They both said they loved how professional and caring their providers are. On another day I went alone and was treated by Dr. Mark. He is such a brilliant professional. I felt safe and completely heard that I was in good hands and today I took my daughter to urgent care and Dr. Mark really did help treat and relieve my daughter's symptoms. We are very grateful. Thank you for your kindness, compassion and hard work my family and I appreciate you both and the whole team thank you. Please keep being wonderful.

I visited Medical Express Clinic last month, and while the visit itself was fine, the billing…read moreexperience was extremely disappointing. When I paid for my visit, the receptionist informed me that she had accidentally overcharged me and assured me that I would receive the difference as a refund. I was supposed to pay $125, but she never mentioned the actual charge or provided a printed receipt. I assumed it wasn't much more -- until I checked my bank statement later that day and realized I'd been charged $1,250! Mistakes happen, but the issue was the complete lack of communication and accountability afterward. I waited the 7-10 business days, but no refund ever came. When I called the clinic, there was no apology, and I was told I had to contact their billing department myself -- something no one had mentioned before. After sitting on hold for a long time, the billing representative said she needed more time to "review my case" and would get back to me. She never did. I had to call again almost three weeks later, and thankfully, another representative finally processed my refund that same day. It took 20 days to get my money back for what was clearly their mistake. I understand that human errors happen, but the staff needs to be much more transparent and organized when handling payment issues. Tip: Always ask for a printed receipt and double-check your charge amount before leaving.

Very nice people if you are SOL without options and want to stay bedridden, indefinitely…read more Otherwise, avoid, avoid, avoid Malpractice is an issue here. Collectively, they have anger management issues, destructive narcissism, depression, a seek-to-destroy mentality, imbalanced neurotransmitter issues, and promote obesity and ill-health overall. I wish it weren't true. But, they honor complacency over excellence and reality, let you down when you start to gain real health, and fear people who have high hopes and dreams for the future. Also, watch out for their gaslighting, especially when--or if--you are going through a tough time. Both of my prescriptions were denied refills after my medication wasn't at the pharmacy, and I was being intentionally led on for them to find something to use against me. Even though agreements were made during the last appointment for my medication to be at the pharmacy, I had to call multiple times because the medication wasn't there--leaving me hopeless, abandoned, and in a very serious predicament. I worked with them for almost two years and felt deserted and set up to fail while not drinking, smoking, or messing with my dosages/living a healthy life/and very goal oriented--just for example--which was a one-sided effort, much like the services offered. They are a toxic group. There are significant issues with the this industry, as well as concerning situations that occur behind closed doors.

Was told my 8 month old had an ear infection and pink eye. Doc gave us an antibiotic and eye drops. I felt like there was something off about the visit so I ended up taking her to comer cER where she was looked at much more thoroughly and was told there's zero signs of an ear or eye infection and they have no clue why the doctor there said that. The pediatrician was also concerned about the antibiotics given by the doctor here and said they were way too strong for such a little baby. Do not waste your time going here. They make up stuff so they can bill your insurance for a higher bill. Since writing this review I have received hateful emails I'm sure which are from either the owner of a staff member there.
