I spoke with who I believe is the owner, Eric who was friendly on the phone, shared the cost on the phone and mentioned I could come right away. I came to the shop where I was quickly greeted and served. One of the staff looked over my car and shared what needed and didn't need to be fixed in less than ten minutes. They have a small waiting area with plenty of books, magazines and a water cooler. I paid a fraction of the price I would have paid at the Honda Dealership and was given advice about car maintenance from Eric. I appreciate this local business and look forward to coming here for other car maintenance needs.

Scott Skid the owner is not standing behind his company's motto and service. Within 48 hours and 49 miles of me getting my vehicle back from them my check engine light came on and a message saying engine compartments are hot. Heath the service manager had me sit in their shop for 3 hours because the shop foreman was servicing other vehicles, only to tell me my spark plugs had residue over them and fouled out. I advised Heath that I didn't bring my car in with bad spark plugs on a check engine light. Heath stated it must be coincidental. I advised Heath when the initial inspection was completed there wasn't any concerns for misfires. Heath turned me away. I was forced to attempt to resolve the issue on my own. I even brought this concern up to Scott Skidd, the owner and he is refusing to take accountability for what his team did. He keeps saying they never did an inspection on my vehicle when they clearly inspect vehicles everytime they are brought in. He doesn't even know how to repair vehicles. I have a 2018 BMW 540i that i take great care of. Had just purchased brand new run flat tires $1500. Who would purchase BRAND NEW TIRES on a vehicle they don't take care of?!?! I never should have let this shop touch it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FOREIGN VEHICLES TO THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They will not honor their service commitment to you.

I recently purchased a new truck, and because I want to avoid swirl marks and scratches, I have only been having it hand washed. Unfortunately, my visit yesterday will be my last. While waiting, I noticed several customers ahead of me complaining about the quality of their washes. At first, I assumed they were just being overly picky. Then my truck came through. The truck was still dusty and dirty, which made it appear that little or no water had been used during the wash. The tires had been dressed with tire shine, but the truck itself was far from clean. Even worse, whatever chemical was sprayed on the vehicle appears to have been applied while the truck was hot. It left white streaks and stains on the paint and, more significantly, on my Retrax bed cover. I immediately tried washing the truck myself when I got home. I was able to remove most of the residue from the painted surfaces, but the stains on the bed cover would not come off. For a business that advertises professional hand washing, this is completely unacceptable--especially on a new vehicle. After nearly nine years as a customer, this experience has cost Kwik Kar my business. I will now be seeking professional help to restore my bed cover and will likely have to pay out of pocket for damage that occurred during what should have been a routine wash. I sincerely hope management addresses the quality issues, because based on what I witnessed from other customers that day, my experience was not an isolated incident.

I found out they had a busy rush taking in another company's mechanic issues and worked straight through without lunch on a 90+ degree weather and I walked in right after the rush. Their work ethic didn't slow down, they were helpful, patient and most of all willing to do anything to make sure everything went smooth. This isn't disclosed on the fee signage in the shop , the sign outside at garage doors or online. The surprise fees were not disclosed until after the service was completed. Buyer beware. My car only used 4 liters and the normal oil change allows up to 5 liters. Then they added the up charge. They just lost a customer. A shame since I do try to support local businesses.
