So and the price I got was 240$ to mount and balance my new tires I'm bringing. I get maybe you don't want to just make labor and would rather sell your own tires , but really make up prices , act rude like you don't want my business which I have been bringing for A YEARS and put on my co workers to them, In the end I even told the young lady this was highway robbery and I am a long time customer. Of course they did and no charge whatsoever. They take ownership of issues and offer real world solutions that define what customer service is. Great communication and letting us know how many people they have and their wait time. I was told that they have only two people working that early and will try their best to get to me asap. After five to ten minutes, James took my car and quickly checked it out because the other two men were busy with cars. He patch it up, pump some air and brought it back in aprox. 20 to 30 min. Other than that, we just wanted to recognize James for his awesome speedy job. He works really hard and tries to get things done as fast as he can in a manageable manner.

Just do honest business Hanford is full of hard working people that need their vehicles to get to work and take care of their kids.
