I dropped off a package here exactly a week ago, on 1/31/26 at 10:20am and this is confirmed on the…read moretracking but somehow my package containing $230 shoes disappeared and never made it to their destination. Per the tracking, the shoes never left the store and there was no explanation when I called both the store and UPS corporate to try and figure out what happened. Since UPS was no help despite being the last to be in possession of the package, I ended up having to involve the recipient/retailer I was returning these shoes to for a refund. Such a headache and quite the disheartening ordeal! I will be using a different UPS location from now on...
