None of them communicate with each other. The owners had a personal crisis which we were very patient with only to find out that they had no idea how to delegate and nothing was being done. BES and their subs constantly miss appointments and make promises for milestones that they have no intention of keeping. STAY AWAY from this toxic company and anyone who associates with them. i was put in contact with thomasville by my landlord back in november. they restored the rowhouse…read morei'm renting following a fire in summer 2024. my heat pump (worked on by them and covered under warranty) has not worked since i moved in in august. you can hear the compressor, but no air flow. simple, right? get it repaired or replaced after an evaluation. the first representative i was in contact with (thomas) struggled to set up an initial visit for weeks. finally, got a subcontractor to look at the unit. first visit, came unprepared, no ladder high enough to reach the roof (there's no access inside, 2 story rowhouse.) had to come back another day. struggled to reschedule. came back, assessed unit, wanted to replace, said it's in bad shape. didn't hear anything for a while. i have had to initiate follow-ups after being told i would be contacted on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. eventually, they said that they can't determine warranty eligibility without A SECOND OPINION FROM ANOTHER SUBCONTRACTOR. struggled to schedule for Weeks Again. 2nd subcontractor shows up. no ladder to reach the roof and seemingly no knowledge of the customer's complaint. this was the day before the blizzard at the end of January 2026. they came back with the right ladder a few days after the storm and said they couldn't do any assessment or anything because the unit was frozen. back to no contact for All Of February. at the end of february, i was contacted by a new company rep (juan) who said my original rep (thomas) is no longer with the company. he said he wanted to start off fresh and get this handled quickly. he scheduled for monday 3/2 and didn't show. i didn't realize this until the next day, tuesday afternoon. i reached out Again and reminded rep that he was supposed to have been there. he said he could do friday afternoon and would call me thursday night to confirm. no confirmation. calls me friday afternoon, i ask if he has the right size ladder. he says he thinks so. then asks me "is the leak coming from the roof?" WHAT LEAK!!!! (NO BRIEFING ON CUSTOMER COMPLAINT!) shows up with a 24' needing a 40'. leaves without rescheduling and says he'll figure out when to come back. i have been patient and polite all this time, but this is actually RIDICULOUS. FIVE MONTHS. FIVE MONTHS. COME ON!!!!! p.s. the quality of the original restoration was mid at BEST. one layer of paint rolled onto walls with inconsistent coats and streaks still visible today. light fixtures not installed fully and hanging out of the ceiling. kitchen appliances not tested (disposal didn't work for first month of me living there, dishwasher still tips forward every time it's opened) and construction dust everywhere that had to be cleaned up while we moved in. and, mismatched lightbulbs in both color and brightness. the other HVAC unit (A/C out back) also wasn't tested prior to move in and had to be repaired as well. in the heat of summer while moving.

He gave me a thorough education about the process and gave me helpful advice right from the first moment. His help over the phone was always clear and accurate. He set us on the right path immediately. Seth and his crew were in our house within 48 hours to do the mitigation and boy were they thorough. The floor was pulled up, the room was disinfected and dried. With the mitigation done, the crew came back a few weeks later to actually do the repairs and get our floors back to the condition they were in before. This was equally impressive. Do not hire this company. They did not complete work as discussed and uses deceptive business…read morepractices. The person who comes out for initial inspection tells you all of the appropriate things, but then after that things fall apart. They refused to send us a report or written estimate of work to be included because it was "at their minimum fee and all work would be done as discussed." That was our mistake for trusting their word. Three workers were at our house for one hour, typically with two just standing around chatting while one person did something, and we were charged $800 (their minimum). When we emailed to note things that were not done as discussed, they said they would not return to complete the job scope we agreed to. The person who came out to do the estimate then lied and mislead the office on what was discussed, and again, since they refused to put the scope of work in writing, we are just left with a half finished job. They are untrustworthy and will leave you with needing to hire someone else to complete the job they started.
