I've been trading at this location for 15 years. The last couple of years, service has gone way down. The last 3 oil changes should have been high mileage - synthetic blend. My vehicle is 13 years old, in very good condition with 93K. The most recent oil change was $76. I normally paid $45 and questioned the price difference. They'd been using a standard oil change. The techs should be well aware of what the vehicle NEEDS. This visit, the oil change window cling wasn't attached to the window either. Sometimes the oil status isn't reset either. I need to get the window cling added rand a mileage entry of 870000 corrected to 87000 from 2 oil changes ago. I'll give the manager an opportunity to provide 3 high mileage oil changes at the $45 price. If there is no agreement, I will contact the district manager. Sure glad nothing went awry with incorrect material being used. read more

A vehicle inspection indicated the left rear hydraulic hose was bad. Brake pad was 1mm. They quoted for both sides. Long story short, this was a left rear CALIPER issue. A caliper wasn't mentioned in the written estimate. The hose was fine. Caliper replaced. Ceramic pads installed on both sides, then a brake fluid flush. Total cost was $400 for ceramic pads, 1 caliper and labor by a certified tech. I didn't need rotors either. I call 100% BS on Firestone on Keystone. Smells like fraud for $974. I have sent a certified letter to Firestone. Also, these incompetent techs have been using standard oil for the last few oil changes, rather than synthetic blend on a car that just hit 100K. I was charged 158$ as an engine diagnostic fee only for them to tell me that they can't find the problem and they don't do internal work on engines, but it "seems" like I have a blown motor, but I should take the car to an engine shop to find out what's going on. What element made them come to that conclusion? They can't tell. I have had a few experiences at this location. The work has been completed in a reasonable amount of time. This last time I was charged double the amount of the part I needed replaced. I should have not used their service. The part was $260 at auto zone and Firestone charged $548 for it. I was probably overcharged on the labor as well, but I can't prove that. Keep this in mind if you need a part changed out there. They will over charge you grossly. Most shops don't charge that much markup, and I absolutely do feel ripped off and I'm not happy about it. You live and learn. I won't be using this franchise anymore and will continue to search for a fair company and mechanic. read more

My daughters car broke down in Indianapolis on a Monday afternoon - our insurance suggested towing it to Firestone on Keystone avenue. We are located in Richmond Indiana. Car was found to have a broken waterpump/theromstat (tuesday). Authorized them to do the repair(s). Tech was out on Wednesday - so should be done on Thursday - which turned into Friday. Car was picked up on Friday. Picked the car up on Friday. Cost was over $1000. For my own info I had contacted Chevrolet for the same repairs - they quoted just over $850. The car has now been driven a few times - and the thermostat housing was leaking. Took to another local affiliated garage to have vehicle repaired under warranty. They diagnosed and repaired the same day. Tech said that the housing should have been replaced by the Keystone ave garage. Do not recommend. read more

Let's be honest. Going to Firestone is an awful lot like going to your family physician because you've got wax build-up in your ear and finding out you've got a brain tumor. Am I kidding? Let's be real. The simple truth is that Firestone can take a quick visit for a relatively minor issue and turn it into an hours long, several hundred dollar adventure. While this is always an issue when dealing with auto mechanics, especially it seems at those within the national chains, Firestone has turned it into a Shakespearean art form. I arrived at this particular Firestone, one I've been to several times, on Sunday morning not long after they opened with the primary focus of diagnosing and either repairing or replacing a slow leaking tire. This particular location is in a small strip center and is open seven days a week, a rarity among auto repair shops and one that's appreciated. They have a curb cut at the end of their sidewalk, a nice little touch for someone like me. As you enter, the counter is straight ahead with a small waiting area to the right that includes a television and complimentary coffee. There's a sign above the counter with a quote from founder Harvey Firestone, not to be confused with Harvey Fierstein because that would be a drag, that reads "I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business." Whenever I see the sign, I chuckle and think "Why does fundamental honesty always cost more?" Despite a sales approach that makes me feel like I'm watching "Joe Versus the Volcano" as Joe gets diagnosed with a brain fog, the simple truth is that there is, for the most part, a fundamental honesty at the core of a sales approach that too often feels high pressured and profit driven. So, my tire repair? It ended up being all four tires due to the low tread AND front brakes, a solution that ended up being yet another of Firestone's seemingly endless supply of several hour, several hundred dollar adventures. Do I feel ripped off? Honestly, no. First off, I made an informed choice to go with the options I accepted and to reject those which didn't feel as immediate. The person I worked with was, in fact, a little lower pressure than I've often experienced at this location and I appreciated that he presented a range of tire options. I do think, perhaps, he'd have been better off having the mechanic check the brakes first because I'd likely have chosen differently knowing I had another expense coming. However, that's a relatively minor issue. As a plus, Firestone does offer credit and that credit does offer six months same as cash with a minimum $299 charge - NOTE: If you are late a payment or don't make a minimum payment, then interest kicks in. They also offered a $100 rebate since I did have their credit and it was explained nicely. I've already submitted it. I also appreciated that the "fine print" was explained - that the rebate comes in the form of a Visa Gift Card. Where Firestone falls short is in timeliness. One of the other reasons I stopped having simple service/repairs at Firestone is simply that everyone else is quicker. I've had a couple oil changes at Firestone, a service that can frequently be done as a drive-in most places, and it has always taken at least a couple hours if not longer. In this day and age? That's just ridiculous. The truth is that Firestone will never be a regular option for me - the high pressure approach is irritating and the lack of timeliness on simple service options is simply inconvenient. However, there will likely always be a place for Firestone in my car care routine because when it comes down to it they have always done my most serious repairs correctly and I'm willing to pay more for quality, ASE certified mechanics. If they would work a little harder to balance "fundamental honesty" with "fundamental customer service," Firestone could likely become my auto mechanic of choice. For now? I look forward to not going back for quite awhile. Addendum to Original Review: About a year ago, I bought a set of tires at this particular Firestone. They've proven to be nothing but trouble, repeatedly requiring airing up and one already having been replaced. Despite having paid a good amount for these tires, I've mostly been bothered by the lack of support/empathy around the questionable quality. Yesterday, I headed in once again because the tire light was on. As usual, I climbed out of my car and went in to ask for a simple air fill. I was told that because they had so many cars in their bay, it would be 30-45 minutes. Sigh. For air? At a tire place? With tires they sold me? Then, I sat there waiting and was eventually told their part for air had broken - again, I'm thinking "At a tire shop?" "You have only one way to fill a tire and that's your primary business?" AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Took my Toyota Avalon Limited in for a synthetic oil change against a warning from a friend. Immediately after oil change I went to post office to ship packages placed in the trunk right before I left the house for Firestone. The trunk would not open with either inside trunk release, key fob or the trunk button. In a panic I go back to the Keystone store and ask for help. The manager got extremely hostile with me, used profanity and got down right insanely angry for my RIGHTFULLY knowing they did something to cause my trunk not to open. They wouldn't even look at it claiming they did nothing wrong. The manager was so insane I left fearing the visit would escalate further and that manager had my address in their system. In a panic I drove to see a friend, a former dealership service advisor who maintained his mother's Avalon. He was also the person who warned me about how wreckless and dishonest Firestone is. Anyway after fiddling with my car for awhile he remembered there is a master trunk lock reset button in the glove box. Sure enough it released the trunk. Then he told me they were in my glove box without permission. I hit the roof. I called the Firestone district manager who told me he was going to have the store manager call me to apologize and give me a full refund. Of course that never happened. I cannot stress enough how hateful, dishonest and mean that Keystone store manager was to me. And the DM didn't care enough to follow through to make sure his orders were carried out. I am certain their employees were inside my glove box to steal from me and inadvertently hit the secret trunk lock button inside the glove box. These people are criminal. No woman should ever step foot in that place. I recommend waiting for an appointment to see Ty's Automotive down the street on Keystone. He's worth waiting for. I NEVER typically leave a review but I needed to for Chris Calloway, Service Manager for the 6305 N Keystone Ave location. (Who BTW deserves a raise!!) I had got my oil changed from this location about 3 weeks ago.. today, when I was leaving work, my car suddenly stopped and my "oil pressure low" light came on as well as my engine light. I then checked my oil and little/none was in my car. This had made me not too happy considering this location took about 2.5 hours to complete an oil change I had got less than a month ago. (Making me question if they had even changed it) I had purchased oil to put in my car so that I was able to make it back to that Firestone location before the store closed for the night. I had came in not to happy and of course close to the store closing around 6:20pm but Chris had the patience to answer all of my questions and figure out the cause of the issue with my car. He had stayed later than he had to just to make sure everything was right and actually showed me what the cause of the problem was!! Trust me, I typically do not recommend any fire store location because I have tried many locations over the years to find one that I like. As a longtime customer of the Firestone location at 63rd and Keystone in Indianapolis, I found in reading the reviews on Yelp that it didn't sound like the place I knew. Several of the reviewers were from out of the area (Terre Haute, Evansville, Iowa) so I wondered whether they were recounting their general experiences with Firestone Auto Care rather than this location. Don't know. What I do know is that Jeff Weiner and his staff have always treated me fairly and professionally. I have come in with appointments and without them and each time I have been satisfied. Most recently, they replaced the alternator on one of my cars at a price well under the dealer's and did it on a Friday afternoon in just a couple of hours. Here a few things to ponder in looking at the reviews of this store. Firestone conducts courtesy checks of cars that come through their doors. Yes, the checks give them an opportunity to recommend additional services, but they are clearly marked as recommendations. I like to know when manufacturers' schedules call for maintenance. Some of the services they offer for free, such as a battery check, require a coupon available on the Firestone website. Some special offers have limitations. There's a review of this store complaining about the price of an oil change when the invoice attached to the review clearly shows that his car needed a quart more oil than the limit included in the special offer price (five quarts). These days, it's difficult to keep up with the technology of cars. Indiana has no regular state inspections, so excess wear of tires or brakes can come as a surprise. A leak in a radiator or power steering easily can be overlooked by an owner. Finding a real problem with a car is a service, not a scam. Of course, if the service actually isn't needed, it is a scam. There's no excuse for rude or argumentative employees and failing to keep scheduled appointments. All I can say is that none of those things have happened to me at this store. read more

My 2008 Honda Accord was towed at the Keystone location, back in late July. My first complaint is it took almost two weeks to fix. They had mentioned it also need a sway bar. When I drove off the lot I heard a strange noise. So I drove the car back and the technician mentioned he forgot to tighten the LUG NUTS. This is totally unprofessional & unsafe. Plus they charge me over $1694 for a shady job. Plus as of 10/4/22 the same problem occurred where I live currently in South Bend, In, another busted ball joint in the same area that they claimed to fix. Needless to say I would not recommend Firestone to anyone. So much for 12,000 miles or a 12 month guarantee!!! read more

I scheduled an appointment for 8 AM hoping to avoid the rush. I needed a diagnostic for my car. As other people came in, it appeared that their cars were being worked on before mine. The receptionist spent most of the time talking through the window to the mechanic, complaining about how employees there are allowed to call off work without consequence, which was pretty unprofessional while a customer is sitting there waiting. After an hour there was no update, so I asked how much longer until some insight on what was wrong with my car. I was told five more minutes and they would know something. AN HOUR LATER, and I was finally told that that the repairs Would require them to call a dealership and that it is about 2.5 hours of work. I said well I guess I'll leave and you can call me. The lady said yea, I will call. I am very disappointed, as I am usually very impressed with Firestone's customer service, but apparently that is not the case at this location. Next time I will Visit the Castleton location, as I was very impressed with their service in the past. read more

Tires are a funny thing. People often pay no attention to them, until they go flat. That's when they really start messing up the daily routine... Well, I seemed to drive mine about 40,000 miles until I found that singular piece of road trash that was quite literally, 'the last nail in the coffin'. For those Firehawks, anyways. I limped into the Firestone on Keystone and manager (?), John, took very good care of me. Because I have such an odd wheels size, he had to special order the tires, but still had them shipped in day of. Service took about an hour to mount and balance. Price was a little higher than I would have liked, however, I did get the warranty and lifetime balance/rotate package (would have saved me about $150). Firestone also has a full list of repair work, and the cost didn't seem too bad. Now that my factory warranty is expired, I might give them a try, since it was a really easy process to get the tires. At the end of the day, the service was fast, friendly, and I got a new set of Hankook performance tires that will surly be a better ride than my old, clapped-out, bald OEMs. I'd recommend. read more

I have to say I have NEVER experienced worse service from management as I did when I visited this location. I have used Firestone for years when needing basic service for my car or tires and I am finished as a customer. I visited this location for an oil change and was informed I needed a new radiator. I agree....I did. After the radiator was replaced, I drove the car immediately home which was about 3 miles away. 2 nights later (the next time I was in the car), I noticed I had no heat. By the time I reached my destination, I could smell a hot engine. I immediately returned home and parked the car until I could determine the issue. When I opened the hood, I could see that the hose from the engine to the radiator was not connected. In addition, the clamp that holds the hose in place was about 3 inches from where it should have been. Every bit of the coolant was blown out of the radiator and the reservoir was empty as well. The mechanic had either forgotten to reconnect the hose altogether OR connected it but didn't put the clamp back in place. The clamp was in perfect condition and once we moved it into place, everything was fine. Then had to refill the entire radiator and reservoir with coolant. I even took pictures of the disconnected hose and clamp in the wrong place. If you are going to replace a radiator, check, double-check then TRIPLE-check to make sure all hoses are connected and tight. This clearly was not done....which is a rookie mistake. This could have caused extensive damage to the engine. All it takes is someone else double-checking your work. I realize this was an honest mistake, however, the way I was treated when I brought the car back was unacceptable. The manager "claimed" it was a faulty clamp but there was NOTHING wrong with the clamp. When I disagreed, the manager became belligerent, rude and talked to me like I've never been spoken to at a business before. Rather than just saying, "yeah, we screwed up", it was excuses. I had to waste an entire afternoon because of a screw-up by a mechanic and instead of a meaningful apology, I was met with a manager with an attitude problem. Said I called him a liar, which I didn't. I was never rude, but clearly angry. Businesses anymore can't just apologize for a mistake, they have to make excuses to cover their rear ends. Unfortunately, I had forgotten that I took pictures of the clamp to prove to the manager. I was a bit too angry to think that I had taken pictures. Too much experience with places like this being dishonest, I take pictures now, just in case. I forgot I took them until after I left the store. Regardless, I shouldn't have to prove that the mechanic did something wrong...especially when I wasn't even asking for anything. It was a typical "cover your *ss" mentality that so many businesses have now. A simple apology would have been nice, but nastiness is simply unacceptable. This is appalling service from a national chain. Clearly management needs training in customer service. I will NEVER return to this location or Firestone. I should have known better than trust them with more than a tire change. If you go to this location, you are taking a risk with your car. Pretty decent. I got some new tires here last year, and when one of the tires was damaged I took it in to have it replaced under warranty. After looking at it for a few minutes they told me the warranty would not cover the tire damage as it was "a road hazard" that caused it. They didn't explain what that meant, just told me they wouldn't be able to use the warranty and quoted me a tire price. I left that day because I was expecting my warranty to cover my tire, but ended up going back there later in the week just due to the convenient location. Most of the employees are friendly, and the waiting area was very clean. One recommendation I'd make is to get a few more lady-friendly magazines for the waiting area! I sure would have appreciated it! The reason this place gets three stars is because I felt like the staff didn't take time to explain why my tire had failed, just told me to pay for a new one. I know I should read the fine print. I actually did read the vague fine print here and still how was I supposed to know my oil change was going to be over $30 after taxes and labor? If I didn't have the coupon, I would have paid over $40 for an oil change. $40! Do people really pay that much for the simplest of auto maintenance? I have been going to wal mart for my oil changes for years because they don't try to sell you anything, they don't try to convince you your car is going to fall apart unless you get the corrosion prevention package for your car's battery terminals and the price advertised is the price I pay. I decided to try somewhere new as the Firestone coupon meant I would save ~$5 on my oil change. Well, they got me. To their credit, they were very fast, professional and reasonably friendly. It was easy to make an appointment on the firestone website and while they tried to sell me a variety of other services, they didn't push too hard and i did decide to let them do one of their repairs (~$60 after taxes and labor to tighten the hises to my steering rAck). They completed the service quickly. My advice is, ask beforehand what the total cost for an oil change will be and hold them to that or you're stuck with whatever added fees they want to tack on. I'm not accusing firestone or its employees of being dishonest, but rather i consider it poor customer service to advertise one price and not honor that price (fine print or not). read more

We've done business with this Firestone for a long time. We have a Chevy Express 3500, and Firestone's nationwide warranty is important. But recently we've had bad experiences. First, we sold a car with nearly-new Firestone tires on it, (which we'd bought from this same Firestone), and it was hard to persuade Firestone swap them onto the new car. Today I drove out of the driveway with a flat tire (screw in the tread). I realized it within three blocks, and pulled the wheel & took it to Firestone. Without dismounting the tire, they told me the sidewall was ruined, and that a pair of new tires (can't buy singles if one is worn...) would cost $245. (And they recommended their cheapest, low-mileage tire, even though the car only has 32,000 on it.) I told them I'd take the tire/wheel home and think about it overnight. I stopped at our local service station (Nygaaard's at Kessler & College), and Tom -actually- dismounted the tire to inspect it, and said that although the lettering was worn halfway through the word "Michelin," that the tire was fine. He put a plug/patch in it, and I'm on my way for $20. Sorry Derrick, I like you, but this merits a one-star review. read more

4 tires replaced (65K mile tires), with road hazard protection on all, in 2 hours on a Saturday, for $368. I feel as though I got a bargain. They pounded the wheels back into round for free. I had called about a dozen other tire spots that morning...some were closed, many didn't have time to get to the car until Sunday or Monday (I had to be in Carmel to do science for some Girl Scouts at 3:45 that day!), others only had the crappy tires or the pricey tires in stock, but not the mid-range ones. Comfortable and clean waiting area with a nice TV (I got to watch some house re-do show), a restroom, and free coffee. There should be a water cooler in the waiting area. Of note, they no longer offer a discount if you pay cash. They guy who answers the phones is also trained to deal with people and helpful. This is a huge plus as 2 of the shops had a real doofus on the line who was no help whatsoever. read more

I purchased new tires from Firestone less than a year ago. When I went back for an oil change they told me I needed new tires until I pointed out that they were the ones who put the tires on. My tires were under warranty and then they refused to replace them. They also fixed an electrical problem I was having. The problem reoccured 12.5 months later. 2 weeks after the warranty went out. I took my car in to see why the tire pressure kept slowly decreasing. Come to find out it was a nail and they said that they could not patch it due to its location; they stated they would not recommend patching the tire due to it being in the warning zone. Deciding not to get tires from them today, I went to pick up my car and they did not even fill the tire up and allowed their customer to drive off with a low tire. Then when the office manager was called, it was then decided that if I wanted to bring my car back up they would fill my tire. The office manager then proceeded to state that they probably did not fill the tire up since they thought I was getting a new tire, which was a lie since before picking up my car they were called and informed i would not be getting tires today; regardless they should not have allowed a customer to drive off with low tire pressure. After declining and just expressing the overall unfavorable experience with the company the manager proceeded to hang up on me. In july 2022 I took my wifes car in for an oil change and a "check up". I had a slight rattle when i hit a bump. Everything came back fine except for the passenger upper control arm. They said it was essentially broken and quoted me $850. Of course i didnt do that without a second price quote somewhere else. I had a noise so i didnt think nothing negative. My wife hasnt worked in a few years and doesnt drive much. So fast forward TWO years to April 2022. I didnt think anything big was wrong since it drove exactly like it did when we bought it ten years ago, just a rattle every now and then. I had it checked out to see what cost would be somewhere else. Surprisingly it was not broken. Mechanic said its in awesome shape actually. He proceeded to check out all 4 wheels suspension. All that is needed was 1 tierod end and a stabilizer bar for a total cost of $15.47. Firestone tried charging $499 for the upper control arm. I get a markup, but on rockauto they are literally like $25. I used to go here for all of my car needs but I will never step foot in another firestone complete auto again! read more

These guys are on the spectrum. I mean, I dropped my car of 3 WEEKS ago for a BRAKE JOB, only to have them "lose my key." No biggie, I thought. They said they'd have a guy to come out and cut a key for me. A whole 3 weeks later, one of these geniuses looked under the desk where they keep the keys and "found" my key! Wow! Incredible! I mean you could have put my car in a room full of monkeys and gave them a rubber duck and a hammer and they would have had my car done by now. The guy who keeps answering the phones, Chris, has a different story every time I call, a new excuse every time I call for why my car isn't ready. It's been impeding my ability to work, I've spent money on ubers and had to inconvenience people for almost a month at this point to get anywhere. How am I supposed to work if I don't have a car? I would avoid this place at all costs, they love dragging their feet. But if you want a cool story about how your key is lost and you want to wait 3 weeks, this place is the spot. read more

This dreadful weather and the horrendous road conditions conspired together to tear a hole in my car's exhaust pipe. After driving around a couple days sounding like my car was about to explode, I couldn't take it anymore and visited Firestone right at its 7 AM opening without an appointment, hours before more predicted bad weather was to fall. The very friendly service attendant promised to fit me in as soon as possible, and I didn't mind the wait after the stress of driving that car around. For about $300, my back muffler and exhaust pipe were repaired, and my car is back to being silent. It took about three (3) hours from my walk-in until I left, but again, I had no appointment and they had to have the parts delivered in. I also watched the service attendant handle less-than-friendly, impatient customers (also with no appointments) with a professionalism which I admired. The customer bathroom was also very updated and clean, which is not always the case at other auto service places I've frequented. Car troubles are one of the few things that put me on edge, so I very much appreciated the stress relief I experienced after visiting Firestone. read more

I immediately came home to write this review to express the AWESOME service that I received this morning at Firestone. My check engine light had come on Thursday morning and I know that's always a potential warning for a major issue, nonetheless a light no one ever wants to see. I called Jeff Thursday evening a set a 7:30 am appointment for Saturday morning. I came in and waited for the gentleman to arrive that does the diagnostic checks, which Jeff told me on that he doesn't arrive until 8, so I was already prepared to wait no worries! After the diagnostic check was complete, Chris took the time to go over all that had been discovered, what each code meant and what my options were. They could have easily given me the run over being a woman and all, but Chris was very helpful and advised of preliminary actions that could be taken first to see if that remedies the problem, so I went that route. In the event the light comes back on Chris advised I could come back and have the other work done. I am highly pleased with the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the detailed inspection of my car along with their honesty....that goes a long way with me. So I went with the recommended service which ended up being $238.00, and Chris gave me a $15.00 discount off my oil change for my patience. When we were all wrapped up he gave me a print out of other items that may need to be replaced, somewhat of a tune up if the problem is 100% remedied, which that was nice because now at least I know pricing upfront and can plan accordingly. I drive a Cadillac and always take it there for all my maintenance, but due to the serious issues a check engine light can bring about it was imperative that I got this looked at immediately and Cadillac said it would be next week. So all in all 2 up to Firestone. I will definitely keep them on my list for automotive services. Great job guys....!!!! read more

I received great service at Firestone Auto Care (Keystone/63rd). Darrick Thames is the owner and provided me with an honest assessment of my car's problem. Initially I took my car to the dealer for repair and the pricing for the repair would have been three times more. I had a good experience here and will back. read more

I had some tires shipped here from Tire Rack and made an appointment for installation. When I got here, I was informed that installation would take about an hour. Within three minutes of my arrival, staff had lost my keys. After waiting for about 75 minutes I asked about how much longer the job would take was treated as if I were an inconvenience for asking and even for bringing my car in that day, even though I had made my appointment nearly a week in advance. In total, the job took over an hour and 45 minutes, and I received no apology for the wait. read more

If you want to be overcharged and lied to then this is the place for you. Every time I went in it Wes 300 or more for work they said I had to have. I feel as though I was taken advantage do because I'm a young female and they assumed I knew nothing about cars. The icing on the cake was when they told me the rocker arm in my engine was shattered and I needed a new engine. I had it towed to another mechanic and he called and said " I just took it on a test drive after it started right up." I may not know much but I do know that if it was the rocker arm it would not have just started up and been fine. The other mechanic actually ended up buying my car because it was in such good condition and gave it to his daughter. Interesting.... I'm not saying all Firestone locations are bad but I will never go here again. read more

It is 5:30pm on a Wednesday and I go to drop my car off for an oil change. Mind you, their hours are from 7am to 7pm Monday's through Friday. They have constantly advertised that walk-ins for oil changes are welcome. So here I am walking up to the desk to drop my keys off and they say that they can't complete my oil change today. Why? Because for some great reason they thought it was a good idea to send every single technician they have home because there "wasn't much to do". Not some technicians. Not most technicians. ALL. TECHNICIANS. Doesn't that sound like a brilliant idea? Now they lost my service to their much more capable and business minded neighbor, Jiffy Lube, because they actually had the decency to staff their company on a Wednesday afternoon. 0/10 recommend, waste of time. read more

This store does not seem to provide the fair and honest service that I've experienced at other Firestone stores. We took a car in for a new battery and told the manager that the Firestone web site advertises a free battery check at all Firestone service centers. They told me they charge $25 to do the "free" battery check. The battery prices were also higher than advertised on their web page. Will not go back. read more

I popped a tire one evening and they were able to fit me in the following morning no problem. The staff was very professional and friendly. I thought the waiting room was very clean and comfortable; plenty of chairs and coffee. I had to replace two tires and it took just under two hours (not sure if that is considered quick or slow). But they were honest about what I needed and didn't need and gave me their personal opinion on what to purchase. I highly recommend this location. read more
