I've been going to this location since summer of 2006 and today will be the last time I use their services. Sometimes the customer service is horrible and the past 3 times I've been there it has been! So in the span of a week (last thurs to today, wednesday) I've been there 3 times! I need an oil change and a tpms sensor replaced (which I called ahead to have ordered for me) so on thursday I get there at 7:20am-ish and at 9 they ask me if I have more time to wait... ummm no! He tells me the new sensor isn't working, it won't activate so I will have to come back the next day but it'll be really quick (he lied btw) oh and he charges me in full for work that has not yet been completed, around $150! I bring my car back on Friday, explain to the man behind the counter what happened and asks how long it'll take and he says I don't know I gotta see where he's at on the other cars blah blah... so after waiting about 25 minutes they tell me AGAIN that this new sensor isn't activating either and that they will order the sensor directly from nissan and that it'll be in on monday or tuesday. So i said "in that case can you refund me my money" and they guy has the nerve to say "well if I do that I won't order the new part" .... wth? extremely rude I went back today because I already paid for it and I just want it fixed already! I wait a little over an hour, it's finally done. There's no sorry about making you come in 3 times NOTHING! I wouldn't have gotten so bent out of shape if this was something they didn't have control over but the second time I brought my car in, they didn't even touch my car, all they did was try to activate the new sensor before replacing mine and they were doing this behind the counter! I went to firestone complete auto care in August, right before school was about to start to get my tires replaced. As soon as I got there I was greeted warmly, and every single one of my questions was answered regarding new tires (I know nothing about tires). Shivan was the guy who was helping me. I waited there to get my tires replaced and as I was waiting Shivan updated me on the entire process. He was super helpful and continued to answer all my questions about my car, as best as he could. He even went above and beyond and showed me how to replace the battery to unlock and lock my car doors since I kept on manually opening and locking my car. I hate going to mechanics/car shops because as a female who knows nothing about cars, I get treated badly and I also get ripped off. For once that wasn't the case. I would come back here for sure and request for Shivan. He was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I definitely recommend this place. read more

This place is horrible. Every time I go here I'm called a couple of hours later with a laundry list of work I need done. I'll take it elsewhere for a second opinion and will be told that I either A) don't actually need any of that work, or B) can get it done for a much cheaper price. They treat customers like they don't know anything and try to take advantage of them. The only reason I've gone here a few times is because it is around the block from my place of work and convenient for me. I'd much rather go out of my way then go here again. read more

Usually I'm able to get in and out or at least drop my car off and get a phone call when the work is completed. Not today! Dropped car off at 11:00 AM and was told car would be ready in two hours. So I called at 2:45 but to my surprise a voicemail was left on my phone to pick up my vehicle. I get there at 3. Guess what I'm told I was called in error and now I'm sitting for an additional hour waiting on my car. Biggest problem of all this is happening while I'm suppose to be at work. This was a huge disappointment. I have been needing an oil change and was visiting my family nearby. The facility was gigantic and very clean so I entered all excited to get my oil change. I believe the employees name at the desk was Dan. I approached him after waiting several minutes as he attended another customer and politely asked if he had time to do an oil change. Perhaps that was my mistake, instead of asking if he had time to do an oil change I should of just stated that I was there for an oil change. He shook his head no and said, "they gave me a skeleton crew. Don't come tomorrow either we are busy. I can make an appointment for you on Friday." Although I appreciate the effort he was attempting to make in booking an appointment on Friday, I was extremely bothered by his lack of effort in taking my car in the moment, especially since they had two hours before closing. He didn't bother to ask if I was dropping off my car, waiting, or any other type of accommodation. I guess my facial expression showed I was bothered, or he felt guilty, so he began to explain that the only reason he took in the previous customer was because she had a flat tire. So I guess my need for an oil change wasn't as important as her flat tire. Ultimately, I needed up going elsewhere where I was taken in and my oil change was done under twenty minutes and I received a first time customer coupon. It's sad they lost a potential customer and I will not be recommending them to anyone. Also, if they were so busy they should of posted a sign on the door stating that no walk ins will be accepted unless you have an appointment. read more

I had a 9:00am appointment. Arrived on time. Began to work on car at 9:45am. Went in for a tire rotation. Slow as hell. Once I got the car back at 10:12am, I saw the tire maintenance warning light was not reset. It took 3 guys to reset it over 15 minutes. If you have time to kill, come to Firestone. I had to get to work. Making an appointment is B.S. The appointment time is meaningless. Overall time for a tire rotation was one hour and 20 minutes. read more

They found a couple of items that needed attention to prevent future problems and explained my options. I, too, found the service at this location poor. I called ahead to make sure they had the tires I said I wanted. I was assured they did and could put them on that day. First, when I got there, I looked at the contract and found that they had added a warranty I had not asked for. I complained and was told they would take it off the final bill. I left the car and was called a few hours later. They told they did not have the right size tire and offered me a more expensive type. I just got new tires for my car and wanted to get the lifetime wheel alignment service. I was expecting to pay about $200 and was pleasantly surprised when the Sales associate (Julia) applied an additional $30 off (Memorial Day coupon). Not sure what everybody else is complaining about but my service was AWESOME!!! I scheduled an appointment and was out before the estimated time. My service consisted of 4 replacement tires, alignment, front brake change including rotors, and a left light bulb replacement. Shout out to Franklin and Alex who worked on my vehicle. A Loyal Multiple Vehicle Customer for Years.Called on Saturday to schedule dropping off vehicle and leaving for service on Sunday.Told to drop off by 5:30 was there by 4:45. The Service Advisor-Fred had terrible attitude,made you feel like you were bothering him bringing your car in for service. Fred called me at 9:45 Sunday morning with update. Did not have estimate for repairs.I explained what I wanted done anyway.Earlier that morning discovered nail in my wife's tire.When speaking with Fred asked could tire be repaired that day.Fred told me yes would call me as soon as my vehicle was complete,could bring wife's vehicle in.
