I would give it a -1 star if it's available. Stay away from this place! This is a very shady pharmacy.
My daughter's pediatrician prescribed a nebulizer for children and states on the prescription that we need one with a mask.. That evening when we opened the box the device is for adults. It only comes with a mouth piece. My daughter was coughing really bad so we had to use it anyway. the next day when I had called and explained the situation to the first person who answered the phone. He told me to hold. A couple of minutes later, a lady came to the phone. First, she said how nebulizers never come with a mask and my insurance requires two prescriptions, 1 for the nebulizer and 1 for the mask. I told her that I'm not an ignorant parent and knows that some nebulizers does come with mask in the box. Then, she tells me that my insurance does not cover a nebulizer with a mask. I told her that if my insurance doesn't cover one then she should of told me and not just give me one that doesn't has a mask. She just contradicted herself by saying nebulizers never come with a mask and then said how my insurance doesn't cover one that come with a mask. However, if I get a separate prescription for the nebulizer and mask then my insurance covers it. What kind of nonsense is that? All I know is that they messed up and I want it fixed. Instead of accepting their fault they tried to give me reasons to cover their mistake and wants me to get another prescription for the mask from the doctor. She continues to justify herself by saying the one they gave me comes with a mouth piece and my daughter should use it. I told her that it's impossible for me to control my THREE YEARS OLD daughter to breathe from her mouth only. If she breathes with her nose then the mouth piece is useless and that's why the mask is necessary so no matter where she breathes from she will be breathing in the medication!
I'm not the only person from my family that has this bad experience with them. In the beginning of 2012, my father had told me how this pharmacy claimed that my father had finished all his refills on one of his medications when he went in for a refill. The current refill he has was from 3 - 4 months prior to the one he's trying to get. When he went in for the refill, their system said he refilled it about four weeks ago. After a few minutes of arguing with them, they finally said there was a mistake. My father is allowed to refill but the one they have on hand will cost my father full price since his insurance doesn't cover it and the one that the insurance covers is not in stock. The told him to come back tomorrow for the generic brand. My father told them that the one he is using now is not the generic brand and he didn't have to pay anything because it is fully covered. They told him not to worry about anything and just come back the next day. He went back the next day and he received the branded medication which they claim that my father had to pay the full price the day before. I am assuming that this pharmacy processed my father's last refill without my father's knowledge and hoping that my father will never come for the refill so they can get money from the insurance company and not give out the medication. When he did show up for it they tried to cover it. Since they claimed that his last refill was about 4 weeks ago they can probably process another prescription. In order to do that they will need to call his doctor for a new prescription. That's why they gave him the BS that he has to pay full price for branded and they current don't have generic available and requires him to go back the next day. The next day comes, he was given the branded pill for nothing. read more
