Took my car in for alignment and rotation. The gentleman told me alignment would be 119. When I picked it up I was told alignment was perfect and didn't need it. They could have easily done an alignment and I would not have known the difference. Instead they just charged me a rack charge. Honesty and customer service are rare today. I took my 2017 Camry in for front end repair as it had been driven over a curb at speed resulting in 2 blown tires and 3 bent rims plus suspension damage. Joe at Carroll's did really great work. We were in desperate need of two new front tires and after calling around and getting price quotes we ended up heading to Walmart, but just before we signed the paper work we made one more call to Carroll's and they quoted us an awesome deal. So we left Walmart and rushed to Carroll's because they were closing soon. When we arrived there Marty got us in and done with paper work in no time. My bf and him were chatting it up and I went to go sit in their waiting area to watch t.v., I swear not even 15 mins after I sat down our car was all done and ready to go. I got a quote from another company for two new tires and couldn't believe the outrageous cost. So, I called and spoke to Marty, he gave me an incredible quote. I have always trusted Carroll's to service my car and never have had an issues or complaints. I just previously had my car tires checked out in Lemoore since I was already in the area. Unspecified tire service company told me that there was no issue and gave me a lesson on tire pressure. Three days later... and my tire pressure is at 27 again. I walked in (no appointment - who does that for a slow leaking tire) to have them check out an air-leaking tire. The manager, Marty, was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. He quoted a price to fix the tire and I sat to wait. I Belive in paying a fair price for fair work but, after having waited over an hour, he (Marty) said the repair was free for having had me wait so long. Who does that anymore? Very positive experience here! I took my car to get a tire patched, which ended up being done at no cost due to the fact that I still had a protection plan on my tires. While I was on my way in, the brakes started giving me trouble, I mentioned this to the cashier and wouldn't you know it they found the problem. They fixed it for just over ninety bucks (not to bad) and as a bonus they got it done way sooner than they said they would, so I didn't even have to bum a ride to work. I have not lived in town for years after leaving for college. I do tend to visit my folks pretty often. I was in need of a tire rotation and balancing. I don't really have a "trusted" tire shop in town or anywhere for that matter. I hopped on yelp and saw the reviews of Carroll's Tire Warehouse and decided to call. The representative was professional and quoted me 20 bucks for the tire rotation. When I arrived the person at the desk (totally spaced on his name) said if I wanted tire rotation + balance it would be about $55. I said sounds good. I decided to wait the hour quoted time in the AC lobby. I would say about 30-45 minutes passed and the mechanic came in and said I was good to go. I stopped by the register/front desk and the representative (that I totally spaced his name) said that I was all good! I was sort of confused, and was like are youuuuuuu sure? He said he was and it was all good! I do not know what warranted me to get a free tire rotation and balancing....but they definitely earned a customer. Now if I ever need any sort service that they specialize in, I know where to go. Keep up the compassion to the citizens you serve and I'm sure they will keep coming back. I came in to buy a tire, since my old tire had a nail in it plus I needed the alignment done and I came 30 minutes before closing I told them I needed the alignment done as well. I recently purchase a set of tires from Carroll's tire. I've never purchased tires from this establishment before. I have to say I've been very pleased with they're service. Since my initial purchase, I've had three flats due to nails,screw etc.. They've repaired my tires everytime free of charge. They even remounted my spare tire under my vehicle & mounted my repaired tire back on my car. I was pressed for time that day and figured i would have to store me spare and mount the tire they repaired for me. They handled everything for me, no questions asked! i usually take my car to the dealership out of plain blue laziness - but the last time i went for an oil change, they noted i needed my tires changed because they were balding. eeks. you know what's scarier than your tires balding? the price it is to get replacements! I commute at least five days a week from Tulare to Hanford for work and I recently noticed my front driver's side tire was getting a bit flat. I thought no big deal, I'll just put air in it during my lunch and that'll be the end of it. Well I was wrong! I couldn't even move my car because the tire had become so flat. I had no idea the tire wires were protruding and my tires were balding on the inside (closer to the car). I called around for the best quotes for the price of one tire. I spoke with Marty from Carroll's Tire Warehouse and they had the best price. Four new tires for $286 with a coupon (which they provided themselves), it was a deal of a life time! I had my spare placed on my car and took it to Carroll's, spoke with Marty and came back to pick the car up an hour later. The team at Carroll's (Hanford location) is so efficient! I dropped off the car around 12:00 pm (lunch hour, errands rush) and picked it up around 1:00 pm! How crazy fast is that?! I was really impressed with their quickness and the customer service was amazing! I would recommend Carroll's Tire Warehouse in Hanford, CA to anyone needing work done on their car. They were not able to diagnose my vehicle electronically, but then I had to go to three other shops before I was referred to the dealership to get the correct diagnosis. After I found out what was wrong with my car, I was able to take it to Carroll's, where there were able to do the work needed (a new alternator and serpentine belt) for half of what the dealership quoted me for just the alternator. Not only could they save me money, but I was able to drop it off, tell them what I needed, have them contact the credit line I already had through them, and have the work done while I was at work with very little distraction from my job. They did everything for me and had it ready by the time that I got off. I only had to drop it off, give a little information, and pick it up. Their customer service is outstanding. read more
