The service man who finds the cheapest local parts is great. It's the careless workers trying to rush through repairs thats the issue. You want a mechanic who works on your car like its his own and not just a rented jalopy.

I needed the car checked for a trip to OK. Jeff always checked and gave the Fit a clean bill of health, fresh oil and top off for a minimal cost. When I needed parts ( most recently-shocks), the install was quick and the entire bill was way lower than what other mechanics were charging. MOST IMPORTANTLY, every visit I was greeted warmly, shown to a waiting area, and treated respectfully. Jeff always took time to listen and guide me through to the best care with total kindness. As an over 70 woman, that is a rare occurrence in the business world.

When I called them to make an appointment, although the price increased, they still charged me the original quoted price. They didn't have to do it but they did and I'm truly grateful. Brought 2 of our vehicles here to have the tires swapped. A few minutes after arriving they told us…read morethey couldn't swap them because they were all wheel drive vehicles and tires were different sizes (going from an acadia to explorer). My husband and I have both worked in the auto industry do we already the tire sizes were able to be swapped, and for that matter both our vehicles are front wheel drive! My husband asked to see the vehicles while they were in the air (to double check), and sure enough FWD. He asked the girl who checked us in if she could just let tech know to double check before they give customers wrong info. She pulled the tech aside and told us tell him yourself, so my husband did. Tech had nothing to say except "ok" and gave him a dirty look. There was no "hey we were wrong we apologize"... just nothing. When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. Walking away and not acknowledging a customer who was polite but pointed out your mistake and told you that you were wrong - unprofessional. We wont be back.

When I offered to pay the core charge out-of-pocket to keep my property, he refused to call his supplier to check the price, aggressively claiming he was "too busy" while I stood right in front of him. Refusal to Stand By His Work: The merchant wrote "New PCM to fix issue" on his paperwork. However, when I asked him to sign his name to validate that his diagnosis was correct and would actually fix the vehicle, he completely refused to sign it. Fabricated Billing Items: The merchant charged for items like an engine coolant sensor and its wiring. However, the vehicle's computer was not even communicating or reading data to generate a trouble code for that system. They billed for things that could not possibly have been diagnosed. Definitive Proof of Fraud (Dealership Invoice Attached): Because of his hostile behavior and refusal to sign his name to his own diagnosis, I had the truck towed directly to an official manufacturer dealership for a certified inspection. As clearly proven by the attached Official Dealership Invoice: The truck never needed a new engine computer (PCM). The actual issue was simply a broken wire running to the PCM. The dealership repaired the wire, and the truck runs perfectly on its original computer.
