Oil spill

I went to get a new set of tires and since i was already there i figured i would do an oil change. Went home and noticed there was an oil leak buildup on my floors in my garage. I ran it to see where it was leaking and it was just spilling out of my oil filter. I removed it and it appeared it was not even changed. The o ring for the filter was not replaced. It was noticeable that it was the old one. So im having to redo my oil change. I go to remove the oil plug and they over tightened it. I cant break it loose. There was just a number of problems after taking it there for an oil change. Theres a reason why i do my own services because of places like these. Luckily im able to do my own services but theres other people that do depend on these places to get it done, but not here. I do not recommend this place at all. First and last time. Dont make the same mistake i did. 1 star because thats the only way i can post review.

After years of professional military aircraft maintenance, all I can say is every level and aspect of this business and every John Keller maintenance shop is a joke and a mishap away from closing. I trusted quick lane with my son's vehicle and in turn his life by driving the vehicle they "repaired" and all I could get from them was unprofessional excuses, high school sass and denials. #boycottkeller #quicklanehanfordsucks What happened.... - Sent my son for oil change on his vehicle, nothing more. - he picked it up and was told they replaced the rear shocks due to safety and charged him an extra $250 for $70 shocks he paid because he trusted that I sent him there. - he came home and told us, I lectured him on asking questions and calling b.s. then chalked it up as a learning lesson. -2 weeks later he told me the brakes were acting up. I looked underneath and BOOM, same old shocks!!! WTH??? - next day, I accompanied my son to the shop. Asked the manager about procedures on charging for extra work, then proceeded to tell them what was done. The desk guy next to us overheard and admitted HE KNEW no work was done yet they still charged him. 1. How do you do work without authorization ? 2. How do you charge for that work without doing it? 3. How do you know you never did it and not mention, call or fix the problem? - I had to come in and address it even though they admitted they knew. - Rear shocks are a safety item. I expected to be refunded, and have the shocks installed free. They are only $70. That seemed fair. Nope. I never got it, or any kind of apology. I received my sons money back for the work NOT done. Then was threatened to be kicked out if I didn't stop being negative, I told him not to tell me what to feel and his response was "I just did" I went to talk to the main Keller maintenance manager "Matt" and have been waiting for a call back for over 2 months!!! The quick lane manager would not provide his name.

Horrible experience and was there only like 10 minutes walked in asked a question about a trouble…read morefacing in my car says I can either stay or go with but i forgot had a wad of cash inside my vehicle so i pull it out and yeah he saw but before that supposedly no issues pull out my wad he's saying i need to get this and that replaced it's totally broken and bro didn't even pop the hood go to a totally different mechanic well a actually mechanic and they give me a solution and they helped me fix it on the spot with no cost just 40 minutes and boom pep boys were trying to cheat me and not only that but the employee when talking about the problem looked at me looked howard's his co worker and laughed and then started saying while that's shouldn't happen or shouldt be like that etc and he's a mechanic???? this place first time experience will never ever ever be back rather let my car blow up and that should show how bad of a place and bad of a experience i had whitin those 10 minutes i had to be in that nasty just flat out rude place and it's sad on them how they cant get a real mechanics job just one stuck in the corner of a shopping centre

I was praying it was the battery & not something more serious, which seemed confirmed when AAA sent a tow truck that gave us a jump (& then it started). I live in Kingsburg & with the holiday, the local mechanic was closed. 4 Runners typically keep things more complicated, so I knew I needed a more serious mechanic to replace the battery than going to the local auto parts store. Enter the Pep Boys. I called to make sure that they would be able to help me. I spoke to Vince, the manager. He told me to come over, but that they were starting to get busy, so I needed to be prepared to be there for a little while. I went straight over & they were indeed QUITE busy! Vince was AWESOME. Seriously. Like, I'm sure when he leaves work, he puts on his cape & mask & helps people in need. They had my battery in stock (huge blessing) & he told me that it could be a couple hours, but he was hoping for sooner. I took that opportunity to walk over to the Hobby Lobby across the parking lot. 45 minutes later, yes 45 MINUTES, I got the text that my vehicle was ready. Not only were they able to see me on NO notice, but I didn't even have time to enjoy their clean, cool, & very comfortable waiting room (filled with snacks & coffee), because I was still at the Lobby when they pinged me. Also, I'll be honest, I was expecting the pice tag to be at least $75 more than it was. The guys in the garage were friendly & respectful. All the people that I interacted with in the office were so helpful & kind. I have never worked with Pep Boys before, but I absolutely will again & can't recommend them enough. I'm incredibly grateful for Vince & his entire team, they saved me on this holiday weekend when I needed saving.

Walmart Auto Care Centers - Waiting room or spending extra money in the store is your only option with a bunch of miserable people who are tired of waiting as well.

If you are the type of person that relishes spending their hard-earned days off in places like the…read moreDMV and hospital waiting rooms, then this is the Auto Center for you! I brought my car in for the most basic oil change. They told me to expect a wait of about an hour and a half, which I thought was reasonable. I left, and returned an hour and a half later to discover that they had not even moved my car out of the parking lot yet! Another hour elapsed, still nothing. I then politely asked again how long it would be, and I didn't really get an answer. They did however pull my car up to the work station, which makes me think they forgot about it until I said something? It then took another 30 minutes for them to actually start work on my car, after what could have either been a grand exchange of intellect and wisdom about the task in-hand, or (most likely) a lot of non-work related gossip. Another 45 minutes later and the work was finally complete! In total, it took 3 hours and 45 minutes!! The only reason that I am giving 2 stars and not one is that my car came back in good working order the way it went in (which is better than Les Schwab Tires managed to do a few months ago!). I checked the oil again later myself to make sure they actually changed it, and I can assure you it was done.

I had use my own gas to go purchase my own oil filter because they didn't have the one my car needs. This isn't the first time I've brought my car here but this was a first. I paid over $5 for a filter from where they told me to go buy one and they are only discounting me $1.70 for supplying my own filter even though there isn't one filter on their shelves less than $7. Apparently fram went out of business and they don't have the filter for my car. I can't be the only 2025 Tahoe that comes in for oil changes. And why should the consumer have to pick up the slack!! The oil change is over $60 and they can't discount me for money out of my pocket to get an oil filter?!!! This Walmart does stuff like this all the time. Might be worth the gas to go to Visalia where they are more consumer friendly. And better customer service.
