Let's be clear: permission to test drive permission to run errands. When a vehicle is used outside the agreed purpose, that's theft by conversion. Call it whatever you want; I call it unauthorized load-bearing activities. If she wanted my truck treated like a shop mule, she would've charged mileage... or at least gotten a cut of the delivery fee. Trust is everything with a mechanic.
