We waited over an hour & no one came & the last never came back out of the office (which was locked). I found them the stereotypical shady "used car lot".

They told us they would be able to run a diagnostic and get us some answers shortly after dropping the vehicle off we received a call that the diagnostic that they ran was unhelpful and not only will we have to pay for that diagnostic we would also have to pay for an additional one for almost$ 400 more . When we expressed our concern about paying for an additional diagnostic without any they were unreceptive unhelpful. Due to this experience, we will not be returning and giving our business to this dealership.
