Of course they did and no charge whatsoever. They take ownership of issues and offer real world solutions that define what customer service is. Great communication and letting us know how many people they have and their wait time. I was told that they have only two people working that early and will try their best to get to me asap. After five to ten minutes, James took my car and quickly checked it out because the other two men were busy with cars. He patch it up, pump some air and brought it back in aprox. 20 to 30 min. Other than that, we just wanted to recognize James for his awesome speedy job. He works really hard and tries to get things done as fast as he can in a manageable manner.

Clearly shows I didn't need one. Tried to claim I needed so many parts replaced to fix an issue. Totaling a couple thousand dollars. A week later I take it to another place and they explain that it's just one part that needs to be replaced. Just do honest business Hanford is full of hard working people that need their vehicles to get to work and take care of their kids. Long story short I had to take my car to Les Schwab 3 days later because my tire pressure lights keep coming on. They told me not only did tires to go SWITCH MY TIRE SIZE, they also PUT ONE OF MY TIRES ON BACKWARDS, AND the cherry ontop is the "Brand new tire" I got from them looks chewed up and is about to blow on me not even 3 days after being in their shop! Now I'm having to pay 2X as much to get new tires elsewhere and get my car RE aligned! This place is a joke! They lost my keys when I went to leave and it took the owner 25 mins to find them DOWN THE STREET IN THE ROAD! How does that even happen?!
