I'm surprised by the bad reviews here. I stopped by because I had a leak on my Tesla Model Y. The tires were low on tread, but the salesperson didn't push too hard on me to get new tires and said they could repair it. However, once a technician took a closer look; it turned out that my alignment was pretty bad because I never rotated the tires. The tire was leaking air because of uneven wear. The technician even showed me the tires. They were able to replace the tires and get me an alignment pretty quick. read more

Short review since I only came here for an oil change. One thing that I liked was that I can make an appointment online and it allows you to add multiple services to your appointment. I was able to make an appointment the day before I wanted to come in which was really convenient. They close at 6:00 p.m. which is later than most places I've noticed, so that's nice since I was able to go right after work. When I got there, there was no one sitting in the lobby and there weren't any other cars being serviced, so I was kind of concerned why they weren't busy. Maybe it was because it was a weekday? But I was able to get my oil change done and they were able to make some suggested maintenance services. They do a complimentary inspection if you want them to. But honestly, I probably wouldn't do that next time. I know when oil change usually takes 30 minutes or less, but because they were doing the inspection, I was there for almost 1 hour. Overall, I would come back back oil changes and maybe larger repairs. read more

Dropped my car off at 9:00 AM and called around 3:00 PM. I was told they were already working on my car. However, when we came back before 6:00 PM to pick it up, the guy at the front gave us an excuse, saying he thought it was a different car. If you weren't working on my car, I would have preferred to be told honestly instead of being given misleading information. Very disappointing experience and a waste of my time. I won't be coming back here again. read more

I guess there's management change and the service and communication with customers get improved much. They don't push much to purchase their tires rather than giving recommendations. I went there for wait-in_store wheel alignment service and auto-care package inspection, changed frontal wiper blades. Got too much discount on both parts and service! Thank you both Bernadette and Jacob. read more

Today was to be busy but enjoyable Sunday. I was to get my granddaughter to an appointment across town & back. I woke up to find a flat tire and no time to spare. I got some air in the tire and headed for Firestone Milpitas. The line there this morning was out the door & I needed to get going. I caught the lady from behind the counter outside getting details for another customer. I quickly explained my problem and rather than making me go back and wait in line. She took my name, information & key there and told me she would take care of it. She did & called me later in the early afternoon to tell me my car was ready. I made the appointment with my granddaughter on time & back safely thanks to the people at firestone Milpitas going above & beyond when people really need the help. Thank you all. read more

I went to Firestone with a promo for oil change. I was asked if I wanted to go with standard oil or synthetic oil because the promo was for standard oil. My dumbass doesn't really know the difference except for the price difference, so I said just go with what's on the promo. When I came to pick up my car, Tony told me they eventually went with the more expensive synthetic oil because my car doesn't take standard oil. Instead of billing me $90 for the oil change, Tony said he'd keep the promo standard oil pricing. Lesson learned...synthetic oil next time. Thanks for the education, and also helping me save face without bickering over the price. =) read more

Disappointing Experience with a Few Bright Spots - Be Cautious with Fastone Auto Service I brought my car to Fastone Auto Service for repairs, and while it was eventually fixed, the experience overall was frustrating, time-consuming, and left me feeling that the $1,200 I spent wasn't truly worth it. The biggest issue was their initial misdiagnosis. I came in twice before they finally figured out what was actually wrong with my vehicle. For both earlier visits, I was told the issue was likely the battery, but even after dealing with that, the problem persisted. It wasn't until my third visit that an Indian manager stepped in, took the time to properly inspect the car, and correctly diagnosed a starter failure. Once the starter was replaced, the issue was finally resolved. While I appreciate that this manager was detail-oriented, honest, and even helped price match to save on parts, the fact remains: I lost a lot of valuable time and went through unnecessary back-and-forth due to earlier missteps. Even though the car is now working, the whole process was inefficient and exhausting. Another major disappointment was the customer service -- particularly from the female manager, who appeared to be in a leadership role. She was consistently dismissive, unfriendly, and showed little interest in helping customers. Her attitude made a frustrating process even worse. In contrast, the Indian manager was the only person who showed real professionalism, explaining the issue clearly, consolidating labor charges, and trying to make the experience as smooth as possible. To sum up: * The car did get fixed -- eventually. * The Indian manager deserves credit for doing things right. * The service prior to that was poor, and customer care from the female manager was even worse. * The misdiagnosis led to multiple visits, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. * I paid $1,200, but the overall experience felt unworthy of the cost. I sincerely hope the management at Fastone looks into these issues -- particularly the inconsistency in staff attitude and the lack of proper diagnostics in earlier visits. I'm sure I'm not the only customer who feels this way, and others likely have similar stories. This shop has potential, but it's currently being held back by internal problems that shouldn't be ignored. read more

I got a flat on Labor Day weekend and most tire places are closed. I called Firestone to check if they are allowing walk-ins. Luckily they did but it would take a few hours to get my tire taken care of. This was fine by me, as I'd rather not have a rush job on my tire. I called an hour before closing to check the status and my car was ready. Turns out there was a screw on my tire and they were able to patch it up for me. I appreciate the quick turnaround. read more

Sanam Sarabha is an amazing store manager for the Firestone location on Park Victoria. He assisted me when I purchased all new tires for my 2018 Acura TLX. I also paid for lifetime tire rotation - which I do not regret at all. Just recently I got a flat tire from a screw while coming back home from a weekend trip. The very next day Sanam took in my car and put a whole new tire on it - going as far to send one of his workers to another location that had the exact tire I needed. I expressed to him how important it was for me to get my tire fixed before the work week began, and he delivered. Both myself and my relatives all appreciate Sanam and his team for their integrity and hard work! read more

I bought a car from Carvana and on the 05/04/26 i brought my car at the "Firestone complete auto care" in Milpitas, it is an authorized mechanics from Silver Rock (part of Carvana repairing network). The mechanic was supposed to called Silver Rock to get an authorization for the car repair, and then call me to let me know the result. On the morning of the 4th Jacob , from the shop, called me stating that SILVER ROCK did not approve the claim. Knowing that I need the repair for the safety of my driving I told him to go head and do the repair even without approval. Around 5pm the car was ready and I paid $716.47 dollars , Allen, the office mng ? even told me that he stayed on the phone for long time on hold with Silver Rock. Not knowing the reason why my claim was denied I decided to call Silver Rock and ask, I found out with a big surprise that the shop never called, the representative explained me that even if a claim is rejected it should be listed as a claim on my Silver Rock file, and they did not have any records on file. I sent a complain to bfsocial@bridgestonesupport.zendesk.com I guess Firestone is part of Bridgestone, they answered me saying that they very sorry and etc etc. But after few e mails back and forth they forgot about the incident and client. This is very unprofessional , one of two of their employees lied to my face and as usual there is no accountability, Carvana ppl an clients in general be really careful if you bring your car to this Firestone store. read more

I had a very slow leak in the left rear tire of my Camry. It lit the TPM lite on my dash, but the pressure went up due to a short road trip. Since it has Firestone tires on it and I was in the area, I stopped in to get it fixed. They found one of those big staples, with one leg, that went into the tire. It was barely visible. It was close to a previous puncture, that already had a patch. They put a 2nd patch on it. They were hoping it would hold. It has now for a few weeks after. The name on the work order was JACOB. Not sure if that was the office manager or the guy who did the work. They saved me from having to buy a new tire! read more

I am at a conundrum. They did good work with my daughter's car where a change or two front tires and alignment were needed. However, the customer ahead of us on that same day nearly got into an accident just after driving off from the shop because a part of his wheels came off while in the middle of the road. Fortunately he was able to drive back and notify the shop of what happened while we on the other hand was flabbergasted and started getting worried about our car. The front office was obviously frazzled and went to the shop and talked to somebody prolly figuring out who worked on the other guy's car. There was another customer who was waiting with us and right then and there cancelled his service. I whispered to my hubby to double check the car before drive off and he reassured me that he will. Brought my car in for an oil change and the front desk staff and the manager were both very unprofessional. To start off, the woman who worked the front desk was not able to answer my question and when I was told to speak to the manager he started to walk away from me MID CONVERSATION as a way to stop me from talking. This location claimed they did lot have base standard oil and only carried the full synthetic oil. Needed an oil change so I scheduled an appointment online. I was accidentally late so I could not do my original appointment due to them being short staffed so I rescheduled it there for that following Friday of that week. It was fine for me since it was not really that urgent. I come in on that Friday and I was able to leave my car but the sir at the counter let me know that it could take up to 4 hours or until Saturday morning due to them being short staffed. I was getting an oil change, tire rotation, and tire alignment. It was not news I wanted to hear but I understood since they also had to deal with some of their employees calling out and quitting. The sir was very transparent with me and I understood and left my car with them. Later that evening, the guy called me to say my car was ready for pickup. It was a lot quicker than I expected! Upon picking up my car, the guy saw me and said "Told ya it would be ready by 6pm" LOL. There customer service is awful! I made an appointment 3 days ago to have my oil changed at 8:30 am this morning. When I took it in at 8:30, am they said they would be finished by noon. When I called at 1 pm to check on it, they had not even started to work on it yet because there was "no rack available", they were still fixing vehicles that had been brought in the day before. Had they told me they were too busy to fix my car this morning, I would have been able to change my plans or take my car elsewhere; now I have to cancel afternoon appointments at the last minute. Apparently this Firestone location thinks nothing about honoring their appointments, providing false information about when your car will be ready, or wasting a customer's day. I will never go back. UPDATE: So the desk guy who irresponsibly told me that my car would be ready at noon called me at 3 pm to say my car was ready. His name was Raul and he was unapologetic. I had also paid for a safety check; but instead I was handed a 5-page, $5k estimate for repairs that did not say if anything was unsafe. $5K seemed excessive since my reliable old Toyota Corolla is only worth $3-4k. I asked for a safety report and Raul said the estimate was the safety report. Then after I argued and insisted he must tell me what was unsafe, it turned out nothing was actually unsafe, and only about $1800 of the bill was for things that actually needed to be repaired sometime soon (some old engine gaskets and a suspension control arm that might break soon). The rest of the $5K estimate was just a veiled sales pitch. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. read more

I should have given weightage to the other 1-star reviews and avoided this place. I scheduled a 1PM appointment for regular auto inspection and I was told there are 3 cars ahead of me and the inspection will happen only at 3.30 PM at the latest. I am not sure why they make us schedule appointments if they cannot honor it. Anyway I left the car with them and came back at 4.30 PM before the shop closes and car was not touched till then. I ended up cancelling the work order since I don't think trusting these folks anymore was worth it. Sanam in the front desk was rude and robotic to all the customers in the 30-40 minutes I was in there.
