This place is AWFUL BEWARE! I originally went in for alignment and rotation. They screwed that up and I had to go back and fix it and got a new tire. Long story short I had to take my car to Les Schwab 3 days later because my tire pressure lights keep coming on. They told me not only did tires to go SWITCH MY TIRE SIZE, they also PUT ONE OF MY TIRES ON BACKWARDS, AND the cherry ontop is the "Brand new tire" I got from them looks chewed up and is about to blow on me not even 3 days after being in their shop! Now I'm having to pay 2X as much to get new tires elsewhere and get my car RE aligned! This place is a joke! They lost my keys when I went to leave and it took the owner 25 mins to find them DOWN THE STREET IN THE ROAD! How does that even happen?! read more

Was in the middle of a delivery when I ended up with a bolt in my tire. Called them up and verified they did flat repair and had a replacement tire for cheap if it wasn't worth repairing. They were able to complete the repair and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. They were super friendly and quick. Would recommend them to anyone. read more

Not from the area but Yelp helped me find this hidden gem. I was visiting friends and drove from Sacramento for a weekend. To my dismay I had a FLAT TIRE and didn't notice until the morning I was leaving. Luckily TIRES TO GO was open ON SUNDAY, when I arrived I was ready to pay 500$ for one tire, Just the worse case scenario. But reality hit and they cool tire shop guys checked out my tire and told me they could patch it and send me on my way in 20mins. I was so happy! I had to tip the hard working guy. Worst service ever they broke my axle cap an then took forever fixing it risking the lives of my family . DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! THE guy is very unprofessional asked me out on a date I was like what world do these guys live on . None of the mechanics have their lisence ..whoever did the work on my car is the sloppiest mechanic I've ever heard of. I asked for a partial refund for my time an nope not even 1 dollar an paid out $600. Lesson learned . I do not recommend this place they scam and are disrespectful and don't know how to do there job I bought a brand new set of tires about 3 weeks ago and my tire blew out out of no where and that's due to the tire company not them but before that happen about 3 days to a week my tires on my car started to vibrate very bad and that's due to the balance so I had to go get my tires rebalance and they did my alignment very wrong my wheel was sideways and the car would go of to the side so in Totall I had to rebalance and Aline at a different shop which I highly recommend it's called Billingsley tire service in coalinga they charged me $125 for balance and alignment Don't come to tires to go there very bad at there job and don't give a F**k about ur safety all they care about is making money read more

I usually like this place. It's definitely not a high end tire shop, but a decent place to find a cheap used tire, and they typically have what you need in stock. And they'll install it within 10 minutes. However, I recently went there to check out a tire. It had a slow leak. I put in a can of Fix-a-Flat and the air held ok, but I was going to be traveling so I went in to get it checked to be safe. The guy immediately wrote out a work slip and were going to charge me $15 to just check it. After removing the tire and putting it in water, the worker said the Fix-a-Flat must have fixed it completely because he saw nothing wrong with the tire. They were nice and didn't charge me anything. However, upon leaving on my trip, that same tire went completely flat. After calling AAA, they came and showed me how worn down the tire was from the inside wall deeming it unfixable. This was only a few hours after Tires to Go looked at it. If I take my tires to get checked at a place that seems to specialize in tires, I would assume I can rely on the workers to do their best to fully check my tire. I will not be returning. read more

I paid to have my wheels get new rubber. Mounted and balanced. Been a dream to finally get wheels for my car. They dent the passenger side of my car pretty bad with the lift. Didn't even say anything. Just told me. Everything was ready to go. Top it off. On way home. I learned they didn't even balance anything. My car is all over the place. Practically hopping. It was a straight shot from their shop to my house. That didn't stop it from feeling likely went from treating myself to hard earned wheels. To firmly grasping my wheel so I didn't swerve into another lane.They seemed really nice. Sad it was only to cover up the fact that there is damage to the side of my brand new to me car. I will only be returning to get compensation for damage to my car and time lost from work cause now my only vehicle is no longer drivable.This is simply bad business. Nothing makes up for it. DO NOT go here, I have big tires And all I wanted was two tires for my large SUV. After it took them an hour, I took my car to the dealership to have my breaks changed and they said whoever put my tires on broke off the caps to my 22" rims and put them back on with duct tape. They also kept my lock to My rims so I couldn't get my breaks changed. I have filed a complaint to bureau of automotive repair and An investigation is open. Go to badasci tire. read more

If I can give negative stars I would, to say this place is trash is and understatement! I took him my 2007 Yukon and first off he had a old tweaked doing it who couldn't even mount the wheel and I kept saying something was wrong and the lug nuts were to short so the wheel wouldn't tighten, after Rudy argued with me they finally checked and I was right so he changed the lug nuts and he said he got it handled so I assumed he did, well 3 days later my family and I are driving to Clovis and the rear wheel falls off on the freeway and we swirved almost crashing so I call him and he says don't worry he will send a tow truck to pick it up tomorrow so next day the driver comes and gets the truck and takes it to Rudy well the driver calls me and says Rudy is saying he didn't authorize it and not paying for it so the driver took it to his lot I then had the driver bring it to Rudy and look at it and he says he's not fixing anything except the rotor but the rotor, studs, lug nuts, fender and bumper were all damaged and I said it was in good shape before it came to your shop so how are you not going to fix it? And he starts getting irritated (I probably interrupted his high) so he's yelling at me yelling me to take it somewhere else he's not fixing it so I had to pay that driver 285$ to give me my truck back plus the 120$ I had to pay the day before to tow it to a safe spot, then had to take it to a shop and paid 200$ more to repair it and the body is still damaged smh DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE THEYRE ALL TWEAKERS AND SO RUDE AND NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AT ALL. read more

I urge you not to have any vehicle repair or maintenance done at this shop. We took our van there for repair, spent 1200.00 dollars. The van was not repaired and the owner would not make it right. We had to take him to small claims court and won our case plus damages. Don't go here if you're having your car fixed like your fuel pump. Had my fuel pump checked and it was leaking. It took them a week to get it fixed. I asked them how come it's taking that long and they were the ones that were mad at me. They stole all my coins in my car and left the pennies. Worst experience of my life. Do not go to this place, I went there on Sunday to buy to used tires for my car, before I know it they had my hood up and were expecting my car, a service I DID NOT ask for so I'm trying to watch them cause I felt something was up with them. They tried to sell me one good tire and a tire that was more worn than the tire that was on the car and tried to just put it on with out me noticing, I made them give me another descent used tire. But, that wasn't the worse part when I backed up my car it cut off three times before I made it out of the parking lot. Over the next two days my car wouldn't even stay running when the car was below 1000 rpm, I went to get a diagnostic and they told me someone had token apart my hose to my intake manifold and that's why it was cutting off when I came to a stop. DO NOT trust these people there scamming people for business, I am going to report them to the better business bureau after I finish writing this, I just wanted to warn all the people out there. read more
