not the best place to grab a meal as others have stated. The Market Place is a better place because of the choices that you have there. I would recommend Paul for quality sandwiches, pastries, etc. FIrst Class Cafe is overpriced with employees who seem to be preoccupied with other things. I got so excited to see so many sandwich options but I was fooled. All of them were ham and cheese, but in different buns (whole grain, wheat, etc) and sizes. The cappuccino tasted like hot cocoa. Customer service is lacking and these are some sky high "first class" prices. These prices are high and since this is only real food place in the terminal I felt taken advantage of. Literally, I have traveled airports all over the world and these are some of the most absurd prices. A simple cafe at an international flight terminal in Lisbon. I thought the 15+ euros for an egg, a meat patty and some chips was too much. I went with the simple ham and cheese in a toasted bun and a simple black coffee . I could have had ten of those tiny coffees. I'm sure if it's busy at the terminal this place is hopping but at 6 a.m. it's just the way I like it. read more

It's so sad how this cafe exploits the fact that they are the only food place in the terminal. I found myself looking out to the security gates wishing I could find some delicious food in another terminal. The poor guy they have working alone is making pasta, espressos, ringing up orders, making salads, and giving orders to the kitchen. I paid 15 euros for a piece of leather they call a steak. The fries were cold and my salad was basically oily with giant globs of wet pepper. Come on Lisboa, be better. read more

Food is grossly overpriced even by European standards but once past security the Lisbon Airport offers little to no options between this and some small cafes. Eat here only if you have to. Your money is better spent in the larger food court before security to get something to hold you over. read more
