Came back to Firestone on Miller & 137th Ave. Melissa at front desk has always been very professional, she has excellent customer service skills. Tech Ruben worked on my car, to say he knows a lot about cars is an understatement He is very knowledgeable & takes the time to explain the work to be done. Both are awesome! read more

Very efficient and understandable due to coming in on short notice. Anthony took care of us with no hesitation.

Jorge was fantastic. Really helpful with getting a new tire and the price was good. Thank you Jorge

Oil change!! They charge you for their mistakes. The last time I came to do an oil change and they tightened the oil plug too much, now they say they have to charge me for a new oil plug, when they were the ones who broke it. read more

DONT COME HERE , absolute trash service they mess up and charge you for their mistakes also the workers are a little slow and disrespectful

One star is honestly too much. These people make mistakes and try to charge you up the ass later on. They lied to me and it ended up costing me big time. They charged me for an alignment and never did the alignment. Now I need for FOUR new tires. These people are scammers. Ralph is rude and friendly in the slightest. These are the type of people who see an older woman & any woman and take advantage just because they assume we don't know what's going on. This is not a business this is your typical SCAM. DO NOT GO HERE AND DONT LET RALPH HELP YOU read more

They are very lazy here save your time and go else we're. They say no to everything, will lie to you. If you go here pay close attention to the work you pay for. read more

I don't think I've ever been so insulted by an offer of compensation for a bad experience. Was contacted by management, and after explaining what happened, and the trouble I experienced with my car after their mechanics purposefully messed with my car; I was offered a refund for the studs/lugs I had to purchase and replace on my own ($8) or a free oil change. So my time and energy, according to management, was worth about $30 (I don't really care how much their ridiculously overpriced oil changes are, anyway). Worst experience I've ever had with any mechanic. Even the conversation with management in a failed attempt to salvage my experience, was a waste of my time. Looks like Firestone is losing my business forever... and I'll be sure to take as many people as I possibly can with me. read more

Firestone Complete Auto Care - Tires Near Me - Miami, Florida

Watch out this place definitely takes advantage of people that don't know much about cars almost cost me 300 dollars if I didn't know any better. My adventure started at around 11 am I was looking for a place to get an oil change found this Firestone near by. It looks empty but for some reason it takes 2+ hours to do one job. When my car finally got into the garage the true scam started. The scam involves the mechanics coming in saying your battery is about to die. They hand you a receipt say "the charge is low the battery is flooded" then they state "I got a deal for you, we can change it for 200-300 dollars." After that I ask ok so how long do you think my battery will last the Front desk guy said like 3 days. That's sus In my mind I was like this seems sketchy since I know I just switched out my battery out less than a year ago for 80 dollars. So I googled the prices and they haven't changed much so I said no thanks and went to Autozone to look for a battery that located literally across the street. I was about to buy a new battery and asked them to check mine out to see if it really needed to be changed. Long story short my battery was not even close to dying Now I'm sitting here contemplating if they even did anything to my car with that type of service. They came over and showed me a dirty air filter and I agreed to change that too guess I'll go check if it actually got changed or I got scammed out of my money there too. read more

Very expensive charged me 95 just for a diagnostic .. zero knowledge of what is wrong with cars .. Will do anything to not solve a problem and charge you extra, save your money and time and go somewhere else. read more

The guys working here were very nice once again with me. The service was great, they took my car right away. I left it and went back to work, so the guy called me to tell me that not the battery was bad but also, the alternator. After calling three other places, the price they gave me here, was the best. So, for a week has passed and my car seems fine. Thank you. read more

I can see why this Firestone gets low ratings. Due to an impromptu Covid19 situation at me local shop, I had to opt to bring my vehicle to this store. I called yesterday as soon as I found out about my cancelation and the clerk, Gilbert, stated, "We are only taking walk-ins. If you get here before 10am, you'll be out in about half-hour." It is now 8:59am, I checked in at 8:30am-ish and the clerk tells me I'll have to wait a few hours!!!! WTF!!!! This place is a mess!!!!! read more

These guys are LIARS & try to take advantage of people who don't know much about cars. I sent my son & wife with my son's Jeep Wrangler to get tires mounted & balanced, tires that I did not buy from them (that was the problem) and to also get a 4 wheel alignment. They called my wife to tell her the Jeep need the rear brakes & rotors replaced because there was n o brake pads left and it was rubbing metal to metal and it had damaged the rotors. They said to replace them it would cost $700. She said she needed to speak with first. Well it just so happens that I have been in motorsports & automotive my entire life! I was a professional race car car driver since I was 18 yrs old (1987) race professionally until 2007. I was a mechanic and a racing instructor. I am currently the motorsports manager for a race team. I also happened to do all of the new vehicle product launch training for Jeep corporate since 1996. My service advisor at my Jeep dealer went to high school with me. I called this store and told them we would not be replacing the brakes. I took the Jeep to my dealer and after they inspected it. They called to tell me the brakes were perfectly fine. They said I had plenty of meat on the pads and the rotors were perfectly fine. THESE GUYS ARE LIARS & SCAM ARTIST! read more

I was the first customer in on Sunday morning. I was attended by Matthew, seemed like he did not want to be there at all and made everything possible to not service my vehicle. I have a corporate account and have been using Firestone for over 10 years and have never been treated so unprofessionally than I was today. Very unsatisfied long time customer. read more

I just want to leave this review so others don't waste their money, i have being going to this place for almost 3 years, they are over expensive and most of them don't even know what they are doing, last time they my car alignment was so bad car tires didn't last even 2 years, tires i got new in the same place. I want last sunday to try to fix something and they were going to charge me 3 times more than was another mechanic did. Wish i could give them 0 start. Really go to another place if you care for your car and wallet read more

I'm not sure when but a while ago I went for my headlight to be replaced I got charged almost $300 because the guy told me it's an old car and he has to dig deeper inside or whatever. I went to tires plus today because my headlight was out. They are owned by the same people so I asked the guy if the prices are the same and he said yeah about the same. So basically I got scammed at Firestone. At least tires plus is honest so go there instead. Your Firestone credit card works at tires plus too. Someone from Firestone needs to contact me because I need my money back. All of it for this horrible scam you guys are doing! read more

Terrible customer service by the manager assisting me. Mechanics were nice, but management kept trying to up-sell me after I asked to please stop he asked "who are you to tell me to stop talking?!" I asked for an apology or I was going to leave and he refused to acknowledge that his behavior was inappropriate. They had my car lifted while this was happening. I asked for my Car may and had them take it down and put my wheels back on. Really upsetting experience. Never going back and I suggest you do not either. Went to another Firestone and they said it was the second complaint they had received from this location that very same day. If I could give "zero" stars, I would. read more

I had an amazingly great experience at this Firestone (my first time here). I found a big, fat nail in the tire of my 2016 Honda (the tires only had 6,000 miles on them). The tires were Firestone so I went to this place to see if they could remove the nail and patch the tire (I had been told by another big tire place that I needed a new tire!) Anyway, I went here late in the day and was very warmly greeted by Yoel. He asked what I needed and I said I wanted a nail taken out of my tire - he said ok and started to write up the order. Based on being told by the other tire place that it couldn't be patched, I asked Yoel to look at it to make sure it could be fixed. He walked out with me, took one look and said, "sure, it can be fixed." (Yay!) He told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour to fix. Before the 45 minutes was up, Albert called me and told me the car was ready! SO QUICK! Albert rang me up and he, too, was super-nice and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He told me how the patch on the tire was guaranteed and if there were any problems, just bring the car back. SUCH good service, and all for only $32. I was THRILLED I didn't have to buy a new tire. This is my new go-to place, for sure. When the need arises for me to buy new tires, they have a new customer - I will definitely come back here! You couldn't ask for better service than I received from Yoel and Albert! read more

don't like to work. they don't care. the front desk is like no person. no, we cannot, its to late, maybe tomorrow.....

Got a quote on a brake job here it was 800 bucks went down the street to the old martino tire (idk what it's called now) got all the same parts and labor done for 300 dollars less AND they got it done same day AND while firestones official quote said I had a brake hose leak I in fact did not. They've suckered me before but they're not getting me again. Shame on them read more

Horrible! I went there to replace my mother's car faulty battery. We paid them extra to replace the battery cable connectors which were corroded. The next day, my 83 year old mother is stranded a few blocks from this Firestone place, the car would not start! I called Firestone Complete Auto Care for help, they told me "sorry, we are too busy". AAA to the rescue... As it turned out, Firestone Complete Auto Care did not replace the corroded cable connectors, but they charge us for it. In addition, they left their tools all scattered in my mother's car engine. Firestone Complete Auto Care is located on Miller Drive and SW 137 Avenue. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE read more

Worst service ever. 2hrs to fix a flap tired. Place is a joke don't go there. Overall Horrible service. Stay away

I took my car there for a simple oil change due to a road trip coming up. They first called me to tell me that the oil plug and filter were leaking. Mind you my car was never leaking oil anywhere. It was an invisible leak. They said they needed to replace the oil plug $10 NOT A PROBLEM. Than they called me back a couple of hours later to tell me that the oil plug was striped and that I need a brand new oil pan. Now it would cost $505.00. We talked to Mike the "manager" and told him that was a joke due to the fact that my car was not leaking oil to begin with. His help was bringing the job cost from $505 to $479.00 what a joke not to mention a gimmick. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!! While I was waiting there was a lady there that took her car for a brake job and they told her the job would be $900.00 because the axle was broken. She obviously didn't do the job because she said her car was driving smooth. LOL Ladies be ware.... read more

Terrible. Went there for an oil change for my simple, 4-cylinder veloster. The guy tried to sell me the most expensive package, which was close to $80 after having me wait forever 'cause there's not enough help and telling me that my car wouldn't be done for like two hours. So, I went across the street to martino tire and got it done well, cheap and quick. read more

DO NOT COME HERE, they guys lied to me trying to tell me my axel was messed up and it would be an absurd amount to pay, I decided to take it to another shop for them to tell me I was missing a tiny screw where my tire is placed. The mechanics are very shadey at this Firestone and I don't recommend it to anyone. read more

I just got my service done at this location and wow how has the customer service changed, very attentive and welcoming. As soon as I came in I was taken care of right away, they didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt need, they were very knowledgeable and experienced I recommend everyone to visit this firestone.I will be a customer for life !! read more

Guy says he'll check both front wheels for balance. Checks one wheel and then says he never said both. Go to an independent shop.

I used to come to this Firestone about a year ago and it was a complete waste of time. To get a simple thing fixed took forever. I went there last week and I was astonished at how much the store had changed, not just by the quality of the work, but by the attitude of the workers. The customer service was great, to say the least. I strongly recommend you give this store a chance! read more

Complete scam. The "Technician", if you can call him that, and his co-harts charged $199 for a "Diagnostic". They claimed my Throttle Body & Battery needed replaced and wrote up a quote for $2,400. I took the car to Chevrolet dealer and the Battery and Throttle Body ended up being in PERFECT condition. A complete waste of $199. And I have no doubt these gents at Firestone, with Joel being the big offender, along with Jose, and whoever the hell this unqualified technician was, -- would have sold the Parts to my vehicle on the after Market, & pocketed the rest of the money. Do not come here, not a professional company, they are looking to gauge and fraud you. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE. Worst customer service, they dont work well with their online tire affiliates or suppliers. I purchased tires online, and had them delivered directly to them. When I took the car they went ahead and tried to charge me 250 dollars when online I was quoted for 88... Well they did a "oh sorry" and charged me for 88. Later when i went to pick up the car they said one tire was faulty that I needed to get another tire because one was faulty with a bubble. Then they tried to charge me for the installation of 4 and not 3 tires because they had to supposedly put it on to see that it was defective. I argued and said "how can I be charged for a tire that I have never seen or touched, delivered directly to u through a company that calls u a trusted affiliate and expect you to be the experts and figure it" you cant do a service charge for something someone in your side messed up in. Little did i know that when I saw the "defective tire" it was because they had broken the border in the inside during installation. Tire never needed to be installed to see that it was defective (if that would have been the case). All in all they are a well known franchise, but they are liars, sneaky, and will try to take all your money for a terrible job. STAY AWAY. read more
