Very nice people if you are SOL without options and want to stay bedridden, indefinitely…read more Otherwise, avoid, avoid, avoid Malpractice is an issue here. Collectively, they have anger management issues, destructive narcissism, depression, a seek-to-destroy mentality, imbalanced neurotransmitter issues, and promote obesity and ill-health overall. I wish it weren't true. But, they honor complacency over excellence and reality, let you down when you start to gain real health, and fear people who have high hopes and dreams for the future. Also, watch out for their gaslighting, especially when--or if--you are going through a tough time. Both of my prescriptions were denied refills after my medication wasn't at the pharmacy, and I was being intentionally led on for them to find something to use against me. Even though agreements were made during the last appointment for my medication to be at the pharmacy, I had to call multiple times because the medication wasn't there--leaving me hopeless, abandoned, and in a very serious predicament. I worked with them for almost two years and felt deserted and set up to fail while not drinking, smoking, or messing with my dosages/living a healthy life/and very goal oriented--just for example--which was a one-sided effort, much like the services offered. They are a toxic group. There are significant issues with the this industry, as well as concerning situations that occur behind closed doors.

I scheduled an appointment online for a Covid vaccine and a flu vaccine. I received a text to…read moreconfirm, which was a good reminder and comforting as the patron. I arrived and was instructed to use my phone to scan a QR code. Reception was poor in the lobby so after trying for a few minutes, I asked for the WiFi password due to the limited reception. Was disappointed to learn there's awareness of the reception issue and there is no code. I was so even told others couldn't complete the forms online & used paper. Clueless as to why they still instructed me to try too. After completing the paperwork, I waited in the lobby with quite a few others for about 30 minutes. Once I was called back, the process was quick. There were no Covid vaccines offered and the only flu vaccine offering was by shot (nasal option was not available). If I had known these aspects before I drove there for the appointment and filled out the forms, I probably would've sought care elsewhere. That's the reason for the rating.

I asked the staff for a pcr flu test, because I was…read moresure the symptoms were coming, rapid test were not positive, and wanted to get ahead of it. I don't want to isolate my newborn any longer! They made me feel stupid, like there is no such thing as a pcr flu test and denied me the tamaflu which is the obvious solution. I soon called back after the obvious happened and I became symptomatic and contagious. Still they denied me tamiflu. The clinician i spoke to should not work with people given her inability to listen and her vindictiveness when asked to go out of her way. I once wondered how people get to the point of mistrusting Dr.s and science so much they turn to bad resources and make dangerous decisions. Come here and the convoluted communication is purposeful. The staff are looking for the fast solution and won't listen to patients

I understand hospitals can be busy, but basic updates and attention to patients go a long way. The level of care I received did not meet expectations. It felt rushed, and my concerns weren't taken as seriously as they should have been. Overall, the experience left me frustrated and uneasy. I really hope they improve their patient communication and overall service, because this was not the level of care anyone expects when going to a hospital.

I've been in the emergency room for about two hours with my 80-year-old mother, and unfortunately, the environment has been far from what I remember. Staff members were openly using profanity and engaging in inappropriate conversations within earshot of patients. It was uncomfortable and honestly disheartening--especially for someone of my mother's age to have to sit and listen to. I've been coming here for over 40 years, and I never expected to see such a decline in professionalism. As someone who works in the medical field, I understand how demanding these environments can be, but maintaining a respectful and appropriate atmosphere should always be a priority. This experience was upsetting, and I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously. I will be following up further regarding this concern. I guess this is the quality that Loyola is now, such a disappointment. The only thing I can say positive is the chaplain who came down with kindness and compassion.
