    I NEVER typically leave a review but I needed to for Chris Calloway, Service Manager for the 6305 N Keystone Ave location. (Who BTW deserves a raise!!) I had got my oil changed from this location about 3 weeks ago.. today, when I was leaving work, my car suddenly stopped and my "oil pressure low" light came on as well as my engine light. I then checked my oil and little/none was in my car. This had made me not too happy considering this location took about 2.5 hours to complete an oil change I had got less than a month ago. (Making me question if they had even changed it) I had purchased oil to put in my car so that I was able to make it back to that Firestone location before the store closed for the night. I had came in not to happy and of course close to the store closing around 6:20pm but Chris had the patience to answer all of my questions and figure out the cause of the issue with my car. He had stayed later than he had to just to make sure everything was right and actually showed me what the cause of the problem was!! Trust me, I typically do not recommend any fire store location because I have tried many locations over the years to find one that I like. If I ever need anything else done with my car moving forward, this is the guy I will be going to and will recommend to everyone!! Thank you for such great service!!!

    I have to say I have NEVER experienced worse service from management as I did when I visited this location. I have used Firestone for years when needing basic service for my car or tires and I am finished as a customer. I visited this location for an oil change and was informed I needed a new radiator. I agree....I did. After the radiator was replaced, I drove the car immediately home which was about 3 miles away. 2 nights later (the next time I was in the car), I noticed I had no heat. By the time I reached my destination, I could smell a hot engine. I immediately returned home and parked the car until I could determine the issue. When I opened the hood, I could see that the hose from the engine to the radiator was not connected. In addition, the clamp that holds the hose in place was about 3 inches from where it should have been. Every bit of the coolant was blown out of the radiator and the reservoir was empty as well. The mechanic had either forgotten to reconnect the hose altogether OR connected it but didn't put the clamp back in place. The clamp was in perfect condition and once we moved it into place, everything was fine. Then had to refill the entire radiator and reservoir with coolant. I even took pictures of the disconnected hose and clamp in the wrong place. If you are going to replace a radiator, check, double-check then TRIPLE-check to make sure all hoses are connected and tight. This clearly was not done....which is a rookie mistake. This could have caused extensive damage to the engine. All it takes is someone else double-checking your work. I realize this was an honest mistake, however, the way I was treated when I brought the car back was unacceptable. The manager "claimed" it was a faulty clamp but there was NOTHING wrong with the clamp. When I disagreed, the manager became belligerent, rude and talked to me like I've never been spoken to at a business before. Rather than just saying, "yeah, we screwed up", it was excuses. I had to waste an entire afternoon because of a screw-up by a mechanic and instead of a meaningful apology, I was met with a manager with an attitude problem. Said I called him a liar, which I didn't. I was never rude, but clearly angry. Businesses anymore can't just apologize for a mistake, they have to make excuses to cover their rear ends. Unfortunately, I had forgotten that I took pictures of the clamp to prove to the manager. I was a bit too angry to think that I had taken pictures. Too much experience with places like this being dishonest, I take pictures now, just in case. I forgot I took them until after I left the store. Regardless, I shouldn't have to prove that the mechanic did something wrong...especially when I wasn't even asking for anything. It was a typical "cover your *ss" mentality that so many businesses have now. A simple apology would have been nice, but nastiness is simply unacceptable. This is appalling service from a national chain. Clearly management needs training in customer service. I will NEVER return to this location or Firestone. I should have known better than trust them with more than a tire change. If you go to this location, you are taking a risk with your car. Rookie mistakes and management that are QUICK to cover their butts.

    DO NOT GO TO MIDAS!!!!!!! Wait for availability for another company!…read moreThe mechanics do not know what they are doing and put my life at risk doing my brakes. The mechanics are RUDE and don't care. They had my car for THREE days for BRAKES! And tried to refuse to pay for Ubers for those three days. I should have known something was wrong there. They broke my calipers when they took them off and replace them "for free." They should have. They broke them! They never bled my brake lines when they were done, and I've been having problems 4-5 months afterwards when air getting in my brake lines. I've been back to another mechanic THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING and they said the calipers they put are my car are bad! I should not have to replace calipers 5 months after getting "new" ones. When I called Midas to get my money back, they have a "90 days warranty" but continued to tell me that my calipers were still under warranty. I'm scared to drive my car, and Midas will not give me my money back and I have to pay for another company to do it right. I have to pay AGAIN! They don't care about you or your vehicle. They hire mechanics that don't know what they are doing and just want your money. My lawyer will love to hear they put my life in danger and don't care. All I asked is that they pay for my car to be fixed the correct way the second time! This was Midas Broadripple but since I've been there I've heard horror stories about ALL Midas's!
